Pros: very clean, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast (eggs, quiches, beef/pork sausages, breakfast sandwiches, granola with a variety of toppings, yogurt, apple/orange juice, chocolate milk, muffins, bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter & jam), coffee available as early as 5:30am was appreciated, the room was spacious with a full fridge/freezer, plates, utensils, mugs, microwave, stove (no oven). Spacious bathroom with complimentary shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Free wifi, TV with Netflix and cable. 25 min walk from downtown, 25 min car ride to Disney & Universal. Cons: aside from a coffee shop and Delaney ‘s restaurant ($$$) no other restaurants/bar are nearby. Public transportation didn’t seem available so we had to either take an Uber or walk. The hotel bar/bistro was closed all week. No recycling available

Total stay was great! The only this I did not like was the $15 charge at the desk on the check out for parking. It was a gated area with a hospital next door. I arrived late and wasn't in the mood for finding a free parking area. I do not recall on Hotels.com a mention of a change for overnight parking. Very Disappointing!

The staff here is stellar. I work at a resort and am going to take some of their actions back to my own property to train my staff. Marriott Bon Voy is the way to go when you want to experience servant hearts. Kudos to the AGM, housekeeping, and the front desk personnel!!!

Check in was at three but our room was ready not ready until five. We sat in the lobby for over an hour with our bags on a luggage cart. Several staff members coming and going but no one seemed concerned. We were eventually given two drink tickets as compensation

Only downside was no ramp into your private parking. And if you didn’t want to drop off the curb, you had to over and lift the gate with your card. VERY VERY convenient to Jewett Orthopedic Center … that was perfect for our situation, as my husband had knee surgery there.

Very clean, big room, great service, good location, easy parkering. So all was great. Now the only thing which is disappointing is the breakfast - and this goes for most American hotels. Firstly, you always throw everything after you finish, the plates, the cups, etc. Secondly, it is very limited and very unhealthy. I would stretch it to that every single European hotel with a rating above 5 on Hotels.com has better breakfast than most hotels in the US :). Of course, ”our” hotels can learn from their excellent manner, service level, size of room, friendlines, etc. Anyhow - great hotel.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the continental breakfast was terrible. We had to go out and get brunch because there was just not anything served that was good. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fantastic.

Shower head and pressure was horrible, no bar soap and at $200 a night, give me bar soap. Breakfast was subpar, McDonald's was a better option, and the pillows could use to be thrown away.
