The hotel is very hard to find. The cab drops you off at a little mini mall and you have to roll your suitcases across the mall to find the elevator to the hotel. The hotel lobby once you get there is lovely. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant was closing when we arrived so we got room service and the food was good.

Breakfast was great! The only thing I would say is if you are going for the first time the website doesn’t really explain their shuttle service too much. Turns out they have a mini store inside the airport and that’s where you go to get your shuttle. Other than that, everything else was amazing! Friendly staff, good overall service.

Tho hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. I was able to check in a bit earlier so I appreciated that. It’s close to the airport and if you have an event at Palacio de los Deportes, it’s a 20 minute walk there. If it’s your first time coming you need to go inside and use the elevators on the your right to get to the hotel. The hotel is inside a mall and there’s plenty of food to eat.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the room. I didn’t love the bed covers - I found them heavy, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also wished they had a fridge that wasn’t locked and also that they had more than one coffee pod for Morning coffee. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. They have a complementary airport shuttle that runs every hour. It was a wonderful convenience.

Todo estuvo bien, a excepción de dos detalles. El primero es que encontramos 2 cucarachas en la habitación. Una en la mesa del teléfono y otra en el baño lo cual fue bastante desagradable. Esto lo vimos el día que ya nos íbamos así que solo avise a Lobby para que estuvieran atentos al siguiente huésped. El segundo fue que comunicarse por medio de whatsapp es muy tardado, si requeríamos algo era más fácil bajar al lobby que usar el teléfono o su contacto por whatsapp. Cuando llegamos la televisión no funcionaba y tardaron mas de 5 horas en avisarnos que era una falla general.

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms. Our view was out the back, but other rooms had a great view. The room are quiet. The restrooms are limited size and the shower is very small and the shower head was leaky. The restaurant was very slow in service and on two occasions gave us faulty orders. It is very hard to get the airport shuttle (you have to contact them inside the arrivals hall). It runs once per hour in most cases :30 after from the airport and at the top of the hour from the hotel. Given Mexican traffic this is subjects to conditions.

shower very low pressure and sprikling everywhere, did not open the hotel fridge with drinks even if I paid the deposit. one side of the curtain was electric and the others manual, not very clear how to open and close. breakfast service was terrible but a lot of choices for food.

Llegue al hotel fiesta americana viaducto, y simplemente me dijo la recepcionista que NO tenían habitaciones, y que hable con ustedes para que me regresen mi dinero que pagué al momento de reservar por la plataforma. Es desagradable que otros huéspedes se quejaron de lo mismo, MALA atención.

El problema como todo mundo dice es el check inn es muy tardado la film era enorme y si van a tener grupos o conventions deberian tener toro check inn, Le pregunte a la gerente si para una solo iba a esreserva donde llegaba a las 10 de la niche y me iba a las 2 donde ya estaba pagada noche no podría ayudarme a lo que dijo que no que genial que hacer la fila, eso no es servicio! Solo iba a estar 6 horas

The hotel is nice but with traffic it was a long drive to the hotel from the airport. The hotel is by a very busy roundabout and also a hospital so ambulance sirens were frequent. The areais a little dodgy. The hotel is part of a larger complex including a small shopping mall, offices, cinema, health club and several restaurants. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor (I think) and reached via a dedicated elevator from the mall atrium. The room was comfortable and well appointed but only two bottles of water in the room which wasn't adequate.

terrible breakfast , I always stay at the fiesta Americana Reforma an the food is amazing this one is really terrible with limited options, the hotel is beautiful and the beds are delicious , is convenient to stay here because they have a shuttle to the airport, , there is a small shopping Mall downstairs , I will suggest to avoid the food here and head down to the restaurant Toks , is cheaper and the food is 10 times better

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, hubo algunos detalle con el cuarto que resolvieron de forma puntual. Lo único que no recomiendo es el buffet. El costo es muy alto y la comida no e muy buena ni tampoco el servicio del mesero.
