Across recent reviews, Alesta Midtown is described as a clean, centrally located base with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms—often with kitchenettes and washing machines—though the lack of an elevator, limited parking, and occasional noise are recurring drawbacks.
Breakfast is regularly praised as good, with a few comments about limited refills or it feeling less satisfying. Several reviews mention a shuttle to an affiliated beach at scheduled times, while others found the beach access less convenient than expected. Expect a straightforward city stay focused on practicality and value.

The room was spotless, and the hotel overall was super clean. I absolutely loved the room, and the staff were incredibly friendly, sweet, and kind. However, the location was a big letdown. There’s no proper parking available — the only option is behind the building if you can find a spot, which is hard to access and park in. It was also difficult to even find the hotel at first. The listing says there’s a beach, but it’s misleading. You either have to take a ferry walking 10 minutes (which runs on a schedule) or drive 20 minutes to get there. And once you arrive, the beach is not ideal — it’s located between boats and yachts, not the relaxing beach experience I expected. I drove three hours from Antalya and was honestly disappointed. In the end, I found a local beach about 20 minutes away, and it turned out to be amazing — I watched the sunset there, which was the highlight of my day. If you enjoy staying in a crowded, high-traffic city, this hotel might be a good fit for you. But if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Herbergið hreint, baðherbergið gott (nema hvað heita vatnið stóð stutt við í einu), morgunverður svolítið öðruvísi en maður á að venjast en alls ekki slæmur. Starfsfólkið hjálpfúst og vingjarnlegt. Fjölmargir veitingastaðir og verslanir í grennd. Um 25 mínútna gangur að rútustöðinni og best að taka leigubíl.

Everything was excellent! I would have given 5 star, only complaint was that rooms were not soundproof. Could hear everything going on down at reception and I’m sure vise versa- could have just been our room though. Other than that, very central and walkable location. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay in Fethiye! We only stayed two nights, but it would have also been great for a longer stay, since there was a kitchen and washing machine in the room. We had the top floor room with the balcony facing the street. Despite it being a busy street, the room was really quite quiet at night when the balcony doors were closed. Good breakfast and excellent service. We'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, gold location, great breakfast, modern amenities, very convenient for bus to everywhere, staff is helpful. The only issue is the windows in our room were broken, couldnt be fixed right on the spot, luckily enough during the night there was less traffic and street noises. The price is very reasonable in the area as well! Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at the midtown hotel for 5 days. The hotel was conveniently located and very comfortable. All the staff were always kind and helpful and we felt very welcomed. In particular Ali at reception was wonderful. He would give us recommendations with regards to dinner and activities. He was always kind to offer us tea and coffees and made our stay very welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks Ali - you will be missed.

In particular Ali at reception was wonderful. He would give us recommendations with regards to dinner and activities. He was always kind to offer us tea and coffees and made our stay very welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks Ali - you will be missed.

Great location, just a short walk from the marina and directly across the street from the local bus stop for getting to Ölüdeniz. A big bonus is that this is the first stop along the route, so we were able to get a seat every time. The hotel provided a great Turkish breakfast each morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Another great perk is the free boat shuttle to the Alesta Beach Club, which was a beautiful and peaceful place to spend an afternoon away from the crowds. Overall, a great stay with an excellent location, helpful staff, and some really nice added perks. We would definitely recommend Alesta Midtown for a stay in Fethiye.
