Royal Termal Hotel

Thermal and Spa is opening at 3 pm, and between 3-4 pm the Pool is serving to women only. I had to request to start the thermal fountain which makes the pool warm.

Odalar geniş kullanışlı, temizlik başarılı, personel ilgili ve nazik. yemekler lezzetli, kahvaltı çeşitli. hamam sauna ve havuz yeterli kısacası termal tatil için royal termal çok iyi bir hotel. yaşadığımız tek sorun ısınma ile ilgili. petekler bazen kendi kendine kapanıyor. klima ısıtıcı olarak hep devrede kalıyor, resepsiyona ilettim. çözeceklerdi.

Bel hôtel, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville à partir du restaurant au dernier étage. Les mezes étaient excellents, mais le burger au poulet laissait à désirer. Immense chambre avec l’une des plus grandes salles de bain que j’ai vue. La salle de la piscine, au sous-sol, était mal éclairée et un peu glauque.

Nice and quiet location, but they were lack of staff especially for the spa. Every time I had to ask to start the Thermal water to hear up the pool which was bit embarrassing. Breakfast was good and fresh open buffet, staff was good and kind.

Ancak, ilk gün havuza indiğimizde havuzun kenarlarında çeşitli yerlerde öbek öbek kadın saçları, peçete kalıntıları gibi şeyler vardı ve eşim bunlardan sonra bir daha havuza dahi gelmedi. Bu kötü görüntüyü spa sorumlusuna söylememize rağmen kalan günlerde temizlik yapılmadı hatta artarak devam etti. havuzun içinde de zeminde ne olduğunu bilmediğim kağıt ya da başka bir şeylerin parçaları yüzüyordu. havuzun termal olmasından renginin çok açık olmayacağını biliyorum fakat bu kadarda kirliymiş gibi gözükmesi de hoş değildi. ayrıca havuzdan taşan sular yürüme alanlarında ve şezlong altlarında birikiyor ve hiç bir yere gitmiyor, kısacası termal havuz facia. sauna pek düzgün çalışmıyor, buhar odası fena değil, hamam idare eder gibiydi. kaldığımız oda süit ve engelliye uygundu, gayet genişti, ancak engelliye uygun olacak diye banyonun duş kısmı ile lavabo önü olan kısmı arasına camdan duş ayırıcısı koymak yerine bir duş örtüsü germişler ve alttan bütün su banyoya yayılıyor, her yer su oldu. duştan kuru bir terlikle çıkma şansı vermiyor. ayrıca ilk akşam ısıtma sistemi istediğimiz gibi çalışmadı resepsiyondan devamlı müdahale ediyoruz dediler, ilk akşam üşüdük, 2. akşam sıcaktan farıdık, son gece kaloriferleri yaktılar da dereceyi kendimiz ayarladık. akşam yemekleri temiz ve idare eder. kahvaltı orta seviyenin üstü. otelin konumu gayet güzel, teras manzarası çok iyi. fiyata göre termal hariç gayet güzeldi.

Akşam yemeğini dahil ettiğim halde içeceklerin dahil olmadığını söylediler Termal havuzda kiri pisliği gizleyebilmek için havuz içi aydınlatmalar yanmıyordu Havuz bölgesi hijyen berbattı Hamamda sıcak su sıkıntısı yaşadık Buhar odası çalışmıyordu Saunayı sizi gördüklerinde çalıştırıyorlar herhangi bir faydası olmuyor 4 kişilik aile süitinde 2 tv vardı 1 adet kumanda Aynı şekilde havlu vb. Ürünlerde 2 kişiye göre konulmuştu Hamam sauna buhar odası havuz kat görevlisi restoran ve lobi temizliği tek bir kişideydi. Nereye baksak aynı görevli vardı o çalışan en son otelin sahibi çıksaydı hiç şaşırmayacaktık. Masaj yerleri olsada masaj yapacak kimse yoktu Havuzun 15.00 da açılıp 23.00 da kapanması acayipti. Termal suyun açık unutulması sebebi ile 1 gün doğru düzgün kaynar suya giremedik hortumla soğutmaya çalıştılar

Leider haben wir es bei unseren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel nie geschafft den „Thermal“ Spa Bereich zu nutzen, in den vergangenen zwei Jahren war der Spa Bereich in Wartung, dieses Jahr war die Regel dass der Bereich erst ab 15 Uhr öffnete… Wenn Sie also für eine Nacht buchen und erst sehr spät einchecken werden Sie es nicht schaffen den Spa Bereich zu nutzen… Meiner Meinung nach sollte diesem Hotel die Thermal- Lizenz entzogen werden… diese dient nur zu Werbezwecken.

Otel odamız güzel ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Otel işlek bir caddeye sıfır konumda. Maalesef otopark yok. Çalışanlar kendi otoparkımız var diyerek arabayı 150-200 metre uzaklıktaki bir sokak arasına çekiyorlar istediğinizde alıp getiriyorlar 5 dakika içerisinde. Küçükmbir termal havuzı da var fakat havuz kısmı aşırı loş. Otel arap turist ağırlıklı.

Termal havuz çok küçük ve aşırı kalabalık. Her gittiğimizde havlu kalmadı denildi. İkinci gittiğimizde buhar odası şu an çalışmıyor denildi.

Property is located at the best area in the Town if you want to have relaxed time. The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge.

The pros about staying at this hotel: -fabulous buffet breakfast with lots of hot and cold options like salads, dips, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, lots of different breads and pastries, several yogurt options, fruit, espresso based coffee drinks and tea. -parking was free of charge. -room was spacious and quiet. -the bed was comfortable. -the shower was good. The cons: -the spa was not open and no one notified us in advance, we only found out upon check in. The main reason to come to Bursa is to experience the thermal waters, so we had to go to a different hotel for that. -the rooms and hallways have carpet which I'm sure they clean on a daily basis but it was difficult to tell. -there were signs of humidity on the bathroom ceiling, the paint was bubbling and peeling. -they only provide two pillows for the bed.

Daha temiz olabilirdi ozellikle banyo

Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, teppich war Verunreinigt, bad fugen waren schwarz und ecken waren verschmutzt, duschkopf war gebrochen, warm wasser kamm erst nach 10min.Von der decke ist bad ist der putz schon runter gekommen. Die Tapete waren verdreckt, im Bett habe ich drei haar stücke gefunden. Eine Stonierung war nicht möglich da ich über Expedia gebucht habe, freundliches Personal. Leider habe ich das hotel verlassen da ich mich nicht mehr wohl gefühlt habe und nicht übernachten wollte.

Oda Temizdi ,kahvaltı yeterliydi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, odayı ısıtmada klima yetersizdi ve klima kirli filtre uyarısı veriyordu.

Par où commencer ? Le maître d’hôtel qui entre dans la chambre avec ses chaussures, la moquette brûlée par des cigarettes, la porte de douche qui ne ferme pas (inondation de la salle de bain à chaque passage), le radiateur qui fuit, les vitres sales, et on entend tous les voisins de chambre à côté … On ne recommande pas du tout.

Where do I begin? Don’t be deceived by the lobby when we went up to the third floor to our room the carpet were extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes when we got to our room we noticed there was black mold in the bathroom and the room itself was dirty. I went back to reception and asked to be switched to a different room, they switched us to a different room on the way to the room by the room on the wall. There was black mold when we entered the room the carpet was extremely dirty, cigarette stains, and it wasn’t even vacuumed. We told them about the black mold, and they said sorry nothing they could do.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Umstände stimmt nicht. Im Zimmer war ein Geruch, der unseren Magen verdreht hat, erbrechen geführt hat.

직원들이 친절하고, 아침 식사가 아주 훌륭합니다. 가격이 저렴한 방이어서 그런지 뷰가 없고, 뒤가 벽으로 되어 있으며 이른 새벽 주방 환풍 소리에 잠이 깼습니다. 다음날 방을 바꿔 줬지만 소리는 여전히 났고, 담배 냄새도 조금 났습니다.

The property is far from the main tourist attractions and requires taxi service to move around the city. Despite booking a comfort room ( junior suite) the room was in a corner and the view was blocked as it was the back of the hotel which had a wall. The room lock was not working and we had call I the mechanic to fix the room lock. The breakfast was very average . On requesting basic omelette, they asked us to pay saying it’s not included in the breakfast. Overall very rude staff and bad service. I would not recommend to stay here.

Otele ailemle gittim, çok memnun kaldık. Oda temizdi ve genişti. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Da wir am ersten Tag nur zwei Badehandtuch hatten, hab ich das am nächsten Tag angesprochen, dass wir gerne vier Badehandtücher hätten. Zudem ist der Abfluss sehr schlecht am Waschbecken im WC. Das Wasser fließt sehr schlecht runter. Das Wasser sammelt sich am Becken. Die beiden Punkte habe ich gleich am nächsten Morgen angesprochen. Angeblich sollte ein Techniker wegen dem Wasser kommen und auch uns am nächsten Tag vier Handtücher bereitgestellt werden. Beides ist unterblieben. Es wurde einfach ignoriert. -Bitte beachtet, dass ihr nicht vor dem Hotel oder in der Garage vom Hotel parken könnt. Ihr müsst das auto abgeben und des Servicepersonal fährt das Auto zu irgendeinen Parkplatz. Wenn ihr das Auto wieder benötigt, müsst ihr einmal beim Personal bescheid geben, die fahren das Auto wieder ins Hotel. Bei einem Vier-Bettzimmer bitte auch nicht täuschen lassen. Es gibt nur ein King-Size-Bett und zwei aufklappbaren Sofas, sprich keine zwei Einzelbetten. Auf dem Bildern kann man sich leicht täuschen lassen. -beim Frühstück war bei uns zu Beginn gar kein Personal vorhanden. Wir mussten lange drauf warten, um nach etwas fragen, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam.

Odam çok temiz, ferah ve sessizdi. Bursa'ya tekrar geldiğimde aynı otelde kalacağım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Otel olarak ilk başta yardımcı olup daha sonra birebirlerinden dahi haberleri olmadan , odanıza mı çıkalım denecek kadar , insanları rahatsız edip konuşma üslubunu bilmeyecek çalışanlar vardı. Bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel .

Güleryüzlü ve profesyonel personel hizmeti, temizlik ve harika kahvaltısı ile çok memnun kaldık. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Otelde daha önce konaklamış olarak detayına çok bakmadık . İş için gelmiştik kız arkadaşımla . Biliyorsunuz ki şirket hesaplarından her yere havale yapılmıyor . Girişte gelmeden önce beyefendiye çıkışta yapabilir miyiz dedim ve elebette diye bize yardımcı oldu . 2 gün kaldığım süreçte odamıza bile çıkıp parayı alacağız diyen bayan vardı . O kadar terbiyesiz bir usluple konuştular ki . Kaçıyor muşuz gibi. Beyefendinin misafirle değil de düşmanuyla konuşuyor gibi yaklaşım tarzı . Verilen sözler tutulmuyor denmesi , askerlik arkadaşı gibi . Çok garip bir ekip . Bir daha asla konaklamam .

Excellent customer service by Ella & Leen - I'm not sure if our stay would have rated excellent without them. We also like Baharda from the restaurant who made every effort to make sure we were cated for.

Geç vakitte giriş yaptım ön büro sorumlusu Hakan Bey çok yakın ilgi ve alaka gösterdi. Sabah kahvaltısı ikramı ile güzel bir jest yaptı. Sadece bu davranışı bile bir sonraki seyehatimde bu otelde konaklama nedenim olacaktır

Uludağ Ultra koşusu için 1 gece kaldım. Otel çalışanları araç park, hızlı checkin ve checkout konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı. Erken ayrıldığım için Kahvaltı almadım.

Çalışanlar çok anlayışlıydı,otel temizdi ve kahvaltı yeterliydi.Çok memnun kaldık ,özellikle valeye ve resepsiyona bakan beyefendiler çok kibardı

This is a great hotel if you want to avoid the busy city centre. It takes about 15 mins to get back to the centre by Taxi. I cant fault the hotels location if you're ok travelling by taxi or hire car. The breakfast options are good with a variety however you pay extra for an omelette.

Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Çekirge .Thermalwasser , Türkische Bad im Zimmer . Frühstück Personal sehr gut , Freundlich .

Tolles Hotel, Zentral gelegen, klasse Personal, Frühstück und Abendessen immer vom Feinsten.

Biz puana ve yorumlara bakarak bu oteli seçtik, ilk kez tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi, spa thermal özellikleri olduğu için tercih ettik, odalar çok temiz ve moderndi, spası küçük ama gayet yeterliydi, açık büfesi çok çok zengin olmasa da yeterliydi Biz memnun kaldık.. Hiç fikriniz yoksa tercih edebilirsiniz..

Room was good, but there was some bad smell in the shower. Also, catering could be improved. Burger patties from the room service restaurant smelled same as the bad smell coming from the shower.

Biz deluxe odada konakladık. Oda ile ilgili en önemli sıkıntımız tuvalet havalandırmasının çalışmamasıydı. Onun dışında personel gayet ilgiliydi. Yemeklerde genel olarak tavuk servis edildi. Yemek kalitesi çok yüksek değil.

Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çok rahat ettik. Kaliteli bir otel. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve zengin çeşit vardı. Akşam yemeği açık büfe değil standart tabak içinde servis yapıldı ve çok keyif almadık. Ama otelden çok keyif aldık dinlendirici , konforlu,temizdi. resepsiyon ve kahvaltı personeli Çok yardımsever güler yüzlüydü. Tekrar konaklamayı isterim.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği güzeldi. Akşam yemeği çeşidi azdı ama baya özenliydi. Otel temizdi ve çalışanlar nazik ve ilgiliydi
