Very nice hotel. My only concern was that there wasn’t salted in the parking lot or on the sidewalk by the hotel, where it was very icy. Everything else was on point. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

I was moved to two different rooms during my two night stay. The first room had food spills on the nights, table, and kitchen counter. One of the beds sheets hadn't been changed and there was hair all over. The second room had a horrible smell from burnt food and I think the air conditioner. Do to the smell, I was moved to another room and this room had a weird smell as well and the surfaces hadn't been cleaned. I ended up buying an air freshener to get me through the night.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very close to the freeway and it was noisy. The hotel lobby and elevator floors seemed beat up and overall entry wasnt clean. Bed and pillows were the worst I've experienced in a long time (bed was hard!!)..didnt sleep because of it. Needless to say, we wont stay there again.

The shower/tub had no texture on the floor of the tub and no bar/rail to hang on to. With the soft water, it felt like you were trying to balance on slippery soapy water. I thought it was just me being over 60 but then my 30 year old daughter said the same thing unsolicited. This is a safety hazard. We both were just trying to have a basic shower and had to be nervous about slipping and falling.

They refused to take cash for my weekend stay, and I added an extra day. I had my card for incidentals but their solution was to charge my card, let me pay cash at checkout, and then hold my money on my card for 7-10 business days. Pretty sure this is totally illegal. As a business, you have to avcept legal tender. You can refuse service for any reason, but you have to accept legal tender. Wasn't happy as I carry mostly cash and had to drive 10 miles to my bank and put cash in.

I wish there were more of these across the country! I would so make them my go-to place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave me a great recommendation for a restaurant that would deliver that even worked out as late as I had gotten in after 9:00 p.m.. they were helpful with everything I needed. I am so grateful! I had one small issue in that the person that arrived for the room next to mine decided at 11:30 at night to be listening to music pretty loud. I was exhausted and it was no way to sleep. I called the front desk + he kindly took care of knocking on their door and asking them to turn the music down. They actually turned it off. Again, I wish there were more of these across the country. Fabulous stay!!!

The folks at Simple suites really have great communication. They start by sending you a very welcoming email, you’d think, no big deal, it’s probably just a generic thing automatically sent out, it’s not, they actually immediately reply to every email, so it was easy to let them know my flight was delayed since I was concerned they’d sell My room since I got in at almost 0100, the morning after the reservation! And they get you your own personal Uber, which was extremely fast, especially after a long day of traveling.

Check-in was brutal. No one was there when we arrived and there was a sign on the front desk that instructed to pick up the phone and it would automatically connect us to someone, but we tried this 5 times and no answer. We called the hotel and still no answer. Someone finally came along after we waited for 30 minutes. We had just finished a long flight and were very tired so this was super frustrating and disappointing. To top it off when the girl finally came back to the front desk she said a quick sharp sorry but we could tell she really did not care one bit that we waited that long to check in - she was just very indifferent.

We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night which was close to the interstate and at a lower price point but still nice and comfortable. Simple Suites was perfect for what we needed. Check in was fairly quick, easy access to our room, we didn't notice any excessive noise even though its a very family friendly hotel and the view of the mountains was nice. Appleby's was right across the street which was all we needed and our room key had a 10% off coupon for it so that was was a bonus. We checked in for an overnight stay and the room was clean and had what we needed. My only complaint would be the room we had faced the parking lot of the other 2 hotels next to this one and the freeway behind that so there was some noise throughout the night that at times seemed excessive. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and the price couldn't be beat on this night!
