Stayed 6 nights

Overall, had a great experience. The rooms are really open, airy, bright, well designed and the hotel rooftop bar and restaurant are so fun. You can see Disneyland Fireworks from the rooftop. Areas of improvement that would greatly improve the guest experience would be: 1) Housekeeping: we never had enough towels, no washcloths, no new soap, no new toilet paper and often times, housekeeping would make our beds but leave old towels and leave trash in our trashcans. It wasn't horrible, just annoying after a few nights. We were there for 6 nights and every day, had to ask for towels or some other toiletries. 2) Property Cleanliness: the hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed, but it seemed like days in-between vacuuming the common hallways. 3) Calling Guest Services, House Keeping or Front Desk: never got an answer when called for more towels. Called at 8pm for more towels when we got back to our room and no one answered. Several attempts. The staff in the lobby seemed like they could use a leader, especially at night--everyone was just kind of socializing (hotel staff and the parking attendants). I couldn't pick out anyone who would have been a manager. We will definitely stay again, just felt like the kids were running the hotel while mom and dad were out of town.
