This is a great house and the location is PERFECT for people horse showing at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center! We stayed 12 nights and will definitely stay there again. Linse communicated with us quickly when we reached out. The house is well stocked with all the essentials and super comfortable. Nice safe neighborhood too!

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend. The property was clean, in a convenient location, and easy communication with the host. We also enjoyed the pool table! We would stay again when back in the Houston/Katy location.

This was a great property in a perfect location for our needs. Lots of space with 3 comfortable king beds. The place was very clean and set up really well for a family. Even lots of great toys in the garage for young kids and a small playground in walking distance. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will be back!

Nice quiet street. Very clean. Only negative was tv. Basic basic cable with only 8 stations. Nothing for children at all. One not important item. The pool table cues need to be replaced. Except for tv a 5.

The home was a very good match for what I was looking for, my priorities being a place to work remotely during the day and to have a family game night in the evening. The beds were large and comfortable easily sleeping 6 even though I didn’t need all that space for this trip. I cooked a dinner and although the kitchen didn’t have a pot for boiling pasta, a quick message to the owner (Linse) resolved that as she kindly dropped one over soon after messaging her. Linse was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Thank you Linse!

I had a great stay at this Katy, Texas house. This home truly exceeded my expectations. The 3 king-size beds were perfect for our families sleeping arrangements. The convenience of being within walking distance or an Uber Ride away to grocery stores and restaurants was a game-changer. I loved having the option to dine out or cook in that well-equipped kitchen, and the abundance of toys was a delightful surprise, especially if you're traveling with little ones. I can't thank the host enough for their hospitality and the wonderful experience they provided. If you're visiting Katy, Texas, don't miss the opportunity to stay here. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

This spacious house was perfect for our family! The beds are super comfy and there are lots of towels and amenities like hand pump soap at all sinks, extra toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning products. Having these available was so helpful. The house is also very close to a HEB and not far from La Centerra.

Communication with host was great. Very responsive. We liked the area. The house was super clean and well stocked. We would stay there again. The house could use a little TLC with some touch up paint and minor repairs to ceilings and sheet rock. That everything was really clean made up for the normal wear and tear on an older home. It was comfortable. We did put a box fan to help circulate a little more air in living area. It helped cool the open areas a little more since there was a heat advisory during our stay.

The pictures make this home look so bright and welcoming. We were disappointed to find the home in very poor state and very dark inside. Not many lights. One thin quilt on the beds (one was even missing a sheet). Ants in the bathroom. The floor was dirty. The owner was kind but the house was lacking and not worth the price paid.

We booked in a rush because we had a family funeral in the area. The host was kind enough to let us check out late. The house was in a good location & fairly clean. Definitely an older home that could use some TLC. The host had great communications while we were there. We did have a couple of issues while we were there (which was probably the cleaning crew). When I did finally reach out (granted it was a couple of days after we checked out, but I wanted to let her know) I never received a response. The floor was dirty & the bedding had little bits of debris…most likely from a dirty washing machine. Also, the host requires you to strip beds & start a wash. I’ve never had to do that before so I thought it was unusual, but not a deal breaker. Although, I didn’t know it was required until after I booked.

This property was nice. It was a good location. It was clean and it had everything we needed. I was the first to arrive with my group. I did everything I was instructed. I got the key and let myself into the location. We stowed all of our stuff and we went to the retirement party that we had planned to go to upon returning that evening, the key didn’t work and we tried unsuccessfully to get it to work, but it would not work. When I reached out to the owner, Gotz and the owner wouldn’t return my text message stating later in the morning they were asleep. I understand you’re asleep, but you have an obligation to make sure that if there’s problems we can get it taken care of and VRBO customer service was absolutely horrible. I ended up literally having to pop the lock on the door so I could at least get in after working on it for over an hour. This is just such a horrible waste of time and the customer service on both ends was horrible..

The house was great but the owner has no manners. I was trying to talk to her with respect and she continued to call me a liar and had no respect toward me. She would threatened me saying she will call the cops because I had friends over even though the max amount of people that she said was allowed in the house was 6, which was how many of us were in the house. She kicked us out and I had to go to a hotel and spend even more money. The house was nice to stay at it was very clean and well kept but the owner did not leave me alone that night I did not enjoy my stay.

Overall, very good. Spacious, in a good neighborhood. A bit distant from Houston. Could use some minor improvement, but overall, well worth the money.

Really nice property in a good neighborhood, clean, easy check in and out, a little far from the city but Houston is just a big place overall

This was a great property in a perfect location for our needs. Lots of space with 3 comfortable king beds. The place was very clean and set up really well for a family. Even lots of great toys in the garage for young kids and a small playground in walking distance. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will be back!
