Staffs are friendly. We got mixed with our room and got fix the issues right away. New and clean hotel. Great for long-term stay. Love the fridge with freezer, kitchen, stove top and cookwares. The beds are so soft. The room is spacious. Great for family. You can book a 2 queens room with a pullout sofa to accommodate family of 5. We love the pool. Breakfast is cook to order. We can get sunny side up each with potatoes or omelette. It was so good! So many healthy options. They have Chabani yogurt station that you can make your own yogurt bowl with options for whole milk or non fat yogurt, berries, granola and honey. Drink and juice station. Bagel and bread station. Fruits station. Cereal station. Great location right off Hwy 75. We had a great stay! Definitely recommend this hotel! We sure will be back to stay here every time we are in Dallas, TX.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay at the end of 2025 was excellent. The location is great, the room was clean, and I had no issues, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. From the first day, the room only had towels for two guests even though there were three of us. I had to contact the front desk multiple times because housekeeping kept replacing the towels with only two sets after cleaning the room. The first staff member I spoke with was very kind and arranged for extra towels to be delivered. The second time, I was simply handed towels at the front desk and asked to take them to the room myself. On our last night, there was no hot water, so all three of us had to take cold showers. We were also missing a towel again. A few days after checkout, I noticed a charge on my card. When I called, I was told it was for parking. I was asked about my vehicle at check-in and given a parking tag, but I was never informed that parking would be charged separately. During my previous stay, I was not charged for parking, so this was unexpected. I still like the hotel and its location, but compared to my first stay, this visit was much less enjoyable.
