Worst experience ever! First off, the carpet in the hallway was taped to keep it together. Then in the room, tv didn’t work, the room fan is blower didn’t blow. No big deal. My son and I are dealing with it. The next day, we use the pool and hot tub. Pools alright, but the hot tub jets don’t work, yet this is the best part of the experience. After our swim, we went to shower and get cleaned up for and there is no hot water!!!! There was also mold in the tiles too! Final straw. I choose to drive home 4 hours rather than stay an extra night. Manager refused to refund my second night. Was rude when I asked for a refund. This Hotel is disgusting and Red Lion should be ashamed to have such a seedy hotel! You’ve been warned!

I would not recommend a stay at this hotel. The areas I was in reeked of smoke. I asked to be moved to another room and the staff were helpful in accommodating me. It’s old, run down and the rooms are not clean. Carpet was stained and in some areas taped. Buttons didn’t work on the elevator. Struggled to get water at a comfortable temp to take a shower. Access to an entry from the parking lot didn’t work. I could go on and on. Your money is best spent elsewhere if you want a safe and comfortable hotel experience.
