The hotel was wonderful for our family of 6. The suite was great, the breakfast was wonderful. Our only bummer was that the pool was out of service and we had to go across the street to the neighbor hotel pool. We would definitely stay here again

Room was very spacious, beds were ok, nothing to write home about. Room smelled clean upon entering. There was still hair in the shower and bathroom. Water pressure was lacking(4th floor). Pool area for some reason smelled like propane or gas both times we were in the pool area. Pool had debris at the bottom. Pool towels were very thin so if visiting the pool, you may want to bring a beach towel. It was ok for our overnight stay passing through.

Our room was clean and stocked. We had a fridge where we could keep our drinks cold. We were coming just for one night as we were on a road trip and this was just a pit stop. We loved that the pool was opened until 11pm, so my kids were able to burn off some of the energy from sitting in a car all day. Their complimentary breakfast was also great. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We chose to stay there after a very bad experience at another hotel. I had 3 kids with me who wanted to swim in the pool and unfortunately the pool was broken. This was due to a part needing fixed and it happen 1 day prior to us staying. That’s the only bad portion of the stay. Everything else was wonderful.

Skip this one. Home2 Suites is great from Vermont all the way to Oklahoma and Oklahoma back to Vermont, but not this particular one in Ohio. Poor management in the details. Busted security doors, wet carpeted floors and cold, cold coffee when it was promised to be hot 24/7. All around not worth the cost at all.

All was good except the pool was closed and noone was working on the issue ( heater was broke) this was the main reason we were staying here with our 3 kids, very disappointing trying to explain this this to a special needs kiddo who couldn't understand... booked through expedia and couldn't get a refund otherwise would of gone somewhere else.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good, one of the best in my opinion. The hot breakfast sandwiches were excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room, a suite, was large enough for the five of us and very comfortable. The only detractor during our stay for us was the pool area. The pool was cold, having been overfilled which made it unusable for our stay, but that was the only disappointment. We would stay here again.

Staff was amazing, we didn't get to our room until about midnight and the room had an awful smell to it. But we were too tired and just needed to get to bed. The staff did apologize in the morning for the smell, but said because we booked through Expedia, they could not refund the points used to book our room

Breakfast was decent. The blankets on the bed were a weird thin material and mattress was springy. Location was great, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, however, won't be returning. There were pube hairs all over the bathroom ceiling, and blankets grossed me out.

All in all, the hotel is in a good location with easy access, many restaurants and shopping nearby and a friendly staff. My only complaints are the HVAC system (air conditioner) was extremely loud when it ran. We turned it off when we were sleeping, for a quiet rest but then we would wake up very warm and turn it back on to cool down the room. That made for less than restful night's sleep. The other complaint is the shower nozzle. Apparently, there is high water pressure to the hotel and no matter which setting the nozzle was on, the spray stung our skin. Other than those 2 complaints, it is a nice hotel.

When we checked in the TV didn’t work! We got that fixed but then the air conditioning didn’t work! And as odd as that seems in Ohio in March we needed air conditioning! They changed our room and made us happy!

Was very surprised with 3 small children there was no tubs. Shower only. When they show the bathroom in pictures it is a mirror picture which dont show much. TV takes forever to connect to internet to watch shows only one tv and it is in front of the couch. Could have another one in front of one of the beds. The toilets could have flushed better. Other than those few little things it was an excellent stay with our grandchildren.

I felt l was in a safe location. I had gotten there late Thursday night so I decided to order Chinese food through door dash but that failed so thinking I would get a good breakfast in the morning I got down to eat breakfast the next morning and id say it was before 9:30 and breakfast was over at 10 I was able to get coffee and yogurt and before I could get anything else the lady that was working breakfast started closing so I ended up going out to get breakfast. The next day I was there and I was going out to do some shopping and my car wouldn't start the battery was dead soI knew I had roadside assistance so I went into the hotel to ask the attendant if they knew any local garages or wrecker services that could come and jump start my car and they didn't know anyone let alone not even offer to help I ended up finding my own help but I guess I was just disappointed in this stay I had stayed here before and the experience was really nice. I also will say that your housekeepers might want to check the dishes in the room when they clean.

I stayed at Home2Suites because I was attending the 50th anniversary of my graduation from college. On Thursday i attended an event on campus and received my graduation stole and a university poncho. Someone cleaned my room on Friday and removed those items. I had to re-purchase another stole. The hotel has promised to make an adjustment to my bill BUT I would have preferred not to be inconvenienced as I was. Other than this incident, the staff was friendly and the hotel was more than comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a tiny bit dated, but large. Room cleaning for long term stays should be every 3 days instead of every 5 days. The only real problems we had were; 1. confusion with rooms at check in. We were originally given a room that previous guests failed to check out of. 2. Billing discrepancies. We were charged one price at check in, rhen charged 2 other prices before we left. Very confusing to the customers! 3. We couldnt get the wifi to work in our room until 2 days before check out. All our concerns were heard and remedied to our satisfaction, but did occur. Staff is phenomenal and used all the tools available to them to make our stay decent. We would stay again, but book through Hilton instead of a 3rd party to avoid billing confusion..

The front staff that we had durring the day Paul was extremely friendly and so kind to us. Christian was the night desk man was also nice. There was a Soccer tournament going on in town, even with a hotel full of younger children the hotel was still quiet and clean. Definitely staying again!

When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk to check us in. First morning there was no coffee in the breakfast bar. Second morning there were no meat selections, and no orange juice. Overall a nice property, but failed on the service side.

When they did, they didn't give us any extra towels, washcloths, toilet paper and body soap. We had to request for them. During the free breakfast, they would run out of the food quickly and didn't replenish it fast enough.

Our check in was very quick and easy. Our room was very clean and well stocked. We did hear people in the halls a few times, but not enough to wake us up. The linens were clean and the bathroom was also clean. The room has a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge along with minimal items to heat up food and eat if you so choose. The pool area was clean. We had no issues with the functionality of anything in the room. The continental breakfast had hot and cold options - omelets, sausage biscuits, hash brown triangles, egg bagels with cheese, oatmeal, and make your own waffles. There were your normal cold options too - bagels, toast, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, however, I would choose to drive over there just because of how busy the road is. We were visiting the Air Force museum/Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright Brothers sights and the hotel is within about 20 minutes of all the sites. There are also plenty of dining options around the area.

The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn't enough staff to make sure the coffee dispensers were full and the toaster was not working effectively. The Manager was working to correct these deficiencies on a timely basis. That shouldn't have been his job. The man was run between the breakfast area and the desk.

Another fantastic stay at Home2 Suites! My kids love going there and we always feel safe and comfortable. They always have a great free breakfast and this location had an indoor pool for the kids to play in after a long day of driving. 5/5!!
