I hardly ever leave a review for anywhere but felt the need to do so. This was just for one night so no big deal, right? This place has non running partially dismantled cars in the parking lot (more than a couple). The rooms are outdated. There were visible holes. The bed coverings had several obvious cigarette burn holes. You might say I could have asked for another room but I highly doubt it would have been any better. This is not a place I would recommend at all. I am not extremely picky like some but this was definitely not a good choice. I knew it was not the Hilton but this doesn’t even deserve the ratings it has been given.

Place was cheap and the AC worked great. Staff were very helpful. Only issue I had is fire alarm systems going off both nights.

Dead insects all over the room, smelling like weed and fridge was stinky and dirty. Bathroom was rusted and mold, I did refuse staying in the room and they provided me with another room and had like moth ball smell. The room didn’t have a smoke detector nor fire extinguisher.

The heater in the room didn't work. The drain in both the sink and the shower were clogged and I had to buy drain-o and cleaning supplies to make it sanitary enough to shower in. The floors were not swept so even after getting out of the shower I had to immediately put on socks. I also had to buy washcloths because none came with the room. Every night there was either someone screaming in the parking lot until the wee hours of the morning, fire alarms going off, or cop cars in the parking lot.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were stained, floors were not swept and the room was just in terrible over all condition. The area was very unsafe. The picture shows a white building....this building was brown and very run down. This room was so terrible we left. When i requested a refund i was denied by both the hotel and hotels.com. We will not be booking through hotels.com

I had a reservation there I went into the room someone else was sleeping in the bed went back down to the check in office I got stuck in the office over 10 minutes due to the main door had locked me in couldn't get out I went into Panama mood ASAP the manager had to uncrew the lock off the door,3 incident was when i got off work i wasn't able to get my room due to the door messed up I went into another room this was the 4th time I went into another room thus was was moody,smell urine,plus it's was under rentavation.i asked for a refund i was told that I couldn't get no refund. I went to another hotel in paid more with better service there. Please don't stay there it's very poor Expedia will allow them to put in false information for the property if you looking what you see its not what you are getting...

This place absolutely did not meet my standards based the pictures posted on the site. My first room was horrible. The wall had a big water stain and mold on it, the wall was falling apart. There were roaches, sewer flies and spiders in the room. It smelled awful. The fridge was leaning and also had bugs in it. The tv did not work. The floor was sticky and dirty. I went to the front to be moved. The second room was better, but still had an awful smell. One of the beds had cigarette burns in the blanket. The bathroom door was damaged at the bottom and taped together. The aesthetic of the outside just looked run down and unkept. It is across from a recovery center so I believe some people live here as well. The parking lot had broken glass in it. The front door of the “lobby” was broken. It was just overall terrible. My kids didn’t even want to take a shower. I will never stay here again.

The TV didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a puddle of water in the room by the front door, and the room had bugs flying around. The worse place I've ever stayed in!!!! I'm frustrated... When I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up.... I really want my money back...

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We booked the room as a non smoking room only to get there and have the room smell heavily of cigarettes. Not only this, there were also several cigarette burns on the bedding as well as stains. The bathroom light did not work and the bottom of the bathtub was brown. The room was disgusting. After seeing the state of the room, we decided to not stay the night and ask for a refund. While talking to a receptionist, they claimed that the smell was from the upstairs neighbors and brushed it off when I brought up the burns in the sheets. They then refused to give a refund and would not budge. Don’t stay here if you want an enjoyable trip.

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away! We booked two non-smoking rooms for five people and were immediately hit with the strong smell of cigarettes masked poorly by air freshener. Both rooms reeked. The sheets were filthy and stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids—completely unacceptable. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, and the pillows were yellow with drool stains. We weren’t expecting luxury, just cleanliness, and this place couldn’t even deliver that. When we approached the manager, she became defensive and raised her voice. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed us for checking in half an hour early—as if that somehow justified the nasty sheets and lack of basic hygiene. When I asked for her boss, she insisted she was the highest authority. Totally unprofessional. Thankfully, we booked through Expedia, which refunded us for one night. But we were only in those rooms for five minutes—just long enough to realize we couldn't stay. Avoid this place at all costs. Hygiene, professionalism, and basic hospitality were completely absent.

Sheets had some stains but were clean otherwise. Odd crack in the floor by the door but the room was intact. TV wouldn't change off of Bravo but that could just be that the cable box was mounted in an odd location where the remote couldn't reach it.

I called ahead to see if I had to pay a security deposit for the hotel and the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me that she had to cancel my reservation because the rooms did not have working air conditioners, and she would provide a refund and then the next morning when I attempted to get my refund the front desk staff blatantly lied and try to deny my refund saying that I could’ve checked in and they would’ve helped me with the air after threatening to sue them. They finally gave me my money back.

The room in general was very run down. there were only a couple outlets, the bathroom light did not work and the cover was off with exposed wires. The tub was very nice but the door had to remain open to shower. The tv/remote did not work. we could get the tv to turn on but had no options for stations. the 1 outlet by the bed was closer to the window than the bed, and our things would not stay plugged in. There were cobwebs in the corners. Overall was not impressed. Would not recommend this place to people.

kept getting locked in bathroom something wrong with knob kids had to freak out just to stick something in door knob to turn it very scary they didnt know how to get out of room to get help..very scary had to walk them through a coaching on how to unlock door while i was locked in.. now what if no one was here no one would here me and i told the attendant i was very scared she acted as if i were lying..i told her i did want room another night since my stuff already unloaded i asked could i have some type of discount she says nope..that’s horrible

I would not recommend this establishment for accomodations. The staff does not answer the phone when you call.The room was dirty, the air conditioner cover fell off the unit, the toilet paper holder fell apart from the wall... not to mention 2 big roaches sighted in the bathroom! Apon our arrival for check in it took staff 20 minutes to even help us.We called from the room at least 4 times to complain, but never an answer. We were charged a $50 deposit when we got there... I had already paid for the room prior to our arrival! Not happy at all! Do yourself and your family a favor.... book somewhere else!

The staff does not answer the phone when you call.The room was dirty, the air conditioner cover fell off the unit, the toilet paper holder fell apart from the wall... not to mention 2 big roaches sighted in the bathroom! Apon our arrival for check in it took staff 20 minutes to even help us.We called from the room at least 4 times to complain, but never an answer. We were charged a $50 deposit when we got there... I had already paid for the room prior to our arrival! Not happy at all! Do yourself and your family a favor.... book somewhere else!

I called ahead to see if I had to pay a security deposit for the hotel and the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me that she had to cancel my reservation because the rooms did not have working air conditioners, and she would provide a refund and then the next morning when I attempted to get my refund the front desk staff blatantly lied and try to deny my refund saying that I could’ve checked in and they would’ve helped me with the air after threatening to sue them. They finally gave me my money back.

The husband and wife that run the hotel is nasty..They talk to you any kind of way..They're very unprofessional..They have no customer services skills..My toilet ran and over flowed, water was everywhere and I had to get it up..They have roaches and lil net's flying around that rooms..They have a Sewer problem... Living conditions there is not good.. Condemn the whole hotel..

Terrible property! 1.Shower didn't work, 2. Water leaked from the ceiling, 3. TV didn't work, 4. Bed sheets and comforters were dirty, 5. Face and hand towels looked dingy, and 6. I couldn't reach management until the morning. I pre-paid for two nights but I left after one night (because of the condition of the property). The property didn't want to give me a refund. Still, I went to stay in a different (and better) hotel the second night. A terrible experience!!

Unclean property where the manager is more concerned about FaceTiming with his friend than checking us in. First room not made up, second room looked like it was already slept in. Bugs crawling around. Clothes under the stairs. Unclean lobby. Do not recommend.

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away! We booked two non-smoking rooms for five people and were immediately hit with the strong smell of cigarettes masked poorly by air freshener. Both rooms reeked. The sheets were filthy and stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids—completely unacceptable. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, and the pillows were yellow with drool stains. We weren’t expecting luxury, just cleanliness, and this place couldn’t even deliver that. When we approached the manager, she became defensive and raised her voice. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed us for checking in half an hour early—as if that somehow justified the nasty sheets and lack of basic hygiene. When I asked for her boss, she insisted she was the highest authority. Totally unprofessional. Thankfully, we booked through Expedia, which refunded us for one night. But we were only in those rooms for five minutes—just long enough to realize we couldn't stay. Avoid this place at all costs. Hygiene, professionalism, and basic hospitality were completely absent.

I hardly ever leave a review for anywhere but felt the need to do so. This was just for one night so no big deal, right? This place has non running partially dismantled cars in the parking lot (more than a couple). The rooms are outdated. There were visible holes. The bed coverings had several obvious cigarette burn holes. You might say I could have asked for another room but I highly doubt it would have been any better. This is not a place I would recommend at all. I am not extremely picky like some but this was definitely not a good choice. I knew it was not the Hilton but this doesn’t even deserve the ratings it has been given.

The picture shows a white building....this building was brown and very run down. This room was so terrible we left. When i requested a refund i was denied by both the hotel and hotels.com. I am use to five star hotels so I know my bar is a little high when it comes to ratings. However this would have been a low rating even for someone who has never traveled. The hotel was old and run down looking. My reservation was cancelled and I did not cancel. The staff was nice and I was able to make another reservation very quickly. The towels had spots on them. The bathroom celling had a whole in it. Then later that night we heard gunshots. For me not a good experience

This place absolutely did not meet my standards based the pictures posted on the site. My first room was horrible. The wall had a big water stain and mold on it, the wall was falling apart. There were roaches, sewer flies and spiders in the room. It smelled awful. The fridge was leaning and also had bugs in it. The tv did not work. The floor was sticky and dirty. I went to the front to be moved. The second room was better, but still had an awful smell. One of the beds had cigarette burns in the blanket. The bathroom door was damaged at the bottom and taped together. The aesthetic of the outside just looked run down and unkept. It is across from a recovery center so I believe some people live here as well. The parking lot had broken glass in it. The front door of the “lobby” was broken. It was just overall terrible. My kids didn’t even want to take a shower. I will never stay here again.

The room was not clean. There was a burn through the sheets for some reason. There were baby cockroaches in the bathroom and in the bathtub. The manager was nowhere to be found and there is only one unhelpful person you can talk to via video chat to call the manager on duty (and he wasn’t available ever). Overall I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience in an overnight stay.

It was alright. Couldn't leave the room because the locking on the door needed to be fixed. So I had to find the maintenance guy every time I left the room to get back in. I had to stand around for about hour and a half to get in my room .

The pictures look nothing like the actual rooms. I booked to stay with my players, they all stated, they rather sleep in the van. We didn’t stay at all. Like never even got to bring our bags in. How the staff handled things was in a sense of not there problem. Wouldn’t recommend a homeless person stay there
