This is a great cüty hotel wirh resort quality property. The team gives pampering service. Thank you Hedil in the front desk, Chelf Tuncay and the team. Gm Baris bey does a geeat job managing this hotel. Strongly recommend it.

The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here.

İnanılmaz güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Yemekler, içecekler, odalar ve diğer her şey mükemmeldi. Odalar tertemiz, geniş, balkonlu ve bornozumuzdan iğnemize kadar düşünülmüştü. Kahve makinalarımız nespresso ve tüm kahve çeşitleri mevcuttu. Yemekler çok çeşitli doymamanız imkansız, alkoller de öyle, kafede bulunan tatlılar belçika çikolatasından yapılma mükemmel tatlılar. Personeller gayet güler yüzlü, istekleriniz karşılanıyor. Otel çok büyük arkadaşlar her şeyin anında gelmesini zaten bekleyemezsiniz, puan kıranlar butik otele gitsin. Denizi tertemiz, iskelede de bar ve restoran var, yani her şeye her zaman anında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Denize yürümek 5 dk onda da otelin havuz, saha taraflarını görerek gidiyorsunuz, shuttle hemen geliyor. Etkinliklere davet ediyorlar zaten takibini yapıyorsunuz mesaj atıyorlar. Çıkışımızda geç saatteydi uçağımız, uçak saatine kadar valizleri emanete bırakıp imkanlarından yararlanmaya devam edebiliyorsunuz. Bir otel nasıl olmalı diye sorsalar böyle tarif ederdim, biz çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Otelde genel anlamda herşey çok güzeldi. Birkaç garson ve barmen arkadaş hariç çalışan personel genelde güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Tek sıkıntı yeterli personel yok.Sabah kalvaltıda çayınızı kendiniz dolduruyorsunuz yada öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinde içeceğinizi bardan kendiniz almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Çalışan garson arkadaşlar elinde geleni yapıyorlar ama sayıları az olduğu için yetişemiyorlar. Evet bu küçük bir detay ama bukadar para verdiği bi otelde içeceğini kendisi almak istemiyor insan.
