I would keep on driving the next time. The toilet seat was broken. The rod the toilet paper rolls on was gone. We had to put the toilet paper on the rim of the bath tub. The bathroom door was coming apart. The beds had two very small flat pillows. The mattress was hard. The sink was tiny with no room to put anything on it. There were no luggage carts. Tiny TV that didn’t show the guide so you couldn’t see what was on TV. The door stuck. And I saw small bugs flying around in our room and by the continental breakfast area.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly when asked, However, there was no room service, the tissues ran out after using just a few, the light over the bathroom was hanging down as the ceiling fixture had come undone. The ceiling had a lot of stains, maybe some mildew as well. The complimentary breakfast was just some coffee and a rack of breakfast bars, etc. The fitness room had a few free weights and just one type of cardio equipment. There were some guys drinking a twelve pack of Heineken the first night, out in the parking lot. And some of the folks around the place looked fairly seedy - possibly they were homeless or recovering addicts being housed there - I'm not sure. And of course, being right on Dorset Street, which is one of the busiest roads in Vermont, it was noisy for much of the day, as the room faced the road. If you're looking for more traditional good hotel service and amenities, I would not recommend this one. (the price was cheaper than nearby hotels, however)
