Online i booked OYO but Econolodge is the name on sign outside. Lobby lights were off and grounds are overgrown and trash all about i though it was abandoned, especially with ceiling panels missing from entrance awning. No internet even though it was advertised. I prepaid and only use my card to keep up with spending. $50 to my name and had to give as deposit before I could get room key. She said pos machine broke! At night people blasting car radio, no phone in room to call front desk so had to walk around whole property to get to office to ask how to turn on tv...should've been simple sign with instructions. A.C. sounds like motorcycle, someone stole shelf out of mini fridge. Had to pry microwave door open. 2 inch space under door so we heard EVERYTHING from hallway. Much more but no more space.

This was the quiet hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had with hotels.com. The grumpy lady at the front desk made everyone pay cash for their deposit. Very sketchy. Worse though was the amount of filthy stacked up trash that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I chatted with hotels.com for almost an hour and took pictures and video of how much of a dump this place is. Hotels.com’s disappointing response was that they refund me the full amount because the hotel didn’t answer the phone. This sets a horrible precedent. It allows hotels to avoid capability at the paying customers expense. I ended up paying for another hotel that same night and hotels.com has the cojones to issue me a ridiculously low credit.

This hotel was misrepresented on the website. The first thing you see is a lobby ceiling with a huge hole in it. There is no wifi- you have to pay in cash. There are wires hanging from the ceiling in places, water damage and a moldy smell. It is also in a bad area. And if you're looking for the Oyo hotel - you won't find it. It has Econolodge all over it.

They ask you for a cash deposit mandatory in cash. The keys and door don't work properly. We spent a lot of time trying opening the doors. The exterior looks like abandoned. Weird people outside. Super ugly place.

The room itself was fine, unfortunately the hallway smells like marijuana and the buildings are very rundown and with very limited lighting at night. Front desk refused to accept credit cards for deposit and demanded cash, but there was not even an ATM machine in the building. Checkout policies are unaccommodating.

The area around the property is Sketchy AF…there was a shirtless person staring us down as we walked in, the security guard said that they talked to them but they wouldn’t leave. The place also has a funky smell - and while the rooms are cleanish, the hallways feel like a bad horror scene.

It will not allow me to upload photos but the bathroom had a screw sticking out of the floor because the stopper had no rubber, the security latch was ripped off the door, the AC was only cold if the air touched you so laying down was not cold. The glass by the entry doors were all kicked in, many of the security cameras point too far over or down leaving blind spots, almost no lighting in the parking and the name displayed outside the building is not OYO. Also the listing is misleading because the photos do not match, there is no wireless available and your deposit MUST be in cash and cash only. You will not feel safe on this property, will not get what is promised from the website. As someone in contructuon I truly do not know how this building got a CO.

This was the worse experience and dangerous no lighting in the parking lot, addicts sitting in the stairs. We even found a knife by the stairs, we were approached by a male demanding to use our cell. When we got to the room n turned the light on the big roaches were running all over it was so disgusting. We went to front desk n the lady changed us to another building n the room smelled clean n the roaches were tiny. Never again I do not recommend it at all, unsafe for kids and family

Hotel staff was fine, but the building was smelly. Bunch of cockroaches in my room. The room was otherwise clean. The entrance was too far for me from the hotel lobby and the lobby had a huge hole in the ceiling. Honestly, I didn’t feel safe at all walking there at night.

The hotel had at least 2 dumpsters that I saw that were absolutely overflowing with trash and hadn’t been emptied in months. I also noticed 2 cockroaches in my room during my stay which was not cool at all.

This property is dirty, the surrounding area is okay. Once we got to our room the sheets where dirty, the blanket had semen on it. There where little bugs flying around. Did not have any Wi-Fi available. We checked in and right back out.

As soon as I got to my room I killed 3 roaches. There is no phone in room to call front desk so I call from my cell phone to Expedia and front desk. They made no effort to fumigate for roaches and got no refund. The three days I spend there I killed roaches in my room and big ones in the hall. Sorry I won’t stay there again. I needed one more day so I decided to stay in LaQuinta. So much better

So is not expensive to stay here, rooms are extremely basic, roaches in the room, loud, permanent tenets live in the hotel monthly, sketchy, have to pay exact cash for deposit, run down and much more… The list goes on. I had already paid the booking however, when I was sleeping, they knocked my door 5 times, asking me to go to the reception to pay. Then I called to the reception and they verified that the they had already received the payment and besides a person came to my room to confirm that everything was ok. The card-key was not functioning properly I had to go again and again to the reception to be able to enter to my room.

You get what you pay for. A weird reuse of old hotel/dorm. Sticky floors, knob fell off of bathroom door. At least the AC worked! This is more of a place for transient workers or those down on their luck.

Terrible, they don't make the check-in conditions clear. I paid for the night via Expedia and arrived after 1 a.m. and they wouldn't let me check in. Booked this hotel thinking it would be ok just for 1 night. They wouldnt even check my 7 year od son and I at 1am (flight delays)as per their policy its deemed a no show. Didnt care about flight delays nor me and my 7 year old son stranded with all other hotels fully booked on a saturday. Wouldnt refund the money. Told me to contact expedia and get it from them. Female receptionist had no empathy nothing. Just terrible.

Cash-only security deposit??? And was told I had to forfeit it because I had early morning flight and would be checking out at 4:00 am. They were not going to have anyone working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (???). Such a crazy and horrible set of circumstances——even for a “cheap” location. Would NOT recommend this sketchy property to anyone.

I left at 1:00 in the morning to go get a bite to eat and when I came back my key card did not work there was nobody on property there was no phone numbers to call you are basically out of luck if your key doesn't work my key was demagnetized somehow I did not have my cell phone with me so I couldn't have been that I had to wait outside my room till 7:00 in the morning till the front gate door opened and somebody showed up to let me in they did not refund my stay they did not extend my stay give me a few hours to sleep they were horrible I would not recommend staying there at all

Just an overnight stay before flying out. After arriving, hotel seemed a little sketchy. But that's on me, I usually drive by and check before booking. Both ladies for check in and check out wete fabulous, so that made me feel better.

DO NOT STAY HERE My experience with this hotel was awful from beginning to end. The entrance is horrible, the building is old and poorly maintained, and the reception area looks outdated and neglected. But the worst part was the lack of honesty. I had prepaid my stay through Hotels.com. When I arrived, they demanded a 50-dollar cash deposit, with no option to pay by card because they “didn’t have a card machine”. I needed to leave very early in the morning, at around 5 a.m., and the front desk would be closed at that time, so there was no way for me to get the deposit back if I paid in cash. The receptionist herself suggested that I cancel my stay under these conditions, so I didn’t check in and did not stay at the hotel at all. She said my prepaid stay would be refunded. However, the hotel later refused to cancel or refund anything through the app, and I lost the full amount I had paid in advance for a stay I never even used. Old, badly maintained, unprofessional staff and dishonest with money. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

It was economical and a great option for the summit to save money on cost. The outside of the hotel looks like crap. They are clearly remolding and doing their takeover from econolodge thing. When we got there I thought what in the world did I just do and how can we get out of it. When I got in my clean room with all amenities, an excellent stove, fridge and ac and comfy bed I thought differently Oyo cleanup the outside please and deal with your long term stay fighting couple Ty

This place was a scary dump, not at all like the online photos. They only accept cash, no credit cards! Those were the two reasons why I cancelled my reservation immediately. The name Oyo Hotel was not even on the building! It’s very old, dirty Econolodge.

This Hotel is falsely advertised. It is NOT called OYO..it is ECONOLODGE. The property is dimly lit I didn't even know it was open as we drove in. It looked closed as the parking lot was so dark. There was no signage showing it was called OYO except for a paper on the front door saying a $50 CASH deposit was required for OYO guest. We did not stay here. While we waited in the parking lot on the phone with Expedia three police cars circled the place. I did not feel safe here.

It was a NIGHTMARE! We drove around the building, there were homeless people working on cars in the parking lot (3 or 4 different cars). The garbage was stacked up to the top of a 10 foot fence, visible from the road. We called the phone number on the reservation to make sure we had the correct place, the only identification was "Econo lodge, they didn't have our reservation. We left as quickly as possible. Would NOT recommend this hotel EVER.

The room was clean, but the smell of disinfectant was a little too extreme. I was not able to go swimming, as I was there for only one night. But I did inspect the area, and it looked very inviting. The breakfast they offered, was more "breakfast-ish". - You had to make your own waffles from a dough dispenser, where I couldn\'t find any clear instructions while I was there. - The rest was more like a "it will fill your stomach". So that was a little disappointing.

Difficult to find. It says Econo Lodge, not Oyyo Hotel. Have to walk outside the hotel to get to the 4th building far away, and very difficult to find the room even with walking directions. Cockroaches in bathroom. No breakfast snacks. Have to pay $50 deposit in cash only.
