Front staff was helpful and provided me with a razor as I had forgotten mine. On the other hand, at the bar/restaurant, when I asked whether the service charge listed on my invoice was covering the tip, he demurred and said it wasn't for him so I basically doubled to cover his tip. I later learned that it was indeed an !8% tip charge! He probably figured I was there for one night so wouldn't catch up. Disappointing!

This property has no parking. I came from out of state and parked my rental car across the street, only to find that it had been towed the following morning. There were no signs, warnings, or tickets indicating that I could not park there. Apparently, the hotel staff works with the city regarding vehicles being towed, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. My room was also located near the elevators, and I could hear people coming and going throughout the night. The doors and walls are definitely not soundproof. The room itself was dusty and did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. I even found hair on my blanket, which made me question whether the bedding and sheets had been properly cleaned before my stay. Overall, the lack of parking information, towing situation, noise, and cleanliness made for a very disappointing experience.

Clean room & very courteous staff. A/C in the room was the only issue with it shutting off during the night. Once turning it on it cooled down but it never cooled to the setting (70) on the thermostat.

There was an unusually long wait to be serviced for breakfast and we had to make it to our cruise. More staff needs to be hired in order to accommodate the amount of guests
