Studio 6 Suites North Richland Hills TX

We stayed three nights, our room was never cleaned. We were given no clean towels in 3 nights, our bed was never made, nothing. The parking lot was full of broken glass, the pool was filled in with dirt and rocks. The room smelled of wet dog, just a terrible experience

First off, had a nice pool, looked like fresh and cold water, but it was locked up, its middle of july! Exception of front desk dude, who checked me in, others were clueless and un-helpfull, rooms were clean, had all you need, except coffee pot, and the free breakfast they offer, was just a coffee, other machines were out of order, all and all, just needed a shower and rest.

Think my experience was just as expected. I really wish the pool was operational. Otherwise, the room was nice, plenty of hot water, a nice full size fridge, etc.

Decent hotel minus no pool

Very difficult to understand staff at front desk. Asked 3 times for WiFi password and still can’t understand him. Not very busy at least not at approximately 6pm. Room is reasonably priced, a full size refrigerator and a microwave in room. I will say I was surprised though to enter the room to find out the air conditioner was not on. It was 103 outside still and it took about a hour maybe longer to cool off room. It does have a pool but it is extremely small it looks more like a hot tub for maybe 8-10 people. But everything looked clean and it served the purpose.

The hotel met expectations. I wish the pool was open as the weather was 100+ during the day.

Parking was limited and had to park somewhere not near my room. Not enough parking for all the rooms.

Well...Im not the one to complain ,but when I am mislead on certain amenities when booking things ,well then I have a problem..First of all ,the free breakfast was offered on their website which was one of the reasons I even booked there...once we arrived there was a place setup for the free breakfast but there was no breakfast or any kind of food, not even coffee brewing both days we stayed...also the pool stayed pad-locked never once was opened to the anyone to use while we were there😔...then the room itself when we opened the door was the smell yuck....then the uncleaned look of the room was just to much to ever want to book there again....the towels were yellow stained ,the bathroom still had soap from previous guests in the shower ,and the shower was not at all clean....matter of fact we didn't shower there at all we went back home just to shower ...then the mirror and other things in the room that were supposed to be clean disinfectanted ,shiny was just not attended to...I booked this room for an intimate birthday weekend ,so this experience was embarrassing...so,all in all if you want a clean great experience that was guaranteed when booking ,this will not give you that experience...sorry ,but never again....goodluck

No breakfast, exercise room, creepy people everywhere

Room was dirty, walls need to be wiped down. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Walls looked like something had been spilled on them and left there. When we turned the lights on roaches ran across the floor and counters.

Not a bad place not a bad location kind of dirty kind of rundown and outdated rooms have German cockroaches sheets were covered in blood spots

Bed bugs found inside room. Clerk did not seem to care. Do not stay there!!

Roaches were crawling in the bathroom and on the walls. Sheets and covers were very thin and bed was hard as a rock. There was roach poop on box frame when had to move mattress for a plug in. Needs more quantities of towels and they need to be thicker. Won't stay here again.

Found bed bugs in one of the rooms

This hotel should be removed as an option especially when people are from out of of town and do not know the area or the hotel itself. It was absolutely disgusting and unclean. From mold all over the shower and shower curtain to filth all over the wall floors it was disturbing to see this. I would rather sleep in a tent. Do not stay here!

This property is nothing more than an old, not updated Motel 6 with full-size refrigerators in the rooms. Rooms smelled horrible, shower curtains were moldy, took several hours before the A/C cooled the room to tolerable temp, carpet appeared to be ancient and dirty, wall beside toilet had smeared dark spots.

The first night I was there, I was woken up by a bunch of men standing outside my room talking very loudly. I went to the bathroom to see a few cockroaches watching me Go. The next night when I return to the property there were a bunch of men in the parking lot conducting some business. Again they spent the night outside my room talking loudly. Overall it's not safe to leave your hotel room after dark, and the roaches want to be your friend

When we first walked into the lobby, it was very clean and smelled amazing. Customer service was wonderful. We got to our first room. It was diety and the heater didn't work. The guy from the front was wonderful. He moved us to amother room and offered to help with our bags. That room was also dirty. The pillow case looked like it hadn't been changed. Some kind of pink stain all over the bed spread, stained towels, the fridge wasn't wiped down and the bathroom was bot mopped because there were pee drops on the floor. No shampoo or conditioner, only a small bar of soap. They told us that there was no breakfast but that they would have coffee in the lobby in the morning, which they did not. I wish the rooms were taken care of as much as the lobby.

I booked a non-smoking room and the room had a heavy smell of smoke. There were live and dead roaches. I had to clean the shower because it was covered in soap scum and mold. The carpet also had pet hair in the carpet and large clumps of pet hair in the corner. When I spoke to staff, all they did was apologize but did not offer any additional refunds or accommodations.

The motel was nice and clean. Huge fridge. We were unlucky. The night was a bit rough. There was construction site on nearby interstate with very loud machines in the middle of the night.

Very good value! Room was very clean and well equipped (TV had lots of channels, fridge, microwave) The hotel is quiet but there is some traffic noise from the nearby freeway.

The room wss very spacious. Many amenities. Everything worked well and was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable bed

Was a huge room. Very comfortable. Just some things are outdated. But for the price you pay it is totally worth it. Would stay there again. Plenty of room and clean!!!

Tv was out of date, controller wouldn’t work correct, towel was ripped. Heater made a loud noise when it was on. Sounded like we were next to train station.

The AC in the assigned room was not working so I asked the front desk to change the room. The next room Clark assigned had AC working but I complained that it was too noisy due to the smoke detector going on and the situation was resolved after 2 hours. I guess it's standard for a budget hotel.

I just want to start this review by saying, if this was the last hotel available in Fort Worth, stay in your car. Our room was broken into within 2 hours of checking in and we had to switch rooms. The rooms were filthy, disgusting and outright not at all as pictured. I made the reservation thru Hotels.com and used my rewards points to pay for the reservation. When I check in, the lady tries to charge my card for a room that has already been paid for. Hotels.com had to call and verify everything was paid for. Well, we decided that after the room break in and the filthiest of rooms we were going to forego our stay here and go to a different hotel. I left after about 5 hours and was assured I’d get my refund back. Ha. They denied my refund and then proceeded to charge me three more times for a room that was paid for. Hotels.com reached out to them and it was just a cluster. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs. I will be filing complaints with every platform I know to get them removed.

Amazing staff

They had no customer service skills at all. Very ugly and rude. He seemed extremely frustrated.

Staff was professional and kind

The lady at the front desk was very rude to us on 3 different occasions. I called the day I booked to make sure that we could check in early because we had plans to go to a water park. I also made sure pets were allowed because sometimes the website says yes but then it’s different when you get there. The gentleman I spoke to assured me we could check in by 10am and that pets were allowed. When we arrived the lady said they didn’t have any pet friends rooms available and no rooms were ready to check in. Then she ended up finding one. When we entered the room it had not been cleaned so we just thought it would be cleaned when we were gone. Well that wasn’t the case. We booked two rooms but were only allowed to check in early to one of them so when we got back from the water park we checked in the second room. The woman told us the dogs were allowed in the first room we checked in but then yelled at me because she said that’s not what she told me but my son heard every word she said and agreed that she told us the dogs could be in that room. Which was the reason we had to check in early because we needed a place for our dogs. Anyways, we went to the second room and the air conditioner didn’t work. The lady acted like it was my fault that it didn’t work when I went back to request another room. My daughter in law tried to call our room that night and it wasn’t working so she called the front desk and the guy that answered said you can’t do that and just hung up on her.

I had a horrible experience with Wyndham super 8, it was late at night when I got to Dallas Fort Worth area, and just left my paid reservation at Wyndham, and not only did they get me a room, but it was a room close to the office and it was clean, good fridge and microwave and the staff was so nice I got the card to the hotel so I could stay here again next QTR when I come down for work

Price and location

Hotel was great! Beds were comfortable. Noise from the interstate not so good. We turned on air conditioner to run all night and that worked.

This is a good place for the price. It’s convenient & has all the basic necessities for any traveler.

Clean & nice room for the price. Close to walmart Supercenter & North East Mall. Very convenient location.

Up the street from quite a few food places. Across the way from Northeast Mall where you can also go to the movies. If you're a walker you could walk to the mall in about 15 minutes. Nice, clean, and the office people have been really good to me.

Not cleaning the rooms, and not change the towels, the area of coffee is duty and not work the machine of the coffee, not have breakfast, the anuncie yes have a breakfast, and not have breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IT IS AWFUL. THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER, NO SOAP OR TOILETRIES, THE POOL IS CLOSED AND THERE ISN'T FOOD AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL AT ALL.

When i booked a hotel, i narrowed it down to hotels with breakfast included. When i stayed there, in the morning i called the front desk and asked what time is breakfast hour. The Indian guy with very unfriendly tone told me "there is no breakfast!!" I told him when i booked, it says on the web that breakfast is included. He got mad and kept repeating "there is no breakfast!! There is no breakfast!!" Very unprofessional. Very deceiving!! Dont put "breakfast included" if ur hotel doesnt provide breakfast!
