Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our unit was very clean and spacious, although some of the terrace was okay.. The only thing was, we were not aware that there was no elevator, but it wasn’t crucial. There is a lot of shops & restaurants around the area, making it very convenient. Our concierge was named Os, and he was absolutely wonderful & went over and beyond. Entire staff was great!

The view from our room was excellent. The breakfast was great & the caretaker of the property was really nice. The view from terrace was really beautiful. The Gumbet beach was very close by & was quiet & lowkey. The wifi in the room was not working but low speed internet was available at the reception. The pool was non functional too but maybe in summer it would be open. Suggest you confirm that from the property if pool is absolutely necessary for you. It was a great & comfortable stay.

A small quiet hotel overlooking Gumbet bay. Very friendly welcoming staff.. highlight has to be the breakfast with a view.. and the silence for the first hour of the day... Room was big with comfortable bed, good shower and a fridge for storing cold drinks. I also had a small patio (by the closed pool) which got full sun all day. and great value for money..

Rezervasyonu 3 gün önceden yaptık. Giriş saati 14.00 olmasına rağmen biz 17.00 gibi otele vardık. Buna rağmen odamız ayarlanmamıştı. Biz sakince karşıladık ve odamızın temizlenmesini bekledik. Beklerken ikram içecekleri içtik. Yeni devir alındığı için normal karşıladık. Bunun dışında otel 'fiyatına' göre gayet temiz. Havuz konusunda biraz daha çalışma yapılması gerekiyor. Yeni temizlenmiş denmesine rağmen yaprak,dal,toz kümesi ve bir kaç böcek gördük. Havuz alanının yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekiyor.Manzarası mükemmel. Çalışan arkadaşlar ilgili ve arkadaş canlısı.Teras katında bar var ve fiyatları makul. Tavsiye ediyoruz. Biz memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell med en oslagbar utsikt över havet. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Finns en pool som svalkar om man inte vill promenera ner till havet. Väldigt skön avslappnade vibes, fick också bra restaurangtips!

We had a very nice stay at the Otel Berg, and owner and family and manager all made us very welcome and were so friendly. I knocked a star off for cleanliness just because toothbrush holder in bathroom was very dirty at the bottom and there was a used razor in our bathroom. For the money we paid were happy and would return. Breakfast was very good

We had a wonderful stay at Berg Otel in Bodrum. Our room was cozy, very clean, and had an amazing balcony view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — simple, local, and homemade by the owner — served on a magnificent terrace overlooking a beautiful view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is a bit away from the marina center of Bodrum, but it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride, and there’s a taxi stop nearby. You can also reach the sea on foot in just 5 minutes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Bodrum experience.

I had a recent two night stay in this lovely hotel in Gumbet. I totally agree with all the other reviewers' comments. It was my preferred stay during my 7 day trip to Turkey. The room was lovely with gorgeous views from the room balcony and the rooftop. Wifi was great also. The service from the staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and it felt like being at home. Breakfast was lovely with the star of the show being the organic black olives for breakfast, not salty, which is the way I prefer them. Thanks to the owner's father who grows and provides them from the family farm! I hope to return at some stage for a longer stay and see more of this lovely area.

The room was not clean and was too hot when we checked in. Bathroom badly needs renovation, it was old and smelly. There is no place in front of the hotel for unloading the car. Other hotels on the same street at least had one spot reserved. I had to park far away. View is good, breakfast is average. At night there was a lot of music sound coming from bars nearby.

Bir gece konakladık ama sessiz sakin güzel bir otel konumu çok iyi çok tatlı bir konaklama personel de ilgili tek sıkıntı odada ki buz dolabı eski olduğu için sesli çalışıyor uyuyamadım resmen onun dışında hiç sorun yaşamadık tavsiye ederim :)

I booked this otel because the reviews. those reviews can not be geniune. Smoking allowed in all rooms. The room I stayed was not up to date, shower is very old and small. TV was not working. Otel staffs are nice and; they try to accomidate your needs. Breakfast was just ok.

Müthiş bi yerdi, otelin sahibi Mustafa abi bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmeyi planladığımız otellerden. Çok güler yüzlü ve yardım odaklilar. Otelde unuttuğum elbisemi bile kargoyla gönderdiler. Cok memnun kaldim hem otelden hem çalışanlarından. Kesinlikle tavsiyedir.

Excellent service, even if we arrived early, because of the flight, the room was ready and they let us in. It was greatly appreciated. The ocean view from the room and the roof top is incredible. The location is perfect, not too far and not too close from bar and restaurants, so you van go out and not be too much butter by the noise of the local night life. The hôtel give a good value for the price. I would returned there without any hesitation. Just dont expect a fully renovated room in a five star hotel. Anyway, if it was, it would be much more expensive with this kind of view and location.

We made a mistake with our booking, yet despite showing up a day early with no warning, and calling after 11pm to ask to check in, we were warmly welcomed and accommodated in a lovely room with sea views. We were treated to delicious breakfast each morning and enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the sunset. Everyone was very hospitable and really made the effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Cannot recommend enough!

The view from our room was excellent. The breakfast was great & the caretaker of the property was really nice. The view from terrace was really beautiful. The Gumbet beach was very close by & was quiet & lowkey. The wifi in the room was not working but low speed internet was available at the reception. The pool was non functional too but maybe in summer it would be open. Suggest you confirm that from the property if pool is absolutely necessary for you. It was a great & comfortable stay.

We had a very nice stay at the Otel Berg, and owner and family and manager all made us very welcome and were so friendly. I knocked a star off for cleanliness just because toothbrush holder in bathroom was very dirty at the bottom and there was a used razor in our bathroom. For the money we paid were happy and would return. Breakfast was very good

Surprised about high ratings of other reviews, it confused me. Saw a large corner of black mold in a bathroom of the first room, requested to change, the other room had not one but two black mold patches but didn’t look too intense. The mattresses and furniture were tired. Nice terrace but again, tired look. Would not stay there again.

A small quiet hotel overlooking Gumbet bay. Very friendly welcoming staff.. highlight has to be the breakfast with a view.. and the silence for the first hour of the day... Room was big with comfortable bed, good shower and a fridge for storing cold drinks. I also had a small patio (by the closed pool) which got full sun all day. and great value for money..
