Hotel is in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us so we could continue to explore NYC after check out but before departing. Bathroom was clean and serviced daily. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was average for a hotel room. Plugs were lacking but there are a few USB compatible ports.

If you are going to see any Broadway shows while in NYC, this is a fabulous location. The theaters are within very walkable distances (10-15 minutes), and you're far enough of Times Square to not have all the chaos out your front door. You do, however, have the trash on the streets and a bit of a dirtier feel, although not overwhelming. The staff was absolutely fantastic! So helpful and kind. Nothing bad to say about them whatsoever. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but there are mini fridges so that helps with leftovers and beverages. I did not eat at the piano bar located adjacent to the lobby, but my mother did and said it was very good food. The little cafe had a nice assortment of coffee, matcha, and pastries. The rooms themselves are a nice size for NYC rooms. Comfortable beds and clean spaces. There were tiny ants in our room that made an appearance halfway through our stay, but it wasn't from a lack of cleanliness on the part of the hotel. There was some construction happening outside, so perhaps that drove them in. Overall a very solid choice.
