Internet was terrible. Food was excellent. SPA is excellent! Too busy of a hotel. Parking is not immediately available. They take your car to somewhere else to park. Very different experience sleeping in rooms carved in the rocks. But beware of the bugs/insects due to the natural environment. Nice authentic furnishings but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Glad that we had a balcony otherwise it would feel claustrophobic in the room.

Do not stay at this property! We were not told a music festival was taking place at the property until check in. Music continued til 8.30am (no chance of sleep). No air conditioning room was 32 degrees overnight. Beautiful hotel great setting we were very excited for our stay but had to check out after first night and loose 2 nights accommodation as well as pay pay for alternative.

I stayed in a room facing the cave in August, and it was unbearably hot, even at night. Even with the door open and a fan running, it was still hot. If you can't stay on the cave side, this hotel isn't worth it.

Ein seriöses gepflegtes Hotel an einem herrlichen Ort in Ürgüp. Sehr gute Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Transfer und andere Aktivitäten über das Hotel ging sehr gut und reibungslos. Das einzige Problem in unserem Zimmer war die schlechte Lüftung, denn das schöne Badezimmer hatte keine Abluftmöglichkeiten und es war jedesmal nach der WC Benutzung nicht mehr angenehm und wir mussten die Zimmertür mehrere Minuten auf lassen. Es war bei Außentemperaturen von -3° C nicht besonders gut. Aber das ganze war eine einmalige schöne Erfahrung

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a couples of nights on our first trip to Cappadoccia. From one of the local guides we heard this hotel used to be a neighborhood. The views are definitively amazing!. A very unique setting, it will take you back in time. Good service and friendly staff complete the experience. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.

I cannot put into words how Special this property was to stay at. It is a visual symphony and to be amongst a cave system that is centuries old is just incredible. The location is excellent and preferable to being in Goreme. This is one location and hotel that will forever be TOP of my list of all my travels to date. WONDERFUL!

The whole concept is so uniquely beautiful. While there are many other cave hotels, this one was a little more remote, it was quiet and peaceful. A place where you can feel the beauty surrounding you. One downfall was there were cats in the dining areas, however this might be the norm for all open air restaurants, however if you are allergic to them or do not like them it may be a little off-putting.
