I love this hotel as it is right in the heart of Moab so you can walk to everything. It was clean, nice gym, good breakfast, nice pool, ample parking. The only drawback was the hot tub was under renovation. The biggest plus was the extremely friendly staff. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again.

The breakfast is wonderful, as is the breakfast manager and crew. The hotel is clean, there is cold lemon water and hot cocoa/tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. The staff is OK, not overly friendly or helpful. Pool is refreshing, plenty of towels available. Housekeeping missed our room one day, leaving us both surprised and annoyed after returning from a long day on the river. No fresh towels, toiletries, unmade bed, floor that needed to be swept or vacuumed, etc. When I asked the front desk to please have housekeeping come the girl said they were gone for the day, and barely even apologized. Then I asked if we could get some fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, and a bar of soap. She said she’d bring it up to the room. Fifteen minutes later I went back downstairs and told someone else at the front desk I was heading out to the pool, and that another staff member was supposed to bring us towels. He he let me know she was gone, but that he would drop some off in our room. The other issue was when we were checking in. The gentleman at the front desk wanted to show me the room before we accepted, which was rather cryptic. We walked to the room we reserved (a standard two queen bedroom), which he opened for us to inspect. It reeked of marijuana. We declined and were offered a one king bed bedroom, which was less than ideal for me and my two daughters, but all they had. This along with the poor customer service and missed housekeeping service really disappointed me.

The property was nice.. located in a great spot. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast options. Some of the issues i had were the loud guests.. cleanliness of the room was a concern.. the bathroom in particular was not the cleanest, towels had stains and there was feces on the toilet lid. It was disgusting. The bathroom itself was extremely small also. I would probably not stay here again.. unfortunately.

room size was large and spacious. Particularly liked the separate toilet/shower from bath vanity room. (Plus a vanity in the shower room too!) Very convenient for 'moving' people along in the morning! And the breakfast: What can I NOT say about it? Excellent choice of hot items (eggs, fritata's, bacon, pancakes.. and more), cereal, make your own yogurt dishes with various toppings, fresh fruit, ... and your choice to eat inside or out on a beautiful patio setting with excellent views of the mountains. The room had a nice work desk, plugs everywhere for convenience to charge phones, laptop, etc. Can't complain about one single item. Would easily stay here again. Oh, did I say this hotel is VERY conveniently located within walking distances of numerous excellent restaurants, stores, and the Moab Adventure Center for our rafting trip.

The room itself was basic but clean. We were probably in the worst room of the hotle based on location ( first floor right by the ice machine and water filling station and garbage) so it was often loud. Probably the worst part was at check in when I was given the wrong room key and room number and walked in on a poor old man sitting in his boxers eating crackers. When I went back to the front desk there were no apologies about the mix up and was told “well, we are sold out’” Why she said that, I will never know, but I am glad I didn’t walk in on anything worse with my 12 year old next to me.

Breakfast was one of the best free breakfast we’ve had at various hotels. The staff went above and beyond for friendliness and service. Hotel is clean and is centrally located in Moab. I particularly appreciated their use of single-use paper products in the high-traffic area and thoughtful about plastic usage. Single-use plastic utensils are still used with the rationale that water need for washing utensils would be a bigger burden in the dessert area. That maybe true and I appreciate the thought of that, but would like to see compostable single-use utensils used in this situation to further reduce the environmental cost of running a hotel.
