Very kind guy at reception. He helped me to find a parking in from of hotel (yet with a big car or if you are not good driver it can be a problem). Free coffe and tea. Breakfast includes two kind of cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter and some jams (jams could be better). Room was more than ok for the price. Twin beds, confortable, a small desk and a closet. Bathroom need some maintenance. There is no elevator, for me not a problem, but if it is a problem I suggest you to ask for a room on 1st floor

Pas besoin de taxi si vous arrivez par avion, il suffit d'emprunter le bus de l'aéroport jusqu'au terminus à la station de train. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied. Personnel super sympa. Les différents employés sont toujours souriant et disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Le thé est offert toute la journée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en plein centre ville. Sans oublier la propreté irreprochable de cet établissement.

조식은 개선됬지만 아직은 부족한 상태. 그래도 unye에 있는 otel cinar 보다는 나아요. 화장실은 개선이 필요해요. 샤워기물이 전체로 다 튀어서 걸어놓은 수건과 갈아입을 옷이 다 젖었어요. 주차는 호텔앞에 할 수 있어요. 주변에 맛있는 케밥집이 있어요.

Bazi odalarda balkon vardi keşke bana da denk gelseydi sanırım ust katın odalari daha iyi izlenimlerim o yöndeydi güzel bir konaklama deneyimim oldu fiyat ve performans olarak çok iyi aksam 11 e kadar da cay ocağı acik cay icebiliyorsunuz.

You can actually see whole Erzurum in this hotel: Eastern Hospitality, Turkish food, Ottoman culture stuff and design. Dinner & breakfast inclusive + free tea, WiFi, chill zone. For this price best variant for sure !!!

Overall I had an excellent stay here. Its on a side street so quiet Great value for the price. The room was basic. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included. I liked the variety. And it was more than enough. Those people who complain the that the breakfast is not enough are whiners. For the low cost of the room there shouldn't be any breakfast at all. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the train station and Arvin bus line. Very convenient if you are traveling to Hopa. The main avenue is only a few minutes away. Pretty lively. All the other main sites are nearby. Now the best thing about Cinar Otel that has been mentioned many times is how great the manager is. Mr. Karaca is very welcoming and friendly. He takes care of his guests. When I would leave the hotel and turn in the wrong direction he would run out and send me the correct way. And when I told him that I was leaving at 6:45 to catch my bus, he had breakfast out for me early. Breakfast starts at 7:00. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Mr. Karaca.

Oteli iki kardeş işletiyordu yanılmıyorsam. Kardeşlerden Kerim ismindeki Bey bizim konaklama tarihlerimizde daha çok oteldeydi. Kendisi çok yardımsever iyi biri. Otel klasik şehir oteli. Dağa çıkmak için taksi kullanmanız lazım ancak dağ yakın olduğu için taksi çok tutmuyor. Kabaca 7 dolar gibi bir rakama dağa çıkıyorsunuz. Ben şehir otellerini daha mantıklı buluyorum. Çünkü dağda bir gün konaklamaya verdiğiniz parayla şehirde yedi gün kalabilirsiniz. Elbette çok lüks beklemeyin sauna havuz vs beklemeyin ama fiyat performans ve güleryüzlü hizmet ve merkezi lokasyon bakımından biz çok memnun kaldık. Oda temiz kalorifer çalışıyor sıcak su var kahvaltı var. Asansör yok ama üç katlı zaten bizi yormadı. Bence genel olarak otel bu fiyata gerçekten çok iyi. Ha gün sayınız azdır çocuklusunuzdur para sizin için dert değildir dağı da düşünebilirsiniz ama bu benim Erzurum’a üçüncü gelişim ve şehir otelleri bana daha mantıklı geliyor. Hem büyük şirketler yerine bu iyi canayakın insanlar kazansın. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Yine yolum düşerse yine geleceğim.

A simple room but we really appreciated that it was clean (one of the cleaner hotel rooms we encountered during 3 weeks in eastern Turkey), had comfortable beds, hot water, ambient lighting (it's rare to have any lights beyond the harsh ceiling light), and a simple but tasty breakfast. Great value and would recommend!

After a warm and friendly welcome, the reservation didn't take long. My belongings were moved to a clean, warm and comfortable room. Before I even arrived at the hotel, Kerim Bey at the reception asked me; if everything was okay by phone; because I was a little late. During my two-week stay at the hotel, both Cüneyt Bey and Kerim Bey helped me with everything. Even Celil Efendi, who looks after the rooms, met all my requests. Every year, I decided to come to Çınar Hotel in Erzurum for a ski ⛷️ holiday. I thank them all 😍…

The hotel is very nice and situated in the middle of town. You can easily access all sights. Furthermore the most important busses (like K4 to Otogar) leave at the main road not far away from the hotel. The room was spacy and the breakfast very good. The Internet connection was very strong and reliable. Also some of the staff speak english, which is a plus 😊 i would stay there again.

Öncelikle ilgilenen arkadaş çok iyiydi. Biz otele giriş yaptığımız zaman. Odalarda küçük düzeltmeler yapılıyordu yeni bir odaya girdik. Odalar sıcak, yataklar çok rahat, sadece duşta duşakabin olmaması bir eksi. Ben zaten sadece gece yatmadan yatmaya gittim. Yatak rahatlığı önemliydi oda rahattı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Temizlik gayet yeterli. Sadece bence odada bir ayaklı askılık lazım. Kahvaltı ben değil ama arkadaşım yaptı günlük normal bir kahvaltı. Yeterli bence ol asada olur.

A simple room but we really appreciated that it was clean (one of the cleaner hotel rooms we encountered during 3 weeks in eastern Turkey), had comfortable beds, hot water, ambient lighting (it's rare to have any lights beyond the harsh ceiling light), and a simple but tasty breakfast. Great value and would recommend!

Room too small and very noisy. You could hear the people in the neighboring room. Bathroom and toilet in a very small area is very inconvenient and gets slippery after shower.

After a warm and friendly welcome, the reservation didn't take long. My belongings were moved to a clean, warm and comfortable room. Before I even arrived at the hotel, Kerim Bey at the reception asked me; if everything was okay by phone; because I was a little late. During my two-week stay at the hotel, both Cüneyt Bey and Kerim Bey helped me with everything. Even Celil Efendi, who looks after the rooms, met all my requests. Overall I had an excellent stay here. Its on a side street so quiet Great value for the price. The room was basic. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included. I liked the variety. And it was more than enough. Those people who complain the that the breakfast is not enough are whiners. For the low cost of the room there shouldn't be any breakfast at all. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the train station and Arvin bus line. Very convenient if you are traveling to Hopa. The main avenue is only a few minutes away. Pretty lively. All the other main sites are nearby. Now the best thing about Cinar Otel that has been mentioned many times is how great the manager is. Mr. Karaca is very welcoming and friendly. He takes care of his guests. When I would leave the hotel and turn in the wrong direction he would run out and send me the correct way. And when I told him that I was leaving at 6:45 to catch my bus, he had breakfast out for me early. Breakfast starts at 7:00. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Mr. Karaca.

The hotel is very nice and situated in the middle of town. You can easily access all sights. Furthermore the most important busses (like K4 to Otogar) leave at the main road not far away from the hotel. The room was spacy and the breakfast very good. The Internet connection was very strong and reliable. Also some of the staff speak english, which is a plus 😊 i would stay there again.

Very kind guy at reception. He helped me to find a parking in from of hotel (yet with a big car or if you are not good driver it can be a problem). Free coffe and tea. Breakfast includes two kind of cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter and some jams (jams could be better). Room was more than ok for the price. Twin beds, confortable, a small desk and a closet. Bathroom need some maintenance. There is no elevator, for me not a problem, but if it is a problem I suggest you to ask for a room on 1st floor

조식은 개선됬지만 아직은 부족한 상태. 그래도 unye에 있는 otel cinar 보다는 나아요. 화장실은 개선이 필요해요. 샤워기물이 전체로 다 튀어서 걸어놓은 수건과 갈아입을 옷이 다 젖었어요. 주차는 호텔앞에 할 수 있어요. 주변에 맛있는 케밥집이 있어요.
