Well they offer a laundry facility that only takes Quarters. But there is no change machine and front desk doesn’t have change. Ice machine broken. Soda machine card reader broken. Curtains in 141 don’t close all the way. Breakfast on hot food only has eggs. And no syrup for the waffles. And they do not offer a family handicapped room. All there handicapped rooms only have 1 bed so a family cannot stay in same room with each other

No WiFi! It had been down "for a few days", no guarantee it would be back up, so I couldn't cancel and go to another hotel. I wasn't advised when checking in, even when they wrote it on the card key sleeve, giving me instructions on how to login. I was charged a $100 refundable deposit but wasn't told, then found out after checking out, it will be held for 3-5 business days! The beds were horribly "springy". The hallways smelled stale & of stagnent air, the room of mildew after 1 shower! The toilet did not flush properly & clogged. The parking lot was full of vomit spots throughout the area. We were there only 3 nights. Awful, won't be back.

This hotel is a little run down but the price fits that. The hotel staff are amazing! Kind, quick and knowledgeable. It offers free breakfast but the food choices are small. It was a perfect hotel to save on my disney trip. They even have shuttles to and from the park.

It's what we expected for the price. Pros Great hot breakfast, they gave us a room with a patio door by the pool. Free shuttle to Disney. Great AC. Cons I'm sure the maintenance staff is trying their hardest with the time and resources they have available, but it felt like staying in the Haunted Mansion. There was no microwave or fridge in our room. I got bug bites, but I was the only one.

I will say that I won't be staying here again. Pros Breakfast was good. Generous. Food was good. I have Celiac, I was able to safely eat the eggs & oatmeal. Bacon on the weekends Beds were decent The very back of the hotel was mostly quiet Plenty of dresser space. Front desk staff was friendly & as helpful as they could be Room was clean & we did not encounter any bugs The water pressure in the shower was good Free parking The location is about a $15 Lyft ride to Disneyland Coin Op laundry onsite There is a shuttle to & from parks. See cons Cons Place is old. It reminds me of the Overlook Lodge in The Shining. Lol Carpets in the hallways are stained One must request, & remind the front desk upon check in, a mini fridge & microwave The wifi is HORRIBLE! It didn't seem to matter what day it was or what time of day. Our phone, laptop, tablet, had patchy service, at best. Very outdated hotel that could use a facelift and some TLC. Beds were just okay, not the most comfortable but not the worst. Room was clean. Free parking is a plus. There is also free breakfast but it wasn't the greatest. Powdered eggs, frozen waffles and your usual continental breakfast options. They do offer a shuttle to and from the parks which we decided not to use as the shuttle schedule did not work for us, so we did end up paying to park at the parks. Overall it did work out okay for us, we didn't need anything fancy but I'm not positive on if I'll stay here again.

The room itself was great. Clean, spacious, no bad smell lingering, walls are a little thin though. The hallways and common areas need a lot of updating. There are wet stains, walls peeling off, looks old and rusty. The breakfast is okay, sometimes there's no sausaged served at all, and no bacon offered. **the worse part is that the POOL IS CLOSED :( That was the main reason I booked this place.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were super kind and really helpful, but everything else about the hotel was awful. It was just not clean at all. The biggest problem I had was finding small hairs in the bathroom towels. I tried to tell myself it was fine and maybe just a mistake, but then it happened again with a new set of “clean” towels. It honestly grossed me out. The pictures online made the place look so much nicer than it actually was. In person, it was disappointing and felt dirty. I really appreciated how nice the staff was, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The outlets in the room don’t hold plugs for chargers firmly, they just fall out. Carpets in the room and hallways desperately need cleaning, gross stains everywhere. They lack a water fill station, I was told I could purchase some at the vending machines down a hallway. The breakfast area had a water station that tasted moldy. Bathroom walls were dirty, room needs a painting job, the walls are very scuffed and have wrong color paint patches. All basic maintenance seems to be ignored. Very run down hotel. Good parts: bed was clean and comfortable. Ac works well. Staff is very friendly and does their best with what they have.

We walked in and walked directly out. This place is a no go if you have kids with asthma do not stay here. Extremely humid and smells like mold there was water saturations through the ceiling. The first thing we seen when we walked in was throw up on the wall. The paint was peeling. It was just not somewhere. I would have my kids staying. We walked out right away requested to check out. The lady said she would check us out, but she would not give me any form of paperwork. She was nice but she said she couldn’t give us anything to show that we checked right back out within five minutes I am still waiting for them to process a refund and I keep getting the runaround that the manager is not there and they can’t do anything. The two ladies I speak to are nice but they’re not getting anything done or at least the manager isn’t.

We had roaches many roaches in the room. The microwave didn’t work. We had to ask for a fridge after being told there is one in every room so it wasn’t cold until a few hours and medication needed to be in there. The window was wide open when we first entered. The pictures to this hotel are absolutely nothing like the state it is currently in. Carpet ripped up, walls with holes in tears all over, stains throughout, and horrible musky smoky smells in both the rooms we were in. I say both rooms because the initial room that we were in had a sink that had what looked like sewage coming out of it and had flooded the sink. Pictures are down below. we were moved to a suite, and the suite was in the same state as the rest of the hotel. This time our sink was not flooded, but the tub would drain extremely slowly and so would fill up with water when you shower. The breakfast seemed fine. Pretty basic with the typical pile of scrambled eggs, breads, and cereal. The shuttle was strange. The shuttle only drops people off every 45 minutes or so up until around 10:30 AM. They then begin their services again at 8 PM. If you’re planning on going early and then leaving at around 5 PM like we did this meant paying for a Uber on the way back. The staff when they were able to help were actually quite pleasant and nice. They are obviously understaffed, and I blame this whole experience truly on the hotel owner and manager. We only made it three out of the five nights we were supposed to stay.

I’ve stayed here at least 15-20 times this year but today was terrible. Room was filthy. Dead flies on ceiling in shower. Upon checking in went to the room and the door handle was broken, it was literally coming off the door. Went back to the front desk to let them know and they stated that the hotel was sold out and they didn’t have a maintenance worker available until morning so I could go try to get in again or they could issue a refund. It’s 9pm, so I go back and finally get in. Upon waking up to leave for my appointment at 6am I came to realize I was locked in the room because the handle just spun and would open the door. I called the front desk and they stated they would send someone in about an hour. (3 hours later) It’s now 9am and I’m still locked in the room. No one ever showed up and I finally was able to get some screws pushed back in and open the door. I overlooked something’s before but this is my last booking here.

Friendly staff. Good option if you are on a budget. Pro’s were the continental breakfast, free Disneyland shuttle and free laundry detergent from the front desk. Con’s were that is was a very dated room with cracks on the ceiling and bathroom floor, and our toilet had low water pressure so we had to constantly flush multiple times. We spent most of the day at the park, so we didn’t mind the appearance.

The property seems bit old but it's okay to stay. Also, it's okay for a man to stay alone, but it's not recommended to go with your girlfriend. The worst part was the Wi-Fi. There was Wi-Fi, but it was completely unusable. If you live in the US, Wi-Fi won't be an issue, but if you're a tourist using roaming, think about Wi-Fi.

I booked this room 1 week before arrival. At 10pm the night we were checking in, the front desk calls me to say they over booked and I'll have to look for a different hotel. At this point the surrounding hotels were double in price than what I paid. Most did not have availability. It was such a hassle to sort out after a very long travel day. The front desk offered not help or concern.

The staff was very arrogant and when we told the toilet flush was not working, they said the plumber will come the next day to check, they did not offer another room too and I had to try and fix myself. The room entry had issues on both the days and on the same night I had to come down 4 floors to get it fixed at the reception. The breakfast options are very limited.

We called a couple of days before our stay to confirm we would have a mini fridge and microwave in our room. We were told to call the morning of our check in to make the request. We called in the morning and we were told that we were not able to make that request until guests have checked out and to call later in the day. We called later that day and we were told that a note would be left for room service to fulfill our request. When we checked, we did not have the micro wave and mini fridge in our room. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said they don’t have anything available. I told her about my previous communication but was told “I wasn’t here when you made the request so I don’t know anything about it.” . Very RUDE. She then made a notation on a note pad with my request. I also added a request for one more suitcase rack. After 4 requests, we never received the microwave, the fridge nor the rack. The room phone didn’t work and the room keys had to be reset 2 time during our stay. I saw numerous guests getting their keys rest throughout our stay. Very inconvenient. We will never stay here again. It was very rubbed down, dingy, dirty and uncomfortable. We’re will spend more for better service and a better stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

First, I’d like to acknowledge that the front desk staff provided good customer service and were courteous during check-in and throughout my stay. However, I had several concerns that made my stay uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. The property appeared dirty and significantly outdated. My room was not clean upon arrival, and I had to request housekeeping services — something that should be a standard offering. The elevators were also dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, there was very little to like about my stay. The hotel is in serious need of a complete renovation to bring it up to acceptable standards. My stay at this hotel was very basic. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I was charged nearly $350 on my credit card even though I had already paid for the entire stay and the hotel was also holding a $100 deposit. When I asked about the charges at the front desk, I was told they were pre-authorizations and that they didn’t know why they happened — apparently, it's something the system does automatically. No one could give me a clear explanation or timeline for when the charges would be released. Phones apparently “just ring” at 2:30 in the morning… how is that normal or anything someone paying $90+ per night should deal with? No apologies from staff, they couldn’t care less. Key card systems do not work which is very inconvenient when you’re exhausted getting back to your room at the end of the night, having to go back and forth to the front desk because even when they reset the cards you still cannot get in.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times for one night only. This hotel needs A LOT of updates. The lobby is beautiful but past that, everything is run down. Paint chips all over the walls. Stains on floors and walls. Not the comfiest of beds. No microwave or fridge in your rooms. The outside and parking looks sketch. I wouldn’t stay here with a family or more than 1 or 2 nights. Plus side, right by the 91 freeway and lots of food and shopping.

This is one of the best options for traveling to Disneyland. They have free breakfast, free shuttle to Disneyland and daily housekeeping if you ask. Coffee maker and ingredients in the room, hair dryer included. I definitely recommend this hotel. Staff in the front desk are super nice.

Staff were perfectly friendly. Breakfast left so much to be desired that we walked across the street and spent money on breakfast. This hotel was probably a great place to stay 20-25 years ago. It’s very apparent the owners have not kept up with repairs and the rooms do not meet the expectations shown in the property photos. I can only speak for our room as I did not see all of the rooms. The carpet is very old and dingy looking. There were holes in the carpeting. The bathroom was dated and the counter had cracks in it. The TV was not easy to operate. Very limited number of plugs to charge phones and other electronics. The desk chair was ripped. The drapes too short. The AC unit, while cold, was very noisy. The bed was okay, the linens thin. The closet door was missing. No fridge in the room. The cleaning staff did check on us daily and offered fresh towels. The water from the shower felt like warm but was warm enough not to freeze. The bathroom door had peeled areas in the paint and the walls needed repairs and a new paint job. Our room was clean, linens clean, bathroom clean. I will say that and the carpet was miraculously odor free. Our expectations were poorly managed by the photos online. We saw there is a shuttle that runs to Disneyland frequently in the morning and evening.
