vey frustrating experience 1. no lightlamp workingby bed 2. about to take shower & shower door did not open,when turn on shower it gets your clothes wet cause slide door does not open just to see if water comes out. 3. the shower floods the shower so water does not go down the drain. 4 had to change rooms to 2nd floor and that became problem where you can t turn down the cold air cond fr sleeping. 5.no internet, told front desk that my computer says server of hotel not working. 6. coming back to my room in evening the door key not working not charge and no elevator working. Had to take the stairs. 7. when I said to counter girl on desk about these problems that I was disappointed in this hotel she started yelling at me to the point of screaming at me about the 2 keys not working and also the elevator. 8. the toaster for bread did not work right 9. getting breakfast for cereal seems like crumbs in canister.

There were holes and broken tiles in the shower, dryed on stains on the sheets, said there was internet but it didn't work, no ice machines worked, overall very dirty with spiderwebs, dust, urine on the toliet, and mold in the bathroom.

The bathroom ceiling was filthy; the shower curtain had burn marks and holes, there was a hole at the bottom of the door; there was a rolled up piece of paper towel in the peep hole because it was broken; there was a hole punched in the wall; there was a floorboard that just fell out; there was no clock/radio; the Fitness center was closed due to COVID; the ice machine on my floor did not work; the "hot breakfast" was a waffle griddle that worked poorly, a few small apples, some very small bagels, and some Fruit Loops. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

It was absolutely filthy! Hallways have not been vacuumed in what seemed like months. Asked for a change of bedding because of many stains and all they did was flip them over......just very dirty. Would never stay there again!

Cons: the floors haven’t been swept in recent times so don’t walk around barefoot, there was still hairs in the bathtub, found a note behind the tv that read “there is roaches in the sink” and there was indeed little roaches all over. We killed at least 5. Pros: the pillows are very comfortable. Wawa is right next door. It was cheap and convenient.

That place is disgusting. We left within half hour. Found dark mold on mattresses, and everything in non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The halls were dirty. Just say No.

It was 150 for the room. The outlets in the bathroom didnt work, holes in the door, no water pressure at all, the toilet sounded like it was screaming every time it flushed. The room was not vacuumed or dusted . The lights above the bed fell out of the ceiling and hung there. There was the oldest smallest tv possible and the entire hotel smelled like weed and mold. To top it all off the mattress was hard as a cement slab and had a huge divit in the center so you roll into each other all night.

The property is very convenient to dining, shopping and the casino. However, it is definitely a two star hotel. The beds are not comfortable and the rooms have a lot of wear and tear. For example my bathroom doir was not able to close due to not being sized right. The tub had stains and the bathroom sink was cracked. I will say that I had no issues with the cleanliness of the room. But if you are looking for anything more than just a clean room to sleep in. Move on.

It was convenient to rt 132 (Street Road.) And I had a nice desk attendant on the night we checked in. However... We had three broken door handles, the tub did not drain properly, the toilet handle was cracked, there was no glass dish in the microwave, the floors were dirty, the comforter had cigarette burns, the room smelled like an ashtray (it was a non-smoking room), the fridge buzzed loudly, the hallway had big holes in two areas where ducts should be, and the maid banged loudly on our door 3 times at 9 AM asking to clean our room. Also, be advised that breakfast does not include yogurt, bananas, or eggs like other Quality Inns, and there are no tea bags provided in the rooms.

There was no non slip mat or tiles in the bathtub I have a hip problem I was afraid of falling, the bed was so uncomfortable, had to sleep in the chair.

Tried to check in 1 hour early. Computer system for Choice hotels was down. Communication concerning the problem was poor. I had to ask the questions. Also had to make sure I would have a room for the night. I was told check in wasn't until 3:00 p.m. anyway. Not very courteous. TV remote did not work. Place was being renovated a lot of construction going on.

First of all the hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised on hotels.com. There was no gym & the lobby looked nothing like the picture. The room was smaller than what I booked & looked like. There was a problem with the reservation, SO they charged me more because of the problem with the reservation. I had to argue with the receptionist and the hotels.com person didn't help on the phone. There were holes all in the walls in the hallways. The bathroom door knob was broken in the first room they gave me. The second room the air conditioner was broken and so was the fan in the bathroom and the night before I left found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Stayed in my room mostly cuz the first night I got there some guy asked me to join him in his room. Creepy! Definitely won't be staying there again. Worst experience I ever had on hotels.com.

Stayed there many times before for work it’s priced right and I don’t get bit lol no really and it’s relatively close to casino , broken goblet brewery and lots of food options. Easy to get on and off turnpike. And not too far from Philly for a day trip !

The property itself was unkempt. The room was dirty and the heating unit was torn up blowing dirt and dust out. Got a second room , it was better but still bathroom dirty, outlet in bathroom not operable and shower faucet broken. Ice machine inoperable in halls no sign on them , only 2 ice machines work in the entire hotel . Dirty exhaust fans in ceilings. Smell of weed and smoke. Homeless in lobby. There are several places to eat in surrounding area and shopping available. That was the only plus. Glad it was a one night stay. Will never book this hotel again.

The stat itself wasn’t bad, but late night, you could tell other stuff was going on. I ended up staying an additional night at a different but very local (walking distance) to this one and even the staff there knew what was going on. Just made it really uncomfortable and worrisome for the kids

It was awful, we stayed 3 nights and they were the worst of my life. The whole building since you are in the reception it smells very strong of cigarettes and also when you get inside your room. The A/C sometimes was working and sometimes not. The room was extremly dirty, the floor was sticky and there was dust everywhere, hairs in the sink. And finallythe breakfast, you just found waffles, bread, water, orange juice and sometimes coffee, that’s it.

There was a fair amount of what appeared to be remodeling or work which is ok. However you can clean up around work when its not underway and that had not happened. Beyound that it was just dirty. The ice bucket was filthy and the tray it was on had wads of hair on it. The website advertises breakfast - there is no breakfast.

The room was average. I killed a roach. The mini fridge needed to be defrosted. The room was partially remodeled. Breakfast options was juice, bagel, cereal, muffins, waffles and or toast. Need a little more TLC

Dirty floors. Breakfast bar head no coffee it was out of everything I had to ask for coffee and when they did finally bring it out it was like water there were no yogurts which they're supposed to have Bagels were tough almost got a Danish it had mold on it
