Just don't do it. The hotel condition and cleanliness isn't good, the rooms smelled like someone has smoked a 20pk of cigarettes, bedsheets have burn marks/holes and dirty towels. Furniture is in bad condition as well. Ended up staying somewhere else!

Our three-night stay at Hotel Pergola JFK Airport (Sept. 24–27, 2026) was very disappointing and did not meet what we reasonably expected from a hotel presented as a three-star property. Several basic room facilities were missing. There was no proper place to hang our clothes, no bedside/nightstand for phones, chargers or glasses, and no chair even though a desk was provided. There was initially no iron or ironing board; these were provided only after we requested them. We had to keep many of our clothes and belongings on the beds because adequate storage or hanging space was unavailable. Most concerning, the bathroom door lock was broken and could not be locked from inside. Since multiple guests were staying in the room, this created a significant privacy problem. We had also tried to cancel the reservation when we became concerned about the property, but cancellation was not permitted without financial loss, leaving us little practical choice but to stay. Considering the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities, we do not believe the accommodation justified the price or three-star classification. We have requested Hotels.com and the hotel to review our complaint and provide full refund.

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Pergola JFK Airport, and unfortunately, the condition of the accommodations was unacceptable. The bedding and blankets had visible holes and damage, and the bathrooms were dirty and not properly maintained. I have photographs documenting the condition of the rooms and the issues we experienced. We contacted Hotels.com to report the condition of the accommodations and requested full refunds for all three rooms. Despite providing photographic evidence, the hotel denied our refund request. Hotels.com offered $100 in OneKeyCash, but we do not feel that travel rewards are an appropriate resolution given the condition of the accommodations. We are requesting full refunds for the three rooms we booked. This experience was particularly disappointing because we were traveling as a family and expected basic cleanliness, sanitation, and acceptable accommodations. The condition of the rooms did not meet those basic expectations. I hope Hotels.com and Hotel Pergola JFK Airport take this feedback seriously and address the cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Guests should be able to expect rooms that are clean, sanitary, and properly maintained when paying for a hotel stay.

Bedroom sheets had holes, smelling of marijuana, and cigarette ash, bathroom washbasin was wobbly and I need a complete refund .

False advertising, everything looks like wear and tear. The toilet drain don’t flush properly, there are flies in the hotel , the floors , walls and drapes aren’t maintained. Horrible environment to have to sleep in .
