The price is right, considering the proximity of Clifton Hill and of course the free parking!

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a bit better, but overall it was a great stay! The pool was very clean and well maintained! The lady at the front desk was amazing 10/10! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is older, but well maintained. The pool was clean and the office staff, who I assume are the owners, were very friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located close to Clifton Hill. This is an affordable option for a stay in Niagara.

The stay was highly enjoyable, conveniently located near all amenities and activities suitable for children. I visit this establishment annually for a duration of two to three nights in July. My child thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the motel owners were very fond of him, creating a familial atmosphere. However, the Wi-Fi connection is notably slow (2.4 GHz shared), which necessitated the use of my mobile data to access the internet. The swimming pool is open and has clean water.

The parking is not included in this price, and costs $28 per night, i.e. a third of the price of the room. You'll find other hotels providing free parking, and there are parking in the area that are much cheaper than that. The rooms are what you'd expect for

Quiet and comfortable motel near Clifton Hill. Free parking. There was a fridge but no microwave, no cups in the room. There was only soap and no shampoo, so bring your own shampoo or you can get small travel-sized shampoos at the dollar store. There weren’t many channels on TV. The bed was comfortable. There is no heat/A/C - the unit is unplugged from the wall and I think there is a sign that says “do not use.” There might be some long-term residents who live here, which might make your stay a bit uncomfortable. For around the same price, I could get a motel that offers more.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to clifton hill. Check in area was not air conditioned (very humid) and had in unwelcoming scent. Room was ok not the cleanest and definitely showed its age. Also had a bit of a off scent. Would honestly not stay again. We learned our lesson. You definitely get what you pay for.

The Asian couple at the desk were friendly. The parking is decent. It fairly close to Clifton hill. Our only issues were it wasn’t very clean and the mattress was a rock. The ceiling in the room had a bunch of brown stains from leaks. They use actual keys and only give you one key. They need to update to card locks so all guest can get a card. It’s ok for a nights stay but not rushing to stay here again.

They say black out curtains not true. Old, beds on a slant, you could everything in the other rooms. Horrible choice of tv channels nothing for kids. Not enough outlets. Not sound proof. They tell you there is no refund after registering but they only tell you that when you finish registering. I will never stay there again.

This is what I would consider a real budget motel. Since I was there visiting family, I basically just slept there. The pros-The owners/staff are very friendly and accommodating and check-in was painless. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Parking was free.Very short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The cons- the furniture was pretty dated. There were numerous upgrades and repairs done to the room. The shower pressure and temperature were a little difficult to adjust. The TV was small and only got 5-6 stations. If you are looking for some luxury this is not the motel for you. This is a budget motel and you get what you pay for.Depending on your taste and budget, this may or may not be the place for you.
