Super nice suite. The room was prepared and ready for the boys. They loved it. It was very convenient to have two toilets. Made it easy with the kids The Ala-cart restaurant in the hotel was very nice. They had good food and the service was nice You also have the option to eat outside. There are many good restaurants and pubs you can visit there as well. The spa area was nice although it was missing shampoo in the hammam and the Sauna missed water bucket to throw on the stones. So that was a bit weird. The pool was nice and large so it was nice to swim. Great overall experience as especially if you need an airport hotel to stay at you can't get much better

Would have been a nice hotel but the room smelled of so much smoke - for a nonsmoker it was disgusting and not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise the hotel is quite nice in terms of lobby and 5 min cab to airport.

Bunun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Güzel bir otel civarda çok sayıda güzel restoran var.

I had a prepaid reservation at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport (check-in: 29/11, checkout: 30/11), but it was cancelled and marked as a no-show because we arrived early in the morning. A prepaid booking should guarantee the room, regardless of arrival time, but instead, we were left with no prior notice or explanation. While we were eventually given a different room, it was not the type we booked and paid for. To make matters worse, the staff handling our check-in was unprofessional and dismissive, offering no apology for the inconvenience. This experience was far below Mövenpick’s standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to travellers with late arrivals.

The property and staff were very nice. Only issue is there really isn’t much to do in the area, everything is about an hour away so you’re limited to stay in your room. If you only speak English, the TV doesn’t have any channels in the English language other than the news and stocks and they don’t link to the internet to stream any movie channels. So if you’re going to Istanbul for any other reason other than a SHORT business trip or hair transplant I would not stay here.

Went to the restaurant at the hotel. Staff did not understand cream or cream for coffee. We asked several waiters then the manager … he understood but never brought it. We waited 11/2 hours ( nobody was there they had a separate event on the other side) the food was finally brought out and cold!! We left didn’t eat a bite - told them all the problems and they followed us out through the lobby … I was not going to send the food back to the kitchen after waiting 11/ 2 hours and still no coffee!!! Crazy
