Aurasia Beach Hotel

Very nice hotel and location but the only problem is the parking!! Many hotels in the same spot!! We managed to pay and give the car keys to the hotel guard everyday in order to have him find a spot for our car!! It is an extremely nice location highly recommended

Hotel itself was much nicer than expected upon arrival, the room itself had very comfy beds and very spacious for the 3 of us - though balcony was very small. Hotel had a great private-ish beach with drinks and food service available. Only a 25/30 minute walk to the marina along the beachfront - so long as you survive all the men outside the bars trying to force you into bars. Quite a touristy area but music is lowered at midnight so not an issue noise wise at night.

L'hotel ne possède par de parking privé ce qui peut poser problème dans le cas ou vous y aller en voiture.Il y a un Hammam privé payant au sous-sol de L'hotel ! L'accueil de la réception est très froid ! Si le prix de la chambre est en dessous de 60€, cela reste un rapport qualité prix satisfaisant, si plus le rapport qualité prix est élevé au vu de la prestation général !

Fantastic beach front location, beach towels provided and use of sun loungers on beach infront of hotel, room had fridge and tea and coffee within room, nice big shower, and hairdryer but take your own as ot wasn't great. Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and quiet, AC worked well. Room smelt fresh on arrival but did smell a bit musty. Balcony was tiny and too hot to sit on, we were located on the first floor next to another hotel whos Air Con Units blew hot air constantly 247. Only bonus was towels and wet swim wear dried quickly. Breakfast was ok, you won't go hungry but hot food wasn't hot enough and butter wasn't cold! Was like oil when opened as nothing chilled .....good value for money but you get what you pay for

This hotel is okay. Dated room, especially the bathroom. Things like tile grout, dirty curtains etc. Some kind of horrible brown residue all over the hair dryer though, dread to think what that was. I cannot stress that this is not the cleaning staff’s fault though who were through and very friendly. (Well apart from the hairdryer, I’m guessing they’re not expected to clean there) The view was lovely straight out into the bay, with a nice small balcony. The hotel is right on the main strip so you can expect it to be noisy into the early hours. Reception staff not as helpful as you would expect, missing that touch of customer service that would makes for a good experience. I got the distinct impression that my requests were inconvenient. If you rent a car I wouldn’t let the valet park it, he insisted to park mine and immediately crashed it into the car infront. The pool is small and there’s not many sunbeds, I never made an attempt to get on there. The beach is okay, very grimey old sunbeds, and you’re ears have different music from 3 different bars competing for their attention.

Otele gece varmamıza rağmen sorunsuz yerleştik. Odayı biraz fark ödeyerek denize bakan taraftan alarak çok doğru bir karar verdik. Manzara şahane. Oda ve banyo geniş ve yeni. 2 adet tekli yatak istemiştik. Yataklar çok küçüktü ama problem olmadı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otel çalışanları bazı misafirlerden şikayet aldı. Plajda servis çok yavaş. Ödemeyi odaya yazdıramıyorsunuz. Yedikçe/içtikçe ödemeniz gerekiyor. Havluyu içeri kadar yürüyüp resepsiyondan almanız gerekiyor. Akşam restaurantta çalan müzik hem çok yüksekti, hem de bizim tarzımız değildi. Civarda yürüyerek alternatif yeme içme mekanları çok seçenekli. Otel Uzunyalı bölgesinde en iyi otellerden birisi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otel konum olarak güzel. Ancak personel çok kötü ve işletmeciliği berbat. Otel'e uzun bir yolculuk sonrası oldukça yorgun vardık. Asansör bozuktu, ve oda 4. katta olmasına rağmen valizlerle gayet normal bir şekilde merdivenden çıkmamızı önerdiler. itiraz edince 15 - 20 dakika sonra asansörü kullanabileceğimiz belirtildi. Ancak yaklaşık 2 saat beklememize rağmen asansör yapılmadı.. merdivenle çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Güzel konum, nazik ve başarılı ekip, önündeki plaj ve restoran çok iyi, otopark var

Genel olarak kötü bir deneyimdi. Otelin otoparkı yok ve bulunduğu bölge araç kaynıyor. Çok zor yer bulunuyor. Önemli bir husus ve dikkat edilmeli bence. Yataklar rahatsızdı ve oda çok küçüktü. Gece başka odalardan kavga sesleri geldi ve konaklayan profil bence vasat altı. Biz başka bir tatilimizden marmariste de 2 gün geçirelim diye geldik. Zaten otelin imkanlarından da faydalanmadık. Başka yerlerde denize girdik. Eğer araçsızsanız ve sadece yatıp kalkacaksanız tercih edebilirsiniz.

Private beach area was good, except we were advised we have to buy towels which we didn’t need to but wasn’t told about the pass for the towels No English tea in hotel, tea etc was not available all day for free Swimming pool closed early so could not have a night swim, and there were no gates so anyone could enter swimming pool area Too many flies near food area, breakfast was not covered. Not enough food choices for breakfast No sauna or jacuzzi in hotel

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es durch die angrenzenden Diskotheken und Restaurants in der Nacht sehr laut. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Everything was perfect, room cleaned daily, free water left everyday. The restaurant is fantastic, the meals are lovely and huge portions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again

Odaya kadar bavulları kendimiz taşıdık. Odada hamamböceği vardı, sanırım ilaçlama yapılmamış. Onun haricinde beachi olması sebebiyle konaklama konusunda çok olumsuz birşeyle karşılaşmadık.

The room was adequate,I was disappointed with the bed which was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles joined. Which meant there was a dip in the middle of the bed.. While the room was cleaned every day the cleaner used the same mop to clean the bathroom aas the bedroom and didn't rince the mop ,also there was a very strong smell of bleach also she did not brush the floor before cleaning and there were dead bugs and hair on the floor.. The breakfast was disappointing no eggs and no way of toasting the bread plus the coffee and tea were never hot. The best thing about the hotel were the staff with the exception of the cleaner .. You need to take a look at the rooms and hygiene if the rooms and bathrooms.

Room for as smelly and small. No air conditioning in dining area. Breakfast buffet was just ok but all the food was in a hot area so not sure about hygiene

Nice room, very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. Nice linens and bath towels. Breakfast buffet was the same every day, but we never went hingry, I personally liked the Turkish choices. We didn't use the pool. Thin walls between rooms.

Room very clean. Cleaning staff excellent. Breakfast was Buffett style with lots of normal Turkish kahvaltı food. There were some beautiful breads available when there were more guests but generally local bread was used. A few hot foods I actually saw menemen one day. Eggs scrambled and boiled. Coffee was poor but it was out the machine. And lots of Çay available. However the staff were very kind and helped me by heating up my special made porridge everyday. We Changed rooms a few times. Which was a bit of a pain but the first time we were given a sea room upgrade with help from Hotels.Com and Zeynep in reservations. This was a lovely room and I was very happy with it. But we had to leave it because of the really noisy people upstairs that were having a party in their room(well it sounded like that) We were not offered another sea view room. Next room was ok but side sea view. A Big problem was trying to get our devices charged. Some of the sockets were not working. All in all the hotel was pleasant . The staff were amazing and tried to please us in most things. Our only real complaint was that we were told because we had moved room three times we couldn’t move again even though it wasn’t our fault. However in the end because charging became such a problem they did offer us another room at the top floor which we refused as by then we had three nights left. Would I return? Maybe yes but only if I got a sea view room. I hope this helps you to consider Aurasia Hotel.

I recently stayed at the Aurasia Beach Hotel and overall, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. However, there was one minor inconvenience: the air conditioning turned off whenever the balcony door was opened. Additionally, when leaving the room and locking the door, the fridge and all electricity in the room turned off. Despite this, the stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and service.

Staff very professional and service was on point. I think hotel should more than a 3 star as I was very impressed with hospitality. I will highly recommend my friends and family for future stays and I will definitely return to Aurasia in the near future

Hello, Management should consider providing additional training to staff on professional guest interactions. Personal questions, such as asking a guest’s origin before offering a proper greeting, can make the experience feel less welcoming. Also, I was approached by staff on the beach and publicly reprimanded for using a hotel towel. This was handled in front of other guests, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. A more discreet and respectful approach would have been appreciated. Thank you

The wire from our room was fantastic. The area where the hotel was placed was also extremely good. The could be a little bigger but okay for some days. The personal were not so really nice. You could get the impression that they did not like to work there. The services were according the personals mentality, also low. We missed hospitality from the hotel personals.

Personal en el Front Desk es muy servicial y simpático. El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento cercano.

Aurasia Beach Hotel’den memnun kalmadım. Personel beklentilerimin çok altındaydı ve yardımsever değildi. Maalesef tavsiye etmiyorum.

Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Area is very noisy though.

If you like to stay up with loud music this is a property for you. Loud music goes on until 3-4am. Otherwise nice hotel. Good breakfast. It is at siteler not at İçmeler. Very nice hotel ruined by noise. They did give us a nice room yet we could not get any sleep.

Great location,

Deniz kenarı olması büyük artıydı. Temizlik ve hizmet iyiydi, personel kibardı. Kahvaltı kalitesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Otelin bir kabahati yok ancak etraftaki düşük kalite gece mekanları oldukça gürültülü.

Fin beliggenhet flott rom og en frokost som var et hotell verdig . Kommer gjerne tilbake .

Excellent Location and has direct access to the beach. But what I loved the most such a friendly staff who smiles and cares about you and one of the best breakfasts offered in a BB within Marmaris

Overall amazing location is great staff is great breakfast was AMAZING, we had no issues and we will be back.

Great location. Breakfast was good but hot stuff was served in one big batch and went cold... shame Tv no English? At least I could not get English out of it lol?? Overall... nice place to be. Wickedly good Pizza!!!

was very impressed by this hotel. The decor ambience location and cleanliness was very good. Hotel is right on the beach front. Staff are lovely and friendly. Was not impressed with the breakfast but everything else was satisfactory. Umut is a lovely guy and very helpful. Would definately recommend and revisit
