The hot tub was great. The water was very hot, a little too hot for some.in my party but I thought it was perfect. The rooms were nice, but the mattress was a little firm for my liking. Staff was very accommodating, I needed a first floor room, and we were initially supposed to be placed in an upstairs room, but when I told them I have issues with stairs they switched us to a ground floor room. It was close close.enough to Disneyland that we were able to walk to the park. There is also an on site mini-mart that has a decent variety of things.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the hotel is, from the grounds, to the pool, to our room. The air conditioning worked great, we were also pleased with the spacious refrigerator in the room. The hot tub provided a nice space to relax after a long day of walking. The only 2 things I can say that weren't great was that the pillows were horrible, like sleeping on a bag of socks. We went to Target and bought our own. The other is that one day they forgot to replace our bath towels, only to be realized as I was getting out of the shower. They even took the towel I had hung on the back of the door the previous day. My husband called the front desk and they didn't have anyone to bring them so he went and got them. Not a huge deal but just a bummer to realize when you're tired and want to go to bed! Overall, we would stay here again, the walk really isn't that bad, about 13 minutes from door to gate. We forgot an item and they have said they will send it.

I booked a stay for a long weekend at Disneyland, and it was perfect! A quick walk to the park meant I didn’t have to pay for Disney parking, a 24 hour hotel convenience store allowed for late night snacks after park days, and overall the stay was very comfortable! I would absolutely recommend and will be going back in the future!

Well kept older property. Clean, recently painted, simple with nice landscaping. Not a resort! Basic pool, limited amenities, laundry, on-site, overnight security, great staff. Least expensive with great rating in walking distance, 15 minutes, of DL and CA. A BLOCK OR LESS TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, SANDWICH, SNACKS, AND SOUVENIRS. Definitely recommend.

Near theme park, clean, quiet & affordable rate midweek. Broken coffee maker but replaced it the next day. Old, lumpy small pillows. Microwave located in laundry room. When laundry room closes so do the microwaves, not able to heat up leftovers for kids.

At first glance, this place is what it is for the price. It was clean when we first arrived and didn’t seem to have any issues but the second night we were there when we got back to our room there was a giant cockroach in our bathroom! Obviously very disappointed we called the front desk and they just moved us rooms and being that it was already almost midnight when this happened. We obviously just stayed another night, but it was just very unfortunate that has never happened to me and all the times that I have booked through Hotels.com and I know it’s not Hotels.com problem. It is definitely the hotel itself’s problem. I did file a complaint and I’m waiting to hear back.

We stayed at the Kings Inn Dec 26/24-Jan 2/25, Christmas holiday, was extremely disappointed with our stay. We normally stay at the Best Western across from the parks but thought we’d try something different! Every time we entered the suite we were greeted with a musty smell! The bathroom walls were filled with mold, the shower and sink were both clogged, the shower curtain is so long, it sits in all that water and was gross and moldy! I asked 3 times to change curtain because of the mold, finally after day 3 I removed it myself so I’d get a new one! The floor by the door was wet every morning cause of all the condensation! The beds were like sleeping on concrete blocks and the pillows atrocious! Time to invest in new ones!!! My teenage daughter started getting sick on the 2nd day there and had to miss 2 1/2 days at the parks (that we paid for) can’t say it was from the room but could have possibly been. The manager refunded us one night stay but should have been more, I would not stay here again.

Only complaint is that the shower backed up the last day I was there and the toilet started to not flush very well. Not sure if it was because it was Friday night and lots of people were using the water or what. The other days of the week, The shower and water pressure were fine.

Last time I stay here. I tried to give them a chance by returning. No more! the rooms continue to smell really bad. The bed and pillows smelled horrible. I went to the service desk to change rooms. They apologize but never the less they should have known. On thing we notice the AC was on in the room when we entered. I believe is to hide the bad smell. As soon as we turned it off the smell intensify.

*Beds are firm with rigid support at the edges. *Floors are hard wood but the floors aren't mopped AT ALL. toddler walked around barefooted for like an hour when we checked in and bottom of his feet where black of dirt. *Rooms are run down. *Rooms aren't dusted or they sit unbooked for a long time *AC unit smells like mold when turned on Cleanliness is not this hotels strong suit, close to the park tho and if you only need it to keep yout things safe and a place to shower this is it!

This is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. The sheets were a little scratchy and the pillows were horrible. Bring your own if you can. You can walk to Disney from here but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean rooms. Beds ok. Shampoo and soap in shower. Rooms are large. Ros are a bit noisy but not terrible. Have stayed before will likely stay again. Small fee for parking. No breakfast. close to garden walk bust stop near wyndam for ART bus to disney.

We’ve stayed many times. Close to Disney. 15 minute walk. Refrigerator in room. Pool and spa. Easy parking. Daily maid service. Cons-can be noisy depending on neighbors, could hear them through the Walls or Garden Walk parking garage can be noisy if on that side. Beds are firm. Pillows lumpy. Otherwise spacious room. Good storage.

Great price and only an easy 12 minute walk to Disney. We requested a room in a quiet area of the Inn and got it. Never heard neighbors or outside noise. We loved that housekeeping came daily for full service, which sadly is rare nowadays. Our request for late checkout was granted, and they also held our luggage, as we had an evening flight back home. No breakfast, but there is a Subway half a block away. We definitely recommend Kings Inn and will stay there again.

I've stayed here several times. They're a clean, affordable place to stay, and the small store by the lobby is nice to have available. They were very accommodating when I extended my trip and were so helpful with that. The only thing that I didn’t like was that house cleaning came in on my second day of a 6 day trip and took almost every towel and then didn’t replace them. I asked for housekeeping to not come again after that, but other than that, my experiences staying here have always been good.

i really liked the hotel but we decided to stay am extra few days and the receptionist at the front counter was very rude. she says that per management that if we decide to stay longer that we need to pay 100 deposit but everyday we have to pay it . which is ridiculous so i felt like the way she was saying it was saykng we lretty much camt stay there anymore cuz whos gonna pay a deposit everyday when they take it out of your crredit card amd it takes 5-7 business days to clear back into your account so who can afford that ??

The room was clean and comfortable. Great AC and a nice little convenience store! The staff was a little short when checking in and the check in time is a hard 3pm, but they held our bags for us both before and after checking in and out. Overall, very nice and super short walk to the park!

Stayed here many times. Started getting turned off by their unannounced fee for parking, then it was free, then it was back. We go to Disney once a month. Over time, the staff has gotten very rude and it is a turn off. We have dtarted staying at other places with better customwr service.

The property is clean great neighborhood right next to the Anaheim garden Walk so you've got bubba Gump p f Chang's cheesecake factory all right next door that is 13 to 15 minute walk to the front entrance of the park and you can't beat it for the price

It wasn't anything fancy. Great location, though. Rooms were comfortable, but basic. Easy parking, although they do charge. I've stayed here before, probably will again. Check-out is 11:00AM, but I called the front desk, and they let me check out at noon (thank you!). Easy drive to Disney, easy walk to PF Chang and Cheesecake Factory. Overall, two thumbs up.

It was very clean overall, so was the pool and all that. Me and my family went for a convention that was happening in the area but i have stayed there for disney its very accessible for disneyland along with kids in general, they had a self serve mini convenience store on the site so any picky eaters or last minute snacks, bandaids to simple medicine.

The exterior has an old school vibe and the interior is upgraded and very nice. The rooms are very clean. The hotel area is great and walking distance for dining options, stores, the convention center and to Disneyland Resort.

We needed a room for one night as we were visiting Disneyland and would not be checking into our hotel until very late. We booked at the Kings Inn the night before and got a great rate. We needed something close and I found out that their front desk is open 24 hours. They are located right across from the Resort. The room was clean and comfortable. Room amenities were nicer than expected. There was a mini fridge in the room but no microwave. The only drawback was no breakfast is provided. But there are dining options near by. I would definitely stay here again.
