Travellers report that Monalisa Hotels KUŞADASI is a modern, generally clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff, decent breakfasts, and a handy location near the marina, though its uphill setting and some room and maintenance inconsistencies affect comfort for some.
Guests often highlight the rooftop terrace with bay views and the benefit of free on site parking. Common gripes include a dark, crowded basement breakfast room, patchy Wi Fi, and occasional housekeeping lapses. A practical pick with standout terrace views and generally solid value.

Dining
Breakfast is frequently praised for taste and variety, and some enjoy eating on the terrace with views. Recurring downsides are the basement dining room feeling dark or crowded, a 7:30 start time that can be late for tours, and occasional shortages.
