Stayed 6 nights

While the space had all the amenities listed and the location is good, the cottage was not clean. The towels were not cleaned at all and we did not use it even once. The kitchen was clean but the utensils were not. Even the cleaning scrub was not replaced. Property needs to work on cleaning. The bathroom exhaust fan made a lot of noise.

Stayed 2 nights

We ended up only staying one night instead of two. Starting with check in, it was already a later check in then most places but when we got there the office said it was closed and after hours. I go to the board they have the room info listed and it's just a piece of paper with our name and a room number , and codes for the bathrooms. No other instructions on where to find everything and any other processes. There was a map that did not correlate to our room number so I could not find it until someone took pity on us and helped us. The room was just a bed, table, and loud ac unit. The tents were right by a busy road so it was so loud between the ac and the traffic, the bed felt like it was just a blow up mattress on a frame (we were unable to to confirm it it was because it was completely covered buy something we were to tried to try to open. The bathrooms were communal and the doors on both sides were always open so they did not feel safe at all and the tent did not lock again did not feel safe at all. This was the worst experience of our 10 day road trip for sure and like I said we ended up only staying one night out of the two because it was loud, uncomfortable and we did not feel safe. At no point were we able to speak to anyone who worked there in person or on the phone

Stayed 3 nights

We are a couple traveling with our elderly parents and teen daughter. So we either needed 2 hotel rooms or something like this. What i booked was a 1 room cabin with a loft bed, kitchen, bathroom and living room, 2 queen beds and sofa couch. On arrival, the office was closed but there was a paper on a magnet board with a map and it said we were in the lodge with a code to get in. This is not what I booked but when I called the number, they said if you don't like it you can have a refund. So we decided to check it out. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. 3 queen beds total, 1 futon. We felt that was considererably better than what we had booked so we stayed. The beds were very soft which we like. One bed was pretty squeaky. Plenty of extra bedding, pillows, towels. The bathroom had a deep bathtub which was very difficult for the elders to get into and was very slippery inside. Also the handles were stripped and the temperature was hard to control. For what we paid for the property, I would expect a little higher level of upkeep and clenliness, the front door was not secure at all. The couches were very uncomfortable and small but hopefully most people don't have to spend as much time on them as our elderly parents did. The kitchen has basics so small meals could be made and there were nice areas outside to sit and chat or be alone. Mainly it just needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. I would stay at the property again.

According to my reservation I reserved a cabin not a tent. Ones I arrived I noticed that the office were closed and a board with some paper pages with persons names on them. I found mine.
