I love that the room has everything my family needs. We get daily continental breakfast. I can go to the gym whenever I want. The place has laundry room near the gym so I could exercise while I wait for my laundry to be done.

Parking is $25 a night and is not even on property. The lot across the street fills quickly and we had to park 2 blocks away and leave our car. It was beyond inconvenient as they clearly oversell parking and don’t care.

Fine place to stay. Overpriced imho, but i guess the area is? Limited parking but was able to park in hotel lot next door. It was accessible if you have a car which was a plus vs. Downtown.

Check in was easy; security needing your room key to use doors & elevator stellar! Room was very well equipped and very clean. Shower with all toiletries was spectacular and quiet for people still sleeping. Handicap parking out front and the breakfast was really outstanding as well as coffee/ tea available all day in lobby! I’ll be back next time in Boston! Thank You

There's a musty smell that permeates everything. The staff and food are good and everyone was nice. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I think they have mold or something though cause everything smells like a damp basement

From the moment we checked in the 2nd floor smelled like a skunk it permeated throughout our rooms. I spoke with the front desk clerk nothing was done. The next day I spoke with another front desk clerk nothing was done. Finally i submitted a complaint through the app and staff sprayed the hallway. For 2 hours the smell was gone then it was back again when whomever was smoking weed in there room returned. Also they charged us $50 for parking and an additional $200 hold on my card when we arrived that i was not notified of. When my wife and 15 year old daughter went to the car the 1st night at 530pm they were v we rbally harrased and cat called. I then had to walk them to the car from then on out. The rooms are not cleansed and we wound up leaving Boston 6 hours earlidr than intended. The experience dampened what was an otherwise good trip. Just a shame what would've been a great long weekend with the family was only mediocre because of the Hotel. Better ways to spend $630

Hallways are musty smelling and humid. Small plug In humidifiers lined hallway. Smells in hallways was heavy and smelled like mold and feet. Called for extra blankets and pillows after arriving to the room , paid for 5 adults booking with correct number of occupancy, and got told look under the tv and hung up. Second call we received 1 “throw” blanket and no pillow. Second call, we were delivered a mattress topper exactly the same as what was on both queen beds. Bathroom space is small.

What we liked.. staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance, the breakfast options were fine, coffee and tea always available. We brought 2 dogs and there was ample outdoor area to take them out. What we didn't like.. the walls are fairly thin, lots of noise, the heating system was noisy and made it hard to sleep. Parking was across the street which made it difficult to load and unload. All in all, our stay was fine, we would probably stay again.

I wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid. It was a pretty average stay. Our room was mostly clean, but had stuff on the carpet. I don’t want them thinking it was me that left melted chocolate (or something!) on the floor. That gave me anxiety the whole time. For $300 per night, I also shouldn’t have 6 weeks of dust on my mini-fridge and a broken USB port. It’s near cool shops and restaurants (Japanese bbq!), and they have ice machines. The bed was incredibly comfy. The neighborhood is LOUD during the day. Be aware this hotel does tour groups (a particularly rude one when we were there—different societal norms, I think). Breakfast was “meh” because the tour group wiped out all pastries, omelets, and OJ. Half the tour bus was in-line to make waffles, so that wasn’t an option either. I got to half a sausage link and a slice of toast. Better than nothing, but barely. Overall, I don’t think it was worth $600 for 2 nights. I’d have been okay if it was $400, but $600 was too much for the experience we had. You can’t use your own Roku. This is probably the biggest deal breaker for me. Even the Mandarin Oriental let us hookup our own device recently! I understand Hilton thinks what they offer built-in to the tv is good enough, but it’s not.

We had a great stay in Boston. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We have four kids, so finding a family friendly hotels can be challenging. This hotel was super accommodating and comfortable. We loved the big breakfast with lots of options. We used the laundry machines and were super grateful for that service as part of our trip. We were also delighted to realize that there is a large shopping/ restaurant area literally just around the corner from the hotel. This was super convenient for our family after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel was an easy walk to the subway station.

We arrived before check in time but were able to get into our room as the housekeeping department had been expedient in getting rooms cleaned allowing us to put our luggage in the room and settle in ahead of time. The young lady at the front desk was also very proficient in processing our check in and explaining the benefits available to us during our stay. And we found our room to be very spacious for the three of us. The sofabed was one of the most comfortable on which I've ever slept.

Staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly. We’re a fam of 5 and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday. Location is great for food and shopping. Pearl is a DELICIOUS restaurant and walking distance. Roy is awesome and gave us recommendations for a barber and let us extend our stay hassle free with late check out.

When we arrived at 1am there was a lobby full of people with a system down and no way to get rooms. The two very young desk staff worked tirelessly to get us in room manually. The next am we were told by the manager that our rooms would be refunded as soon as the system was back up. It is now 2 months later and we still have no refund. This was terrible.

We arrived on Friday around 4 pm on Labor Day weekend. We had tickets to see the Boston Red Sox play that evening. Upon check in I asked about the game with the desk servic agent, because we saw rain in the forecast. He replied that the game was postponed for the evening and they would play a doubole header most likely on Sunday. We went to our room a little confused but started putting our belongings away and looking for a place to have dinner. It really started to bother me, since I knew games rarely cancel hours before the gametime, so we looked it up and the game never once said canceled or postponed. We went back down to talk to the same service representative, a young man, dark complection, with curly hair, and he said the game was back on. Never did he attempt to call our room to let us know. We hurried and called and had them call us a cab asap. We missed the first 2 innings of the game, and we all had paid $100 for the tickets. The game was never postponed or canceled, so why did he say that to us, and almost has us miss the very game we came into Boston to see?

I can definitely recommend this property. It is clean and modern. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and the mini kitchen was an added bonus. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Plus, public transportation is available by commuter rail and bus.

I didn’t like how they told me one price online then when I got there I was charged an additional 150 the breakfast was horrible there was no meat for the breakfast I been here a few times and this was one of my favorite hotels my 3rd stay and I will never return back here again
