What guests think
Across numerous reviews, Şehir Rezidans is praised for its very central location and generally helpful, friendly staff, while feedback is mixed on room comfort and maintenance, with recurring comments about thin walls, noise, and climate control issues.
Cleanliness reports vary sharply, ranging from spotless rooms to complaints of stained linens and hair, plus worn grout and occasional leaks in showers. Parking is via a nearby contracted lot with limited hours and suitability for larger vehicles, and the property does not offer on site breakfast. Overall, expect a budget-friendly stay with variable room quality and noticeable noise.

Rooms
Room quality is mixed: some units are spacious and warm, but recurring issues include thin walls and corridor noise, air conditioning that does not work or is loud, and two single beds pushed together instead of a true double.
