The guest services & amenities at this hotel are superb. Free cookies. Free, on-call shuttle service to and from both the airport and, remarkably, the nearby hospital, making this an ideal place to stay for anyone visiting relatives at the hospital here. Excellent on site bar & restaurant with multiple beautiful dining areas. Gorgeous pool area surrounded by indoor garden spaces. Very convenient location, comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommend for anyone needing to stay close to the hospital.

The property is lovely overall. We choose this hotel specifically because of the beautiful indoor pool we planned to enjoy. However, the air temperature inside the pool was oppressive. We spoke to the staff about it but there appeared there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing.

Reasonably close to the waterfront if driving. Beautiful building and useful facilities- construction at the time of stay was slightly hindering but not an issue overall. Close to the airport so occasionally can hear planes passing. On site dining was delicious and provided a surprising variety. Would stay again

The view from the window was another wall. The parking lot was too dark when I came in around 10pm. The room was very clean vi love the shower and the tv channels access. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee at 6 am.

This was our second stay at the DoubleTree, and it was great! We love this hotel because a) they have free parking on the property and b) there is a complimentary shuttle to the airport and downtown Burlington. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and the staff courteous and helpful. Just know that this hotel is HUGE, so definitely ask the front desk which entrance you should park nearest.

A few things went wrong on our stay. First off the room smelt of humidity. The room carpet wasnt clean. The shower had lots of mildew around the bottom and sides. The blowdryer didn’t work and it took over 1 hour to get a replacement. Overall cleanliness is poor. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the public areas and rooms were spotless and well kept. The beds were very comfy, with large TVs and a good size bathroom. The breakfast was delicious as well.

cobwebs. black and orange mold in the bath and shower, even on the built in seat in the shower. missing tile. broken toilet seat. broken tv. “room service” consisted of hanging a laundry bag with two fresh towels and two bottles of water on the door handle. staff told me they would have to inform building engineer. i had to ask for new room. new room was still moldy ( somewhat less visible) and dirty. How does Hilton allow its name on this property?

Bathroom was in terrible condition, the hotel is outdated and we had an old room. Which is understandable, but the tiles were all covered by a black mold looking substance. Could have been cleaned at least.

The person behind the desk told us there would not be another room available until later in the evening…they were short staffed. When The Manager came over, a room on the first floor somehow miraculously appeared. We paid almost $450/night. Room was nothing special.

Facility itself was fine, but our room’s AC didn’t work and the room was very hot. We immediately notified someone who completely dismissed us. We waited over an hour until someone finally came up due to it getting hotter and they admitted the AC was broken and we had to transfer rooms. We were in a time crunch to get ready to go out for my friend’s birthday and didn’t end up having enough time to fully get ready and missed one of the events due to not being able to use the first room. The tech that came to our room was very helpful and the only person who seemed to actually care about the issue. He even got new cards for us and made sure the new room was cool upon arrival. Thank you Mr. Technician!

Arrived late for check in after our flight was seriously delayed and could not get into the room due to the computer rebooting. I previously called and let them know we would be late and no one took the time to inform us that the check in service ends at a certain time. The male front desk employee at 4am was rude, snide, unprofessional and couldn’t even offer us a refreshment while we waited at 4 in the morning, definitely not someone who should be working In hospitality. We were there for thanksgiving and despite the employees being at work on a major holiday they treated us like the family they were missing going truly above and beyond. This made a huge difference! We were there as a whole family visiting our daughter in the children’s hospital nearby where she has been with just me for weeks. The extra kindness shown by everyone at the hotel was incredible, and when she ended up being RELEASED early on thanksgiving day they allowed us to cancel the second day of our stay. With the coming bills that extra money will be really wonderful to have. I’m telling everyone I know to book at doubletrees whenever possible!

Kudos to your staff members at the front check in desk. As I was checking in, another customer was in there throwing a fit and being very aggressive. The staff handled the situation well, while continuing to work with me on my own check in. The only bad review I have, is that being on the first floor, I could hear a ton of stomping around go on above me, making it difficult to fall asleep. This is a tad annoying when I have to get up at 3am to catch a flight, but it's not something easily controlled, and I understand. Overall, very nice space. The Tavern was amazing as well, with great service.

I checked in at 2 AM, after my flight being delayed for a day and a half due to weather. The night clerk was very accommodating and so helpful. He got me checked in swiftly and without issue. The room was spacious and clean. I was there for family weekend and the proximity to the airport and campus was perfect. I will definitely make this my hotel whenever I’m in town.

Very quiet despite being near the highway, which was convenient. Quick drive (5 min) to Burlington downtown, or 8 minutes to the airport. The room was nicely appointed and clean. We would choose this hotel again!

Room was nice but a bit cramped. Big issue was that you had to pay another $18.95 per person if you wanted breakfast!! That’s ridiculous! At the very least provide a continental breakfast. For the amount of money you pay for a room, breakfast should be included.

Terrible breakfast. Noisy in the room. I could hear people in the rooms on BOTH sides of us. A/C did not work properly and was VERY loud. Prices on line were all over the place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
