Something black on the sheets under the comforter, when I touched it, smeared. Hotel was full so we couldn’t switch rooms. They have plenty of parking, very quick elevators and being right off of i84 and 181st makes them the perfect hotel. Oh! And the rooms are SUPER CLEAN and I should probably mention the full bar.

Hotel is really clean and has a great atmosphere. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The gym is also very nice. Highly recommended. This is the place to stay that is out of the hustle and bussle of downtown Portland but still perfectly convenient and near some really great adventures.

We arrived late and were welcomed warmly by the staff who were in transition. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We didn't use them, but the pool area and gym looked nice.

Arrived in room. Bathroom had ants everywhere. I killed the ants but a few stragglers stuck around. I was in town to visit a sick friend so was too exhausted to complain. The next morning I was counting on breakfast. I booked the hotel based on amenities. I was told the employee didn\'t show up so that was out. I also booked the property because they had a lounge/bar. After a long day I returned to find out the employee running the bar had a "family issue" so they couldn\'t serve me. Other than that I was hoping the fireplace in courtyard would be running. But no. At checkout I mentioned and showed pictures of the ants. No response. I thought maybe I would get some sort of compensation? I will say the employees were very friendly. That\'s it.

The rooms are very dirty, it was disgusting seeing 3 different rooms with the toilet completely dirty hairs all over the floor sink shower and on the towels. Sheets dirty etc

This is a good hotel. First time I stayed. I'm inclined to stay there again. Quiet and generally clean. However, two things: the hot tub was way too hot to enter, maybe its me, but I go to the hot tubs in all the many hotels I stay in. And several hours after I made coffee, ants showed up, and were a pain to get rid of.

The “King” bed is actually only 72x79” which apparently hotels can list as king size. It feels like a queen. The walls are VERY thin and not soundproof. Our neighbors next door were laughing loudly until midnight when I went over and asked them to quiet down. They did, so I assume they weren’t aware how the sound traveled. FYI: ADA rooms are typically on the ground floor, but here they are on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the hall.

Super clean building and very clean rooms. They need an extra staff person there during check in waves to help the line go faster but good customer service. My only issue was no bath soap in the shower dispenser, it was empty. Luckily I brought my own.

I love this property but too bad I didn’t get to stay here… I paid and booked a nice king suite because I enjoy this hotel and when I finally arrived tired and to check in…. They said sorry to inform me but maid issues and they have 30 uncleaned dirty rooms… so they sent me across the street with a letter to stay in a king bed room at the other hotel…. Which I didn’t enjoy wasn’t clean wasn’t nice at all super old and outdated.

We noticed someone had used an ice bag to cover a bright flashing light coming from the smoke detector. Was actually glad the hotel didn't remove it. However, day two of our trip we came back to a huge fan in our room. There had been a leaf from the room above. No one called or said anything until we called the front desk. They moved us..just annoying that they couldn't call or say sorry. Just yep we moved you.

Apparently the hotel was oversold and my reservation was cancelled without any notification to me. I was moved to a lesser quality property nearby. If I would have known the reservation had been cancelled, I would have found another property of similar or better quality myself. I was not pleased.

This was my second time staying at this location this year and I have to say the staff there are just amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly, they are always warm and attentive whenever a need arises. I will be staying here at this location for all future trips I have to Gresham.

What I really liked about the property was Jake at the front desk. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Jake is a real asset to that company. What I didn't like was that the bistro was not open when we got there at dinner time. They were understaffed and did not open the bistro that night for dinner.We also were not able to eat at The bistro for breakfast because it closed really early..

The hotel and immediate area around it were fine. Go a little further afield for restaurants or shopping and the area was a little rundown. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great, but the location was just OK.

Good spot, but right next to the train tracks. Some homeless wandering around and 1 guest made a scene and the police were called our first night there. The guest that had the police called on her was there for the remainder of our stay. I found it odd that they weren’t sent on their way when the cops were called. Clean room though.
