I've been in several hotels in my life. But this policy is horrible. Everytime you make a reservation you have to pay $100 that's un heard of. I've been to 5 star hotels, they don't even do that! Who has the money in this damn economy to.psy $100 a day especially cash. Vacation or not, that's still crazy. Then it takes a couple of days to get your $100 I'm still waiting for $200 of it.......to be returned. I will never stay there again, no phones or microwave in the rooms and you had to pay for breakfast, when breakfast are free where I stay, that includes the 5 star ⭐ hotels. Horrible Policy!

It was difficult to sleep because the air conditioner was very loud. When the air was not running the smell of mold was strong. If we weren’t so tired the first night we would have asked to change rooms
