Stayed 2 nights

First two rooms shown were filthy. We were then offered a room That was acceptable but not pet friendly. We took that room. Scott was very helpful given the first two rooms were not fit. The building on the outside, looked great. The inside has not been kept up and housekeeping doesn’t deep clean. After the first night, we needed a second key and when I asked the attendant at the desk, he tried to kick us out of that room as it typically did not allow pets. I had to argue and told him I’d take a refund and find a different place to stay. He then handed me a second key. The bed was comfortable.

There are signs saying that the hotel is no smoking. However, the hotel smelled of smoke. There was also a musty smell when entering the hotel. The outer pane of the window in our room (265) was shattered. When I went down to fix myself coffee during breakfast the half and half curdled in my coffee. The bed was comfortable but this hotel was ratcheted and we will not be staying there again.
