Upon check in ...the front desk agent was no where to be found. Took 10 minutes for her to make an appearance. The lobby looks run down and covered in cameras. After finally checking in we get our keys and thought perhaps its a nice room. room key did not work; unfortunately we could not get in the room. So down the stairs we go back to the front desk where there was no explanation, and we need to hang out for a bit for maintenance to check on the room (How long I ask? Oh i don't know it will be a while....) . I was in hospitality for 2 decades. Maintenance does not need to get involved. She was too lazy to take care of customers. I slid the key back and said Thanks; but we wont be staying at this property

The staff at the front desk was not friendly or informative. The common areas are disgusting! Room was decent but could use some TLC. Parking was good

My family and I had spent all day at the water park, and got to the hotel had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to attend us ... then my kids asked about the pool the lady said yeah it's open 24/7 it was not open or even functioning....so we go to the room and fake a shower and gotnout the shower walked to the bed to put my socks on and they was black the bottoms of my feet was very disgusting... then wifi didn't really work... I'm not sure but for us was a terrible experience.

The hot water was scalding hot. …..literally. There were no towels in room. Had to go get some. Had to set tv to come on each time you wanted to watch. We had an infant that crawled……her knees and toes would be black from the floor being dirty. We won’t stay there again.
