No issues with my stay. Beds clean room clean. Easy to check in well lighted parking felt safe. Only situation was side door was broken but plans to fix it scheduled. I would stay here again. Breakfast was pay to order which works for me i stayed 4 night ate breakfast once good and ok price. Keys are tap so that is convenient.

You can’t re-enter through the exits. So you can only come back in the property through the front. That’s inconvenient. The room is spacious, tv is a little old and the water pressure in the shower isn’t great. The bed was comfy.

The room was nice enough, but there was no gym, no food and our TV only got like 10 channels. I asked the useless guy with the goofy glasses at the front desk about the TV and he said he would have them program the TV, They didn't. When I picked the hotel it listed the gym and teh food options, but those weren't available.

Staying at the Sonesta was a great experience overall. It’s located in a very quite part of town with easy access to major highways. The room was very clean and beautiful. My only regret is there are no charging ports for EVs since I rented a plug-in hybrid vehicle.

The beds were kinda uncomfy. Back definitely hurt all weekend sadly. The lobby was super cute and very well decorated. No smell or anything like at other hotels I've been too. However, the room smelled a little like body odor or something. You can tell the grout in the bathroom wasn't ever scrubbed because on the side of the bathroom where people aren't constantly walking, the grout is brand new and white. But where people walk to get to toilet and shower, grout is stained black. They are currently remodeling but still. That's crazy to me how noticeably different they allowed it to be. They did not disclose that there was $100 deposit. Idk if it was Expedia fault or the hotel's but it wasn't on the listing. I don't like that. It feels dishonest. The pool looked fine and swimmable yet it was closed. Idk how it works in Texas but I assumed they were open as long as weather is STILL 100° outside. Even if it's September, it's HOT. There was a sign that read "Ice machines located on 3rd and 4th floors" so I went upstairs and BOTH FLOORS were taped off and under construction. The sign shouldn't be up directing guests there so I flipped it around backwards for everyone else's safety. The employees should also be tellingg guests at check in that those floors are completely closed just to be safe. The fitness room was also closed . It wasn't the worst though. I'd stay again AFTER they remodeled and the pool is open again for sure.

Front desk was not welcoming. The room looked clean, but the sheets were dirty. I could tell they hadn’t been washed because I saw stains, strands of hair and a false eyelash. When I told the front desk, I was informed that I had to change the sheets myself. It was difficult and I didn’t think it was right to make a customer change their own sheets as soon as they check in.

First, the staff are fantastic very friendly and helpful. With that said the room was dirty. The carpet floors were stained and sticky-yes sticky. The chair had white liquid stains. They bed sheets had spots and the ceiling had a long water stain. The bathroom room ceiling also had what looked like mold spots.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The room didnt have any central AC, just a wall unit, so the room temperature was varied and a bit humid. Also misread "breakfast for a fee" as "breakfast for free". Even so, the available food options were slim. Overall, nothing terrible, but also not anything noteworthy.

The microscopic bedside shelf was almost too small for my CPAP machine; lots of people have CPAP machines these days. So I took the phone off the table and put it in the slot under the shelf; it fit less than half way. Do hotels not realize that people bring items with them when they travel? There was room to make the shelf larger. The room was clean, modern, and restful. The bed faced the window and the TV swung out from the wall for viewing.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was so very kind. The room was very clean and we would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for us as we were right in the middle of the various places and people that we intended to see while we were in Dallas

The room was not cleaned the following day after check in. I was told by the front desk that they only clean every three days unless requested. I was only there for 3 days. So requested it to be clean the next day. Came back that afternoon, room not cleaned, no cups for coffee no towels no nothing. That morning they had a coffee bar set up in the lobby but was never opened or used the full three days I was there. Are room was put right next to a stairwell that we could hear every person who used it their foot stomps and conversation. will not be staying there ever again

Older renovated property with mature trees. Front desk was helpful on check in. Room was large and clean. Bath was acceptable and clean. What kills the stay was the lack of house keeping. We stayed four days and only after repeated requests, was the room restocked with towels. Other than towels the room was not touched. Trash not picked up. Beds not even straightened. All I all, a lovely location and property. Stay ruined by the lack of housekeeping.

Property refused to clean my room after staying multiple nights. They will only provide you towels and cups, Gemini at the front desk advised me it is their policy that they only have to clean your room once even you stay multiple nights, i stayed 4 nights and my room was only cleaned once and the pillows were very uncomfortable, it was so hard to get a goodnights rest because of the pillows.

Sonesta in Richardson is beautiful. The customer service provided by Jemini was truly welcoming upon my arrival. She went above and beyond to help me with my room and location. Lydia, was also very pleasant. I usually stay at a Marriott, but I must say, Sonesta is beautiful, clean and when customer is above and beyond it really made my traveling much easier. I had to extend my trip another week. This Sonesta is truly clean and beautiful but I decided to extend due to the exceptional customer service provided by Jemini, Lydia and kind interactions with other employees.

This property was pretty disappointing to be honest. The room was mostly clean when we arrived, and we were told we’d have housekeeping on our second morning. We were gone for the entire day, roughly 14 hours, and no one came to clean the room. At all. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they didn’t care and were very rude. My husband had stopped to get a couple extra towels for showering (5 of us in the room), and they only had 3 when we checked in, so he knew we’d need a couple more. But when we got back and saw they didn’t clean, that meant they hadn’t replaced the towels. So I called for more, and she said no because she gave “the man staying with me” a couple of towels already, and we didn’t need that many. It was overall, an incredibly disappointing stay.

The room was as advertised. Very nice and comfortable. The sheets must have been new, for it was a little scratchy. I picked this for the location and had breakfast as an attribute. It is a small Starbucks that had to be purchased. Was disappointed that it did not have free breakfast.

Our king sized bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. We enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately, the coffee station in our room was very poor, and the coffee was weaker than Biden’s term in office. There was no tea/coffee available in the lobby for guests which was disappointing for such a nice and modern looking hotel.
