Wyndham Garden Orlando Airport - Free Airport Shuttle - PARK N' FLY Available

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IVE STAYED AT. PERFECT LOCATION, POOL IS SUPER NICE. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE RESTAURANT. THEY SEEM TO RUN OUT OF EVERYTHING AND HAD ZERO STEAK SAUCES AND OFFERED NOTHING WITH OUR LOBSTER.

I was told they waived the deposit then they took it anyway making my account messed up. The manger said they waived it. The shuttle took 2 hours to pick me up from the airport late for a concert.

Waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle, kept telling us "we will be there in a couple of minutes". Ended up taking an Uber, never again staying at this hotel!

So impressed with this super affordable property and the ability to park our car here, be shuttled to the airport, and save nearly $100 on parking versus parking at the airport was awesome!

Nice shuttle modern room with very comfortable bed. Meals and drinks available at hotel. Hotel airport shuttle free. Just bring in arrival. Quiet rooms.

The pool was not alittle dirty lots dead bugs and leaves in pool. Need more umbrellas by pool area. Need more help getting breakfast service. Put us by elevator very loud lots of traffic.

Another excellent stay! Rooms are very clean and modern! Mini fridge is helpful! Beds are comfortable. A/C is a bit noisy so bring ear plugs. Microwave in lobby if you bring your own food. The staff at this hotel are sooo friendly and say hello when you walk by! Just a comfortable ambiance here. I stay here before next day early flight and park the car for $10 a day and use the shuttle. Drivers are very nice as well. Onsite restaurant increased the breakfast price so not as affordable as before. Definitely feel comfortable here traveling alone.

When we checked into the hotel there was a dirty/animal smell. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The air conditioning was not working. The room was hot. When I pulled back the covers on the bed they were not clean. I have pictures.

Room was nice but the shower has a bad leak in the shower head which made for a noise all night long. The shower was also considerably moldy.

If you need easy access to the airport, this is a great area, but the rooms need to be better cleaned the shelf under the tv had a lot of ants. The staff is change

I booked 3 nights for a work week in Orlando. I had to leave after one. Had to kill 2 German roaches while showering and 3 more getting ready in bathroom. Saw 2 more in room and last one crawling across door as I was leaving. Told front desk I could not stay due to roach infestation. Showed pictures and asked for a refund. They gave me an email address to contact but said refunds couldn’t be given. Didn’t really seem to care and offered no apologies for the roaches everywhere. I just left and ate the cost of the 2 nights I didn’t stay and had to pay for another hotel.

Clean room Good shower Quiet

Internet advertised as 100mb+ was actually 3.5-5mb the whole stay. This is the second time, months apart they said it was just messed up. Breakfast is not free, credit is $10 off minimum $40 spent. Every facet is a scam…..room was dirty, one blind didn’t work, smelled like weed, just a bad overall experience

I would give this place higher marks, but unfortunately, the first room they checked me into had a terrible smell of mold. I had to have them move me to another room. The next room had issues with the electricity, the TV and all of the outlets on one wall were not working. Also, this place has some characters staying at the hotel. Make sure to keep your doors locked. What do you expect for the price. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean and they have free shuttle to the airport. Overall, it’s a good place but I was inconvenienced a few times so I can’t give it five stars.

The shuttle service was very convenient to and from the airport. I was there for 1 night due to a flight mishap. I would stay there again for another single night layover. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No bottle water in room . No coffee maker in room.

This hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport. The staff are extremely nice and the property is clean. The beds and pillows are awful though. It’s a little janky like the shower door was hard to close and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, but no biggie.

There is only a refrigerator in the room without anything else, like microwave oven, coffee machine, etc.

Good stay but be aware rooms do not have microwaves. Any food purchased must be cooked adjacent to the lobby. $6 a day parking fee (never saw any security personnel). Grab bar in the shower but would have appreciated one by the toilet for someone like me with multiple knee surgeries. Staff very nice.

The hotel was fine. A couple of small items: We've all been in situations where the hot water runs out. This hotel dares to answer the question: what if the cold water ran out? What if there was no cold water at all? What if all of the water coming out of both the sink and the shower was all hot, all the time? Also noteworthy - the lobby is nice and cool and the room a/c work, but the hallways (or at least the third-floor hallways) did not seem to be cooled at all? Kinda weird.

We stayed at this hotel because our flight was delayed over 12 hours, and it was rated excellent. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear guests in other rooms as of they were right next to us. The mini fridge was making a loud hissing noise all night, the party above us spent hours literally stomping back and forth, and the guests next to us had a screaming baby. This was a horrible stay on top of an already bad experience. Do not stay here!

Requested a late checkout and was told yes, then received a text confirming normal checkout . Went back to the dest and re confirmed my late checkout, then my key was deactivated. After getting the late checkout confirmed and key reactivated, the fire alarm was tested and went off for 15 mins. I was told I would not be charged for the late checkout because of the fire alarm after completing. Will be reaching out if I am charged for the late checkout.

I stayed in other hotels in the area before but this one is the best so far. The area is safe and convenient, with some low level of noise due to its proximity to the highway but that was minor. One thing I did not like was the morning of the day of my arrival, I received as SMS from Wyndham to check in before I get to the hotel. I went through the process of checking in. At the end of the process, I was told that when I get to the hotel, all I will need to do is stop by the front desk, identify myself and pick-up the key/card to my room. To my great surprise, when I got to the hotel, the check-in agent made me go through the WHOLE thing again. I told him that I was already checked in and according to the Wyndham SMS that I had received all I needed to do would to stop at the front desk and pick up the card to the room. He insisted that I have to go through the whole process all over again. So, Wyndham wasted my time with their 'remote/advanced' check-in. I will never do it again. When I check in for my flight from home, when I get to the airport, I go straight to the departure gate of my flight.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this hotel for a night because I was told the airport shuttle would start running at 330 AM which I needed for an early flight. (I have this in writing.) I called prior to our stay to confirm this and was told that the shuttle would not start running until 4 AM. While this would be cutting it close for me, fine. Was told I COULD get the shuttle at 4 AM. Checked in and was told “No, you had to make a reservation for the shuttle and it isn’t available until til 615 AM.” Nothing was ever said on the phone about a reservation. I booked this hotel solely for the reason of the shuttle so that I would not have to pay for an Uber. The front staff were extremely rude and unapologetic about the situation. I asked for manager information and they gave me a piece of paper with the general phone number and email for the hotel like I’m stupid. Our room had mold in the shower and smelled like stale Chinese food. Our AC didn’t work properly either and they put the bed sheets on inside out. Also, when we pulled into the hotel, there was a police vehicle outside with their lights on with another vehicle. It absolutely does not feel like a safe area.

Room was very nice and overall clean. Front desk staff were unfriendly and quite rude. I received a phone call prior to my arrival by a gentleman who was very rude and disrespectful. He wanted my payment info although I told him I selected “pay on site” thru my Expedia reservation, but also I did the hotels online check-in thru their link, prior to his call. He said he “could not see that info, this is the front desk. Are you coming or not?” Then at check-in I was charged an additional $50 security deposit and extra for parking. I stayed at this hotel because it was nearby my providers office. With the online check-in it asked if I had any special requests, and I said extra pillows. However, we did not have extra when we arrived. They weren’t needed until the following day so we waited. When my husband went down to ask for more pillows (4) he was told I could only get 2, he told them 4 were needed and they still said only 2. This was the same person that called me the day before. When the housekeeper delivered the pillows, he was nice enough to come back with an additional 2 after my husband explained the reasoning for 4. It was not disclosed until check out about the parking fee. My parents are long-time Wyndham owners so this is very disappointing that the hospitality at this hotel was so poor. Also, the hallways were miserably hot and muggy. I felt bad for the housekeepers that have to work in that all day.

The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. I cut my finger n the gentleman at the front desk helped bandage it up and I almost missed the shuttle in the morning he waved it down so I wouldn’t. Overall good experience

The check in was very quick and gentleman was very pleasant. Check out was quick however, lady at desk was cordial. The shuttle driver was not pleasant at all.

Checked in after 11pm and was welcomed with the most unprofessional customer service I’ve encountered. Even though I “checked in” online very early, my room type was given away due to late check-in. When I inquired about the $10 food credit for Hotels.com VIP, I was told 'nope!' You don’t get it. Only get it if you buy $40 worth of food at the bar, and they can deduct $10. When I tried to explain what my confirmation said, the person checking me in continued to yell at me—what a horrible experience. The staff member working in the morning was lovely, though. I would recommend any other hotel than this one if you need to be close to MCO airport.

Play disappointed in service. Did not put the do not disturb sign out on my door and came back to an unclean room. When I called down and asked why they stated that there was a sign on the front desk that said you needed to request it. No mention of it at check in and when I went down the next day to look the sign was at the corner of the check-in desk but Blended in with a bunch of other announcements. Also, no liquid or bar soap for the shower. I had to transfer the bathroom sink soap with me and if I forgot it had to get out almost slipping on the floor to grab it. Lastly, when I asked if I could at least get my complimentary water being a member they stated "no" because I am the only one at the desk come down and get it if you want it.

We decided to stay at this hotel because they offer free shuttle service to the airport. We spoke to the manager upon check-in to reserve our shuttle transportation the next morning. when we showed up at 4:30 AM, as instructed, we were told shuttle was full and we were not on the list.

Clean, modern, had a nice quick stay. Right by the highway and no restaurants in walking distance.

Clean, comfortable unremarkable hotel stay - perfect for an overnight before flying out the next morning. Conveniently located and good shuttle service. Not sure I would book in for an extended stay, but fine for the purpose mentioned.

The room was clean and updated. However there was no microwave in the room. The location was close to the airport and a shuttle was readily available. Unfortunately, for a traveler with no vehicle the location was a bit remote. There was nothing to do within walking distance.

Property super clean and new-ish. Location not really near anything, but a few minutes away by car. It served our purpose very well for a 1-nite stay. would stay again.

The hotel was a very close drive to the airport, however the hotel seems to be on a highway off ramp, only one way, which is a bit confusing. Staff were very pleasant, and there was plenty of parking. The main lobby offered bar and restaurant services, but had a rather strong ‘greasy spoon’ restaurant odour. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and quiet.

Very nice hotel. My room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The onsite restaurant was convenient and the food was excellent. This was a very comfortable place to stay close to the airport.

Property is very nice, clean, lots of stuff around property. Didn't like no Continental breakfast, cost was 15.00. rooms were great, but needs to have a microwave, because of no free breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. they had a shuttle for the airport, staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean and updated and beautiful. dining and bar was convenient and bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks. i would absolutely recommend to anyone staying near the airport to stay here. 10/10!

I liked that there was a shuttle from and to the airport and the shower in the room. I did NOT like the: long wait at the airport for the shuttle; rudeness of Hercules at the front desk; inconvenience of the location of the room; lack of amenities in the room (no microwave? cups?); the inconsideration of the driver of the shuttle in the morning.

The food options are okay however, the food is over priced and was not hot. Ordered some wings and I had to warm them in the microwave and I ordered some chicken noodle soup that was tasty however, the soup was cold and had to send it back to be warmed.

Good options were limited. Definitely need to use Door Dash. Breakfast not worth the cost. The cost was higher than what was advertised online. I did the online check in that sent to me only to find that this hotel does not do the online check in. Took the shuttle from the airport (great service) to only stand in line with everyone else on the shuttle. The outlets in my bathroom did not work.

We stayed here the night before our flight home and the pool was the perfect way to end our trip. We ate in the lobby and the food was incredible. It made flying out so convenient especially using their airport shuttle I highly recommend.
