The hot tub was not working during my 5 night stay. The pool was cloudy and never saw anyone taking care of the pool area. The cushions were wet every day so couldn’t even lay around the pool and there were no towels for the pool area. Several things around the hotel needed repairs and repainting. Bar was not open every night we were there. The hotel has been bought out and is in transition but they still have work to do. Also, two different times saw guests smoking pot just outside hotel.

Staff at check-in was friendly and professional. Room was as expected. However, I selected this hotel because it had EV chargers. When I arrived, only one of the four EV chargers was working, and it was in-use, so I had to leave the property late at night to charge my car.

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious and clean. There are some improvements can be made as well. The air conditioning in the gym needs to be fixed. And the breakfast is a bit boring and could be improved.

Beautiful room, but pull-out mattress was very uncomfortable. Room keys stopped working on daily basis. Jacuzzi not working, but pool was refreshing. Ice machine and hospitality dryer are both broken. Shower is awesome, hot and great pressure. Main bed very comfy and supportive, pillows, too. We extended our stay, adding two days, because overall we really enjoyed the location.

Great stay. Clean room. Really the whole property is clean and is very nicely designed. The elevator nearly gave me a heart attack every time I rode. It bounces, shakes, makes a terrifyingly loud noise, and takes about 10 seconds to open once you’ve reached the floor you selected. I took the stairs unless I had my bags with me. Other than that I would return after that issue is resolved.

Didnt use internet, but was disappointed the tv didnt come with netflix option, it was just direct TV, nothing worth watching on a Saturday night, plus the pool, which i really was looking forward to, was "closed indefinitely " according to the front desk person, and the morning manager wasn't very friendly. Oh, breakfast was supposed to be over at 11am, i went down at 1030 and it was all pretty much cleaned up. Wont be back to stay if i need a room.

Im really upset! My food and belongings were thrown away and they shrugged it off. Those items were not cheap. I even had a note saying not to move or take. Upon arrival the first time I booked, the room was not up to par. Outlets broken, mold in shower, smelly floors and chair felt unclean. Throughout my stay and to my knowledge, they didn’t clean any of it, only restocked some items. I know they don’t dust behind or under a lot of places. Outside stone wall needs cleaning. Select few staff made it a decent stay but others were rude or uncaring. I would not have stayed if I knew this was how it would be. Broken dryer, hot tub not working, usually busy by the pool and can’t enjoy any of the amenities.

This has been my "go-to" property near Houston. Allowances were made for issues that began during and after Covid. But there is no longer a viable excuse for the uncleanliness everywhere, the accumulation of trash in the hallways, the overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, the dirty hallways and elevator, the short supply of breakfast foods, the sultry breakfast area employees, and the frightfully overextended front desk staff who have to wear far too many hats. That said, the best thing about this property on our most recent visit was in fact the front desk staff: courteous, friendly, helpful, positive and cheerful despite the oppressive weight of responsibility that fell to them.

Upon arrival, the office staff was sitting in car smoking and I waited 15 minutes at the desk for them to come in. They then took a call from a guest who hadn’t had his sheets changed in 4 days and was told to come down to get them to change them himself. Housekeeping? I was told pet deposit was $30 then I was charged $50. When we got to the room it smelled moldy and was hot and ac didn’t work, only had one towel for three of us and the sheets smelled on smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were put in a room with a non working A/C, we were too tired to pack up and move that night so we just stayed there, woke up at 5 am and couldn’t stand it anymore, go down stairs to find out there had been a shooting in the parking lot!! They did switch our rooms when we asked but then put us in a room that the shower pull to turn the shower on was broke (it could still be turned on but you had to dig down in the faucet to pull up the lever) , I asked 3 different times if they could send the maintenance guy to see if it could be fixed and they never sent anyone… the hot tube was out of order the entire time we were there, not a big deal since it is summer.. The pull out couch was terrible the first room with no A/C the pull out bed was broken also.. The breakfast was not very good and the first morning they didn’t even serve breakfast.. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg.. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it was very clean but that was about the only positive

Room was fine even though they gave away our two bed reservation so one of us had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was aweful. And we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for it. The hard sofa was better than the sleeper mattress. They also charged for breakfast. We got a voucher for one morning for a free breakfast because of giving up our reservation of two beds. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special and should not be for an extra fee. It should be included with the rental rate. The TV wouldn’t work and front desk was not helpful but we figured out where the unplugged connections needed reconnecting and got it to work. A decent stay close to a tournament we were in. Not the best but for the price, I didn’t have high expectations.

This has been our regular place to stop when passing through the Houston area. Recently it has changed owners and this time appeared run down when we pulled in. We arrived at 2:30 and were told that it would be an additional charge of $30.00 to check in before 3pm. We have stayed here many times and this was a first. We ended up leaving for a half hour then returning. If we hadn’t prepaid we would have left and booked elsewhere. With so many other options in the area we won’t be returning!

The downside was that I paid for 3p late checkout. The day I was scheduled to leave at 11a I get a knock at the door. I was asked if I was doing late check out I explained I requested until 3p and had already been charged. I was informed it was better for me to leave at 12 because “people don’t normally stay until 3p.” So again, I said 3p was an option and I had already paid and again I was told it was better for me to leave at 12. I packed up and was out by 1130a. I spoke with Robert at the front desk, although he was helpful and assured me I’d get a refund on the late checkout fee, I still don’t feel like my concern was properly addressed. Why give the option of a 3p late check out if I’m going to be told it’s better to just leave at 12?!? Upside the property was nice, clean, quiet, and as a solo traveler I felt safe.

We booked the hotel for approximately four weeks in December. The booking was clearly stated breakfast was included. The first few days were fine. We had breakfast without any issues. On the morning of the sixth day, a staff was stationed at the entrance to the serving area saying that we have to pay $12 each for breakfast because management changed the policy. Despite seeing the booking information we showed him, the supervisor refused to let us have breakfast and refused to give us the phone number of the hotel manager, only an email. We decided this was not the kind of business we want to deal with so we checked out. I sent an email to the manager. I have never gotten a word from the him/her. Stay away. If they do this once, they will do it again.
