Upon arrival, everyone is very helpful. Front desk is on queue. I was given recommendations about ordering room service in case I was hungry. The room felt clean. Had a good restful evening. The buffet breakfast is very good as well as the café. The personnel is very charming and accommodating. The hotel has been renovated since my last stay.

Hotel is a bit dated but kept reasonably clean. Dumbbells in fitness centre only go up to 30 lbs, but it’s decent in size with a few treadmills. Going business club level offers you drinks and snacks in the evening, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was decent with different hot food options each day.

I have stayed here in the past quite a few times. Normally the experience is great. This visit however has made me not want to return. The staff used to be attentive and cordial, now they are standoffish abd unhelpful. One of the girls at the front desk is very condescending in the manner that she speaks to you. They put in a room type that I had not paid for essentially downgrading me and insisted on it being what I paid for which it was not. I moved ne to a higher floor yet still the smaller room by this time I was tired so I just took the last room that was offered. Then the rooms coffee maker did not worp. There was no iron. And to top it off the shower would not drain correctly. The manager did reach out to me but real resolve came from it. he said he would send me an email to which i never received. In the past I would give this place rave reviews now not so much.
