I am 73 yo, & travelled substantially. But this one topped it out. Things that were wrong are so many, that I don’t know where to start. Outside the entrance & inside next to front desk, people were hanging out. Non smoking at the entrance apparently being ignored with cigarette butts all over. Elevator out of work. Our room: covers for electrical switches & outlet missing which is hazardous. One can get electrocuted. Room widow would not lock & window cracked. No telephone, clock radio, or wall hangings. Apparently they were removed since you could see their empty space. Smell of Cigarettes, & MJ all over the building. This property been ignored for sometimes & apparently not inspected by authorities for safety & building code violations. Pictures available. Breakfast is included, but you must see it to believe. Words cannot describe.

Room was clean but the atmosphere was sketchy. I was last room by the end door. It wasn’t secure there was a small rock propping the door open. People where going in and out all hours of the night.. there was no one at the front desk late Friday night to talk to.. there was dogs barking in the room across the hall. Didn’t feel safe at all

Charged for any type of kitchen utensils even though room came with a kitchen. If you accidentally hit the elevator button twice or the hold button incorrectly you may be charged with elevator repairs. The room was clean and spacious, but wouldn't stay here again.

Elevator has been broke for 2 months they said and 4th floor smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Went to the front desk they acted like I was crazy. Never again will I stay at woodspring suites

Hotel room was cleaned, staff was also very co-operative. But area around the property was very unsafe. Silent place and you will see unknown people outside the hotel. Found many people sitting & smoking in broken car in hotel's parking. I believe not safe for family.

The elevator was broke they wasn’t trying to fix it I have a Heart problem I have a pacemaker and couldn’t not do that many steps for 2 weeks they gave me a room on the first floor but won’t charge my reservation so I end up paying again for two nights and just left and went somewhere

We stayed here back in 2021 and it was amazing! Fast forward to this past weekend and it was a complete disappointment. They went so downhill. Employees did bare minimum. Both side doors broken, elevator broken, rooms only came with one bar of soap, and aside from lobby the hotel smelled of weed.

I’d say overall it’s a place to stay.. the bathroom has black mold in multiple places. There was splattered stains on the bathroom walls, not sure what it was. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have children due to the black mold. The bed was the only clean thing about it, but they only gave us two very flat and worn pillows.

I saw 3 roaches in less than 10 mins! Immediately left and checked out. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and understanding. He offered me a new room BUT roaches multiply, so I declined and took the refund.

My staff at wood springs was not what I expected. The first room that they put me in had a roach in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. The second room didn't have working cable. The third room had broken glass all over the desk in the room. Finally, the room was decent enough for me to get some rest after a long day of traveling

Mattress wrapped in plastic, couch sagging with signs of duct tape residue, rust on refrigerator door, drunks singing all night long, Paper thin walls, child running back and forth above us, cigarette burns on toilet seat. So the first room we was giving my wife and her friend went to check it out and found dead bugs and blood in the room. So then the nice gentleman at the desk gave us a different room. Well that room the A/C did not work. They had no maintenance on site to fix it either. There was no other rooms available.

The room is a good size and has a cook top, a full size fridge, and a microwave but no dishes or utensils. I would expect with these amenities to have something to put food on and to use for drinks other than a couple of cheap plastic cups in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, there is one bar of soap at the sink but no no complimentary shampoo, conditioner, or lotion for showers. For one night it’s okay but I would not recommend for longer stays.

This is a weekly rental, kitchenette type place frequented by construction workers. Although it is brand new, it is aging rapidly, and doesn’t have the typical amenities of hotel/motel chains like hair dryers, soap and shampoo. My unit had a refrigerator with dented up door, and a tv that was on when I got there and couldn’t be turned off without unplugging it because the remote didn’t work and was missing buttons. Further, there was nothing more than a window blind covering the window, that was neither sufficient nor functional: the control wand was missing.

Upon arrival to the hotel, my check in process took almost 2 hours because the rooms I reserved were not clean. One room was not cleaned properly, while the other was infested with ROACHES (not one, multiple, as if there was an infestation). Customer service was not great, though the receptionist seemed to be trying her best. I will not be staying here again.

I will be filing a civil action against corporate of this corporation. They remove my property from my room without my consent or any communication on why it took place in the first place. They refused to provide me any written documentation for me to have for future bookings ,and to my employer to state why I missed work.I was prohibited from using the WiFi. Housekeeping walked in on me twice, due to their list stating vacant.The GM avoided me while on the premises. My property was damaged in the process and I missed mandatory training due to their negligence. I am potentially out of a career, and the only way I am able to protect my self is by taking legal action

Great check in, front desk was awesome, super friendly and happy. Room was ok, no pots or pans silverware, ice, extra blanket. Cleanliness was ok, room was ok. Bed was fine for what I paid. Location was nice, close to Walmart and top golf etc.

$200 pet fee that we were not told about until check in. Several pieces of broken furniture in the room. Hall carpet was extremely dirty. Entire building smelled like weed. There were a lot of permanent residents. Did not seem like a normal hotel.
