They advertise on Expedia that they have airport shuttle service. When I arrived they told me that the service has not been operational for a while. Had to pay $20 to get from hotel to airport. The hotel should have made concessions for not delivering on what they advertised on Expedia.

I needed a place near airport with shuttle for 2 nights. sadly, this shuttle was only ONE way TO airport and then only in morning until 9:30, restarting at 5pm for evening. clearly set up for OUTGOING travelers and not INCOMING. need to pay $6 too. WiFi also very weak.

If you are staying here because they have a Tesla charger don’t! They charge $20 to turn it on. Never have I been to a destination charger where the business chargers. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. Rooms were nice, very cold in room upon arrival. Breakfast was ok, coffee was hard to come by as they wouldn’t fill it quickly enough. Front desk lady was unhelpful almost rude asked us to park our Tesla somewhere else if we weren’t going to pay for charging! Stay somewhere else if you drive a Tesla or another EV.

Simple, very clean rooms. Seemed recently remodeled. The glass walls installed between the room doors and parking lot increased security while maintaining a pleasant open feeling. Good parking lot - nice to have the car near the room.

This is beautiful boutique Motel. The walk space between your car and your room is shielded from the elements with clear plexiglass and access is protected with a glass door only opened with a room key card.

Liked that the parking was free, however didn’t like the dingy smell of the room. Small selection in breakfast eggs, raw looking bacon, oatmeal, and steamed rice. Pictures made rooms look elegant and big however that was not the case refrigerator and AC weren’t working in our room and front desk worker went into our room to see the refrigerator and AC making us feel uncomfortable as we were laying in bed. Didn’t get resolved in the two days we were there. Definitely will not be returning. Wish they’d move us to a better room considering it wasn’t in optimal shape.

This is an older motel that has been refurbished and updated. It is run by a very sweet hard-working family that worked very hard to take care of our needs. They have a lovely breakfast, a small, but beautiful courtyard, and lovely flowers planted all around the motel too add to the ambience. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again. For the price, I would stay here again.

At Breakfast water was from the faucet , Cakes and baguels were frozen, no service at breakfast, and it was dirty, nobody cleaned the room, shower floor was dirty no tissue box, and no paper towels, no addtional roll of toilet paper. The manager Precy Rosales, was very aggressive and unpleasant , she wanted to charge me for 3 days instead of 2.

Overall the hotel was good. I’m good condition. Had a great breakfast that was better than other hotels. Had a glass to separate the outside to the room and it was extra security. The rooms are up to date and clean. The internet was good but it would only let us hook up 2 devices at once. So one of us had do use our phone internet which was slow. I don’t know if that is policy or that might be something they need to look into. The only bad item we had was the tv quality. That have great cable service. But the tv was old flat screen and it made the picture look pixelated and bad quality.

Cute kittle boutique notel. Comfortable beds, very clean, everything you need in the room. Next time I will ask for a room on the second floor as to not hear the guests above. Great breakfast, too!

I needed a place to stay overnight during a trip from Malaysia to Texas and the Millwood was perfect for it. It is located very close to SFO ($16 cab ride). The rooms are nicely renovated. They also have a shuttle bus that takes you to/from the airport for $7.95 each. Breakfast was included in the price and featured an extensive offering, from baked goods to cereals to make your own waffles, coffee/tea, yogurt, juice, etc.

Old remodeled mostly single story motel RIGHT on loud, smelly El Camino. They did a reasonable face-lift (new paint, new bathrooms) but its basically still a loud roadside motel. It is VERY loud at night, and the bedding (sheets) are old & pilled. Does not look or feel like the glam-photos

Staff could definitely be friendlier and more cordial. The bathroom of the room has a problem with a bed smell coming from the shower drain. We also had a problem with the guest next to our room playing loud music at night. The breakfast is okay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We arrived and requested an early check in at the last minute and we were immediately accomodated! Although early check in/out is never a guarantee. Staff were polite and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options. Our room was clean and lovely. The only issue we had was that there were children stomping around in the late evening, but this is in no way the management's fault. We will definitely be returning at a later date!

We arrived an hour before check in, so we took the chance to be able to check in rather than have to leave and come back. The receptionist said no problem you can check in but it's gonna cost you $25, I could understand this if the block we were staying in was still being cleaned but hit wasn't. Paid the fee and when we got to the room we notice the wi-fi was not working. Back up to front desk for assistance and basically given a phone number to call. Tried that he couldn't help and said he would call back, waited for over an hour still no call. Back up to reception and only after I pushed back did she agree to call the tech company. 3 hour later and after spending 30mins on the phone with their tech support did it finally work. If you need reliable wi-fi for business, children you might want to look elsewhere. You would have thought they would have waived the early $25 check in after all that, but no $$$ more important than guest satisfaction.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Millwood hotel. Miss Percy was so helpful and did extra for us when we asked for transport info (she took initiative to check on the prices for both taxi and Uber for us to make comparison). She was patient and provided excellent customer service. So was another elderly lady staff… equally kind and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location to get food (walking distance to Asian restaurants and fast food outlets and Joe Trader). Also it is near to SFO. We highly recommend the Millwood to all tourists.

I needed to stay near SFO for an early flight. This was super convenient and I got to the airport in less than 10 minutes. It was clean and despite the open to the street layout it was very safe and secure. Its close to downtown Milbrae which has a ton of dining options.

Excellent stay. Very easy to locate, close to airport but noise wasn't an issue. The bottom level has security glass separating parking lot from door front that helps with sound and security as pass key needed to enter. Room was very clean. Breakfast was adequate with hot and cold items. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Very clean, and secure w/ many plants & tastefull glass hallway for security. The rooms were uber clean. Modern w/ multi USB ports for charging around the room. The bath is new. It has lotion, soap, shampoo in blood orange mild fragrance. Breakfast was hearty w/eggs, meats, bagels, juices even a Machiato/cappucino machine. Perfect!,

It was good that they provided breakfast but no change of food, same for every day! Room is small! Parking was free which was a plus! Maybe due to Los Angeles fire, all the hotels in SFO area jacked up their price! Maybe price gauging

It was very clean and quiet. Was looking forward to breakfast but the didn’t have it out in time for us to eat before our flight. Also got there 45 min before 3:00 and they wanted to charge us an extra 25.00. Not good. Other then that I will stay again.
