Great resort property. Pool area was nice, golf courses were excellent. Only complaint was valet parking service was very slow retrieval of vehicle. Self parking was also very inconvenient as well. Room key gate system at self park lot didn’t work. Had to call to get gate opened every time we went in or out. Ugh

Wonderful property and stay. Room was superb and quiet and food quality and options were perfect. Unfortunately, our time at the pool was met with challenges and concerns. First, guests staying at the Marriott were brought in by the bus load and overloaded the pool area, especially since the second pool was closed and under maintenance (not to mention the ongoing paint smell). Of more concern was the unsafe conditions on the slide. Attendant at top let riders go at will, often times in pairs or more with small children often at risk. Bottom line the pool area lacked supervision and concern for guests.

Beautiful and clean. So many well thought out details, like mojito water in check in, sunscreen at pool and umbrella in room. Breakfast at BLT was excellent, if there was anything they could do better it would be the pastries. Rooms were specious and quiet. Bed was so comfortable including blankets and pillows. Bathroom was spotless and towels were large and fluffy. Two shower heads with great water pressure. Pools were large and service was great. Chairs and towels provided, umbrella if wanted with poolside service. Fun slide for the kids. Pool area was the only place that lacked the same cleanliness as the rest of the grounds. Self parking was convenient and available, and walking between buildings was well shaded. We did not golf this trip but will be back again.

The golf courses were exceptional. What I did not like was because I was staying at the Spa Suites, I needed to call for staff to pick me up with the Golf carts due to the distance from the main clubhouse where the restaurants and gym was. The pool is also near the clubhouse. The spa suites do have a smaller more private pool but i preferred the larger pool and the fact that the larger pool has the bar/restaurant. Near the clubhouse is where you want to be when you book.

Scotland in Miami. Trump hotels never disappoint. Consistent quality of customer service and facility maintenance. It’s for guests who have high expectations and knows the brand. Highly recommend. Most persons took advantage of the Valet parking. Valet service was excellent. It is a must for disability or if you are tired as the self-parking is far especially if you have lots of bags. Next, the shuttle service is available between buildings but sometimes the wait is long or a communication break. It is always best to dial from the room about 10 minutes in advance. The staff is super nice. If you are happy about meeting celebrities, the rich or famous then this is the place!

outdoor pool was not enough heated plus it was not clean. Water was dirty. The hot tub not working also not working the big pool. I am very disappointed. I love the name Trump but inside management are Democrats.

The decor was nice. I had to call the front desk because there was no HOT water in bathroom. Also the mini fridge in my room not working; I called to request another one; they came and put another one in and left the bad one in my room. They never removed it so I had 2 fridges in there; not great customer service for a Trump Hotel; they gave us breakfast on the house but it didn't make up for NO HOT water in bathroom

My first time here. I was expecting similar quality as the Trump Las Vegas property but this property is much older and dated. The room stated it could sleep 5 but there were only two beds. The staff here was excellent. My reservation with Expedia stated my included VIP Access amenities was 20% off spa services. I charged over $400 of spa services at this property and they refused to give me ANY discount on the spa services, let alone a 20% discount. Apparently the Expedia VIP access means nothing to this resort. The front desk did NOT acknowledge my Expedia VIP Access status when I checked in nor at any time during my stay. It was my impression this resort did not appreciate Expedia at all.

Communication with the property prior to the stay is impossible. The phone just rings and rings and rings. It doesn't matter what time of day you call, nobody answers. The staff at the front desk don't have a good grasp on what they're doing or how to handle multiple reservations under one name or even how to extend reservations. There is a lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping team, as well as the sales & events team.

to be honest, I was in Florida for a doctor visit, so I really didn't get the chance to do much. Overall, the property was lovely and cleaned and the golf course view were spectacular. the hotel is specious, but I did not receive my VIP upgrade. The area is safe to walk around, and Uber service was quick. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I stayed at Trump Doral twice in December, 2024. I don’t play golf, but have friends who live nearby and wanted to be near them. The style of the property isn’t to my taste - too old-fashioned for me - but I enjoyed my stay. My rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean and I particularly enjoyed the two restaurants, both of which provided very good food. And the staff were uniformly helpful and professional in their manner. All things considered, an excellent hotel at a price below what you’re likely to pay for something comparable in Miami Beach. Also very close to the airport if that’s important to you.

Great property and the staff is very attentive. The pool was well staffed and provided everything you could need. They could use some more reasonably priced menu items in all the restaurant options and $18 as the only Pinot Grigio option limits any time spent in the Champions Grill. That's really the only complaint because you spend a lot of time at the property as options within walking distance are somewhat limited. We really enjoyed the week.

Expectations were high due to its Trumps hotel and golf course. Played at Silver Fox, the cost was $275 for 18 holes. Definitely don’t think it worth the money at all. It’s a boring and very basic course which was next to apartments, power lines, plant nursery. We had to cross two ways street to get to each section which is annoying and feel unsafe. The room is nice, but the food at restaurants is bad. Even though the waiter said it’s the famous bread of the hotel but it’s dry and burned. I noticed most of the tables left the bread not touched on the table. Obviously, not body want to have it. The appetizer was still frozen and very salty. The main dish was extremely salty also. Lastly it took about 30 minutes for the meals to be on the table. Overall, I don’t think it’s meet my expectations to the Trump brand.

Amazing experience as always. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is amazing. The food at the restaurants is fantastic and the drinks are excellent. The pool and grounds are beautiful and so relaxing and the SPA is a whole different level of bliss. Trump Doral never disappoints to be honest. We come back again and again and it will continue to be the case.
