The room was small, but it was clean (except for the stained carpets). Water was hot, and had good pressure. Wi-Fi was fast enough, although one day it was out most of the day - they experienced a planned power outage and ran on generators that day, but could not provide Wi-Fi. This hotel is in Türkiye, so "pet-friendly" is an understatement! Mert was an amazing receptionist, and helped us so much. The hotel advertised air conditioning, but we were informed it was not turned on yet for the season (early May). The hotel stated it had luggage storage, but that was just an empty room in the basement, next to the elevator, so it was not a secure area.
