Stayed 5 nights

Oh! How we loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped us many times. They helped locate areas we were looking for. We stayed in the lodge but we do RV. Looking forward to RVing there one day. The room was so clean. The beds were made and fresh towels everyday. We stayed 5 nights so this was a plus. We always felt safe and the hotel is convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This place is beautiful. The pools are great, the restaurant/bar is so nice. The bartender that served us during our stay was great. Can't remember his name unfortunately. My only complaint is in our room, nothing was restocked. We even checked into our room late. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 2 people. No tissues. Zero hand soap, no shampoo in the bottle in the shower and barely any body wash. We did ask for toilet paper but had the rest of the items with us. Just seems annoying to pay for a room and I could tell the staff was annoyed when I asked for toilet paper so didn't want to ask for more. We did have plenty of towels but as far as things that would normally be restocked in a room, we had nothing. Had I been there longer than one night I'd have definitely asked for more. I'd still stay here again though!

Stayed 6 nights

Absolutely amazing value. The Deluxe room with the extra kid's room gave us the extra space we needed. However there was so much to do on the property we spent minimal time in the room. The Lazy River was our favorite but the kids enjoyed doing some of the daily activities with the staff as well. We could not have been more impressed by the value. The only negative was it was difficult to get extra towels... apparently they were having a shortage.
