What guests think

Across many recent reviews, Suites Perisur Apartamentos Amueblados stands out for very spacious, clean suites with kitchens, friendly staff, and a convenient south-of-the-city location, while recurring critiques mention basic breakfast, inconsistent hot water, and occasional service or highway-noise issues.

Guests highlight extras like a rooftop terrace with views, a small but useful gym, in-suite jacuzzis in some units, and secure on-site parking that can be tight. Others appreciate the apartment layout and privacy, though Wi‑Fi can be spotty and some rooms have limited natural ventilation. Property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location, amenities and the fully equipped kitchenette. Definitively enjoyed the bed, bed clothing, bathroom and the throughout cleanness of the property. Coffee break food is limited but handy when you need to get a quick bite to eat in the mornings. We used the gym which is well equipped with elliptical, stationary bikes, treadmill and weights. Roof terrace is very nice to check out the city surroundings and a very nice view of the nearby mountains. A little bit noisy with the highway nearby. Overall, an excellent stay and I would consider this property for my next visit.

I highly recommend this hotel. The suites were very roomy and clean, and the beds were wonderful. The team on site was super friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping, with easy access to major freeways and avenues. The only real downside was the parking (extremely tight). Overall a great choice!

I stay here every few months, it’s my go-to stay whenever I’m in Mexico City. Very private, clean, and the staff members are always there to help. Special thanks to the guards at the gate. Always there to open the door for you, no matter what time of the day or night. Free parking indoor is a plus!!

What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment. What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment extremely spacious for kitchen, dining room, living area and bedroom area huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and there’s also a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the city. The service was definitely five star and they provide free breakfast on a daily as well. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Always a pleasant experience. More private, more comfortable, and cleaner than a hotel. I stay here almost every time I visit CDMX for that reason. The gentlemen working/guarding the door are always so helpful and nice!

The rooms were fantastic and quiet. They offered a light breakfast, which was also great. The only thing that brought this review down to one star is that there was no hot water, which is super important to have. The water heater was broken but was not fixed during our stay. I expected more for the name Perisur to have the basic necessity like hot water.

Check in guy was amazing!!!! I was having a hard time waiting for medical results the next day of my stay and we got an upgrade room to a penthouse with an exterior spa!!! Me and my wife had a wonderful time there. The only bad thing was the check out because I was told that hands cream dispenser was missing and that thing was not there when we arrived. I felt like they were accusing me of stealing. I think they need to be more careful with their checkout process.

The reception person forgot to call me in the early hours of the morning my plane was leaving I barely made it to my flight thanks to this person. (Miguel?...I do not remember who was that morning maybe the manager can check! ) I called to complain, and he was not answering on purpose. Hotel was almost empty when I reached him finally, he was unapologetic and rude! If I pay for a service and a good hotel, I expect good service and not people with attitudes, especially people that I was polite to them trying to get back at you for unknow reasons!!
