Great stay at Carrie’s Suite Escape. Conveniently located for travel all around the Burlington area. The suite provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need including some of the best pans we have seen in a short-term rental. Loved the shower and there were plenty of towels, something we don’t see very often. There were Lots of little extras that made our stay more comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners thought of everything one might need from shampoo and body wash to K-cups for the Keurig, sweeteners and half and half. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water, popcorn snacks and candy bars that were left for us. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast there a couple of days. The apt is attached to the owner’s house but very private and the house is in a lovely neighborhood close to everything. If we are in the area again, we would definitely come back to this wonderful VRBO!

A little bucket of goodies were waiting on the island for us, there were toiletries in the bathroom, coffee fixings in the kitchen, it was just so comfortable...and beautiful! We were here for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Isham Family Farm which was conveniently close, but the kitchen was set up that if we'd had the time and desire to make our own meals it would have been easy. The suite was completely private, we never heard or saw the main house residents, though Carrie was always very responsive via VRBO. The house is in a very safe neighborhood. The Sweet Suite is a beautiful fully stocked and totally updated rental. Carrie has left no stone unturned, from the well equipped kitchen, to the luxurious sheets. As others have mentioned, this is a stylish rental. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to Burlington proper. It is located in an upscale suburban neighborhood. A great option in lieu of a hotel. We had such a wonderful stay in this pristine and beautifully located property. My husband is an architect and said to me, “This place was designed by an architect… or someone with excellent design sense.” A compliment like that from him is HUGE. We had a wonderful stay and visit with our son. So close to Church Street and all the fun, but far enough away to be peaceful and homey. Thank you Carrie!

The property is perfect. It was very clean, new and well appointed. The location is ideal. We took many day trips in the area. It is close to many beautiful and historic landmarks. Carrie was kind and responsive She suggested exceptional activities and restaurants. This is the best VRBO experience that I have had. We stayed 7 days. I am ready to return next fall.

We spent 5 days in Burlington and couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay. The property was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to travel into town or spots around the area. The unit was well appointed, very clean and had everything you could ever want or need for a visit. We would definitely stay again if we get to the area in the future. One of our favorite VRBOs for sure.

This immaculate property should deserve an award for all the amenities it has to offer! Appliances and furnishings all brand new, fluffy towels in a large bathroom with lots of hooks to hang clothes, full sized fridge, new cutlery and dishes, comfortable sofa and fantastic king bed! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but the city life in so Burlington is a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed a sunset dinner cruise on the Ethan Allen ship and had a delightful afternoon on church st, visiting pubs and shops. We had a fabulous three days here and can’t thank our hosts enough!

My husband and I spent a couple of days visiting our son who goes to school in Burlington. The apartment is filled with fine finishes and smartly decorated. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown. Don’t miss the little outdoor deck for your morning coffee - we discovered it too late! The bed was so very comfortable - I’ve been meaning to message the owner to ask the mattress brand! :)

It is a perfect location: quiet, beautiful large yards, and just a 15 minute drive to campus/downtown Burlington. While the unit is attached to the house, we never heard a peep from anyone, not even the cute little chipmunk that seemed to great us each time we came home. The unit is beautiful; bed is comfy, kitchen very well-stocked and the bathroom like a spa. Carrie was fantastic to communicate with and we will absolutely be reserving the next time we come to Burlington.

This property was wonderful. It was exactly as described and visualized in the photos. It was very up to date and suited our needs well as a home base to explore the State of Vermont. The kitchen was great as was the bathroom and washing machine area. Even though it was technically a studio apartment, it felt spacious and met our needs for a comfortable stay. Carrie was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Carrie was an amazing host! The property was amazing! I made a huge mistake when booking my reservation. I thought I was scheduled for two nights, but unfortunately I only booked one night. I received a call late in the day Saturday from VRBO asking why our belongings were still in the unit. I was extremely confused. Carrie was so gracious (she had another renter moving into the unit that afternoon). I felt horrible. Because it was UVM Parent’s Weekend, there were no hotels available in the local area. Carrie went as far as making several phone calls trying to find us a place to stay. She went above and beyond. We will be back and I will make sure I book the appropriate number of nights next time. You must check out this beautiful property! Thanks for everything Carrie. I apologize for the screw up!

Great stay at Carrie’s Suite Escape. Conveniently located for travel all around the Burlington area. The suite provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need including some of the best pans we have seen in a short-term rental. Loved the shower and there were plenty of towels, something we don’t see very often. There were Lots of little extras that made our stay more comfortable.

We really enjoyed this apartment. It’s located in a nice neighborhood which was really quiet. Carrie was very responsive and the place was in perfect condition. We were 15 minutes or less from all the places we went in Burlington, so very convenient. Highly recommended!

The property is perfect. It was very clean, new and well appointed. The location is ideal. We took many day trips in the area. It is close to many beautiful and historic landmarks. Carrie was kind and responsive She suggested exceptional activities and restaurants. This is the best VRBO experience that I have had. We stayed 7 days. I am ready to return next fall.

We spent 5 days in Burlington and couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay. The property was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to travel into town or spots around the area. The unit was well appointed, very clean and had everything you could ever want or need for a visit. We would definitely stay again if we get to the area in the future. One of our favorite VRBOs for sure.

This immaculate property should deserve an award for all the amenities it has to offer! Appliances and furnishings all brand new, fluffy towels in a large bathroom with lots of hooks to hang clothes, full sized fridge, new cutlery and dishes, comfortable sofa and fantastic king bed! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but the city life in so Burlington is a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed a sunset dinner cruise on the Ethan Allen ship and had a delightful afternoon on church st, visiting pubs and shops. We had a fabulous three days here and can’t thank our hosts enough!

This a was lovely and well VRBO. Every inch exceeded my expectations. The linens, couch, bed and every comfortable. These hosts did not miss anything. I cooked quite a bit and found every tool and pan needed. They even got up early and shoveled off my walkway. Thank you for creating a beautiful space away from home. Looking forward to my next stay.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners thought of everything one might need from shampoo and body wash to K-cups for the Keurig, sweeteners and half and half. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water, popcorn snacks and candy bars that were left for us. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast there a couple of days. The apt is attached to the owner’s house but very private and the house is in a lovely neighborhood close to everything. If we are in the area again, we would definitely come back to this wonderful VRBO!

This guest suite was just amazing – I see-sawed between feeling like we'd just stepped into an interior design magazine and a friend's place who had left little touches to welcome us! A little bucket of goodies were waiting on the island for us, there were toiletries in the bathroom, coffee fixings in the kitchen, it was just so comfortable...and beautiful! We were here for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Isham Family Farm which was conveniently close, but the kitchen was set up that if we'd had the time and desire to make our own meals it would have been easy. The suite was completely private, we never heard or saw the main house residents, though Carrie was always very responsive via VRBO. The house is in a very safe neighborhood. The suite was super clean and comfortable, just a gem! Thank you, Carrie!
