What guests think

Reviews of Homewood Suites by Hilton Horsham Willow Grove highlight very clean, spacious suite-style rooms with comfortable beds and kitchenettes, plus a convenient location near shopping and restaurants that many guests found safe and practical.

Staff are frequently described as friendly and efficient, though a few reviews report lapses such as curt interactions, mistaken room assignments, or requests not being accommodated. Guests like the pool, gym, large parking and outdoor fire pit areas, with free EV chargers noted, but recurring reports mention crowded, poorly managed pool times and water that can feel unheated. Breakfast is broadly praised for variety and quantity, yet several guests disliked the coffee or unusual hot items, and occasionally found food cold or staples like waffle batter depleted. A solid choice for value-minded travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

During my stay I was unable to use the pool due to there being a kids party taking up the entire facility from the moment I arrived at 4PM I could hear them screaming and yelling from the entrance while checking in, which yes that is what is expected by kids that’s not my complaint more over the fact that they were there from 4PM until 9PM running around, canon balling, jumping into the pool the entire time to the point in which other guest outside of the party couldn’t enjoy the pool area too. Not once did I see any staff to control that the pool rules weren’t being followed and to top it off leaving the pool area a mess with puddles of water, soaked pool towels laying all around with no fresh towels left. Also to add on top Of that the entire party the following morning took over the breakfast area again to the point that other guest did not have the chance to use the are themselves.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff was very informative—even pointing out where I could plug in my car, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel offers wonderful amenities. I especially loved the ability to walk straight from the pool area to the peaceful, zen-like outdoor space. Our room was spacious, and I really appreciated the welcome note displayed on the television when we arrived—it was a nice, personal touch. The reason I rated the experience 4 instead of 5 stars is due to two isolated incidents. First, I filled my water bottle from the breakfast station and was promptly corrected by a kitchen staff member. While I understand the policy (and did see the sign once it was pointed out), it was the tone of the interaction that felt unnecessarily sharp and not service-minded. Being near a military installation, we’re used to following rules—respectfully communicating them makes all the difference. Second, the pulled chicken served at breakfast was cold, and there was no microwave available to heat it. That small inconvenience affected an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Overall, the stay was great, and I’d consider returning—especially if those two areas are addressed.

The outside had a very large parking lot, not a problem to find a parking spot. Although we did not use, in the same parking lot was an Outback, very conveneient, just walk over. The outside was well lit. Inside, the lobby was spacious, very clean, the eating aread was also large and spacious. It was winter, but outside there was a large seating area with a bbq and fire pit. Our room was very large, very comfortable, had a kitchette, full sized refrigerator, plenty of towels (lately, we have had only two at our stays and had to ask for more, no need to ask today!), the bed was comfortable and the TV swiveled to both the bed and couch area. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Everything was prepared well, the area was clean, and there was plenty of food. The problem was it was strange food. A hotel should have "regular" food. There were pumpkin pancakes. YUCK. There were weird looking chicken sausage patties. There was pulled pork FOR BREAKFAST? While I realize you probably hired a chef to analyze and make your meals, when you are at a hotel, you want a normal breakfast. We chose this hotel because it had a free breakfast, well, we didn't eat. We watched a group of kids excited to make waffles take a bit into their waffles and yes, spit them out becaus "these are gross." You could have had regular and pumpkin batter if you really wanted to serve that. You could have had chicken and regular sausage. And pulled pork (again for breakfast?) maybe some french toast?

I love this hotel and I will always choose to stay here when given the option however they have to do better with managing the people that come to the hotel! Me and my friend couldn’t even get in the pool or enjoy the fire pit area or grill because it was overrun by people having a pool party.

This hotel is perfect for families. It has a pool and a game room that is an amenity, not a extra cost. The place is very clean. The only thing was a little annoying is that our room has two TVs, but the remotes control both TVs. Changing an app on one TV will change the app on the other. It was minimal, we figured it out. Overall, I'll definitely be coming here again. There is also free EV charging. I love this hotel.

Of all the mid range hotels within this area Homewood is by far superior. The staff and management are responsive. The hotel and room was so nice. The hotel is an immaculately clean. The room was more than I expected in size. So comfortable. I will definitely go back. As you would assume the breakfast is what it is, but besides that the hotel is an excellent choice. They are doing a great job managing that location.

We were disappointed in a few things. We wanted to watch the TV. We were sitting on the uncomfortable sofa. The TV does not turn enough for you to be able to view it. Even from the bed the TV does not turn enough to be able to view it. The next morning I went to take my shower. The water pressure was really bad. It took forever to get my shampoo out of my hair. So for these reasons we would not choose to come back. They seem like little things. However when you are traveling——the little things matter.

From beginning to end, this property shines. Professional and polite even when faced with a hotels.com booking issue, the front desk staff was great. Breakfast was plentiful and not the same items each day which was nice. The rooms (we had a king) are spacious with thoughtful touches that made it feel homey and less like a hotel room. The pool was comfortably warm and while we didn't use the exercise equipment there was a nice assortment of machines in a large space. This hotel is conveniently located with lots of big brand shops nearby including a super Wal-Mart right across the street. We picked up easy to make dinner and used our mini kitchen instead of dining in one of the area restaurants our first night and had snacks available during the rest of our stay. 100% recommend this property!
