The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not recommend it to anyone. Please stay away.

This was, by far, my worst hotel stay ever. The blanket in my room was visibly dirty and stained in multiple places, with some stains appearing as though a sauce or other substance had been spilled on it. I had to request a replacement blanket upon noticing its condition. Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk did not improve the experience. The clerk appeared to be focused on his phone and did not give me his full attention as a guest. Regardless of the price paid for a room, there should be a basic standard of cleanliness, service, and comfort. Unfortunately, that minimum standard was not met during my stay. Finally, the noise from the highway was particularly noticeable in Room 221, apparently due to inadequate sound insulation. Overall, the condition of the room, level of service, and excessive noise made this a very disappointing experience.

The halls were filthy and smelled like cat, the one time I saw a housekeeper cleaning, she didn’t sweep, she just mopped over the hair and animal food and dirt. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and we had to ask multiple times for help until my husband finally just went and got a plunger himself. Our bed sheets were torn, the floors were visibly dirty in our room and throughout the building. The fridge had not been cleaned and it looked like something exploded inside of it. The TV was slow to work and the staff ignored all of my requests for cleaning and new sheets. There is a nice little parking garage and it is extremely close to Yankee stadium but right next door to a police station and the walls and air conditioning have gaps so good luck sleeping with all the outside noise. Not a great stay for a family but if you’re just looking for something close and convenient it’s a good location.

Terrible condition for the rooms and property, also right next to a major highway, and the AC units in the window do not block sounds. Extremely hard to sleep
